Great place right on the beach. It’s small but perfect for what you pay! We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again.

Richard was very responsive and flexible at check-in, and this place truly is in an amazing location - a short walk from the beach. The beds are all sturdy which is nice, and the heater was enough to keep us warm at night in early March. My one comment is that the bathroom basics were a little lacking - mostly that we were missing shower gel and didn't get a response when we asked about it and just used the shampoo as soap instead. Location was still worth it though for such a small thing.

Kostas is a fantastic host. His place is exactly as advertised and he goes above and beyond with detailed check-in instructions and local recommendations. The little touches are evident throughout his home and provide a fun experience. And the beds are fantastic! Fully adjustable and with great pillows. This was a huge benefit during our stay and definitely made the whole trip better with everyone sleeping so well. Definitely recommend Kostas and his home, and will be looking to stay here again when we’re back in San Diego. Thank you!

WOW WOW WOW, that’s all I have to say about John’s place. It is the most stunning air bnb we have stayed in downtown San Diego so far, amazing views all around, fresh and clean, feels huge with plenty of space, and not to mention John is an incredible host (he genuinely cares about his guest)!! It is very walkable to all of downtown, we explored many restaurants and bars after our meeting at the convention center. We will definitely be staying here again, especially during baseball season since it’s such a great view. 10/10 recommend!!

It doesn't get much better than this. You can watch the ocean all day from 5 floors up. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Great small place but big enough for 6 people with all the rooms and 2 bathrooms. Loved hanging outside. Good spot to walk around town up and down the bay and beach.

Place was super clean and Dan was very flexible about check in and check out times. Kitchen is a little small but completely usable! In the best location too super close to the bay and beach!

This place was in the perfect location for what we wanted: beach, restaurants, relaxation. We were able to drive to La Jolla and Carlsbad flower fields easily. The parking spot is small but we had a small car. It felt safe. The kitchen was so well stocked I almost wished we had cooked! It was clean and Diana gave great instructions. Would rebook anytime!

Michael is an excellent host. He was very friendly and accommodating. The house is absolutely beautiful! It provides a great view of the ocean and is near so many restaurants in Pacific Beach. Great house and great stay!

We had a great weekend at this beautiful and comfortable house. The location was great and the house was a real pleasure to spend time in. Every room and space was comfortable, and the house was very well stocked for all the practical needs as well as several thoughtful touches. We really enjoyed all that the house had to offer. We would love to return for a longer stay in the future!

This is a great location, a block from the beach and PLENTY of food options breakfast through dinner within walking distance. Bustling during the day but quiet during the evening/night, it was a great home for our family vacation. Harry & Geetha were extremely responsive and answered all questions/needs that came up during our stay, 5/5 experience!

Absolutely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. We came for our honey moon, exactly what we needed. Private, very accommodating with plenty of towels, two robes for the hot tub, two beach chairs. EVERYTHING you could ever need for a relaxing trip to the beach. We loved this place so much. 10/10

Both my husband and I LOVE LOVE this Airbnb. It has an excellent ocean view (especially for sunrise). It has perfect backyard sitting areas surrounded by lemon trees, their flower aroma, and birds. The house is very clean—very clean bed sheets, surfaces, and rooms. What's even better is Ben the host. He greeted us in person, gave us a tour, and always responded to our messages quickly. Living in this place is like living in our family's place -we feel warm, comfortable, and supportive. Ben is very chilled and easygoing. Though he didn't ask us to do much before checking out, we tried to clean the place a bit - after all, who would leave a mass in their family's place ;) ? We didn't want to leave and will def come back.

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Tina’s place! Tina is a very helpful host and responded quickly to any questions. She was also accommodating to us traveling with kids. We appreciated the pack n play and all of the beach toys. :) The condo is a very short walk to the beach and the view out the window is gorgeous! Highly recommend staying here!

We loved staying here. It is clean, well kept and the view is amazing. We loved that there are lots of extra towels, blankets and pillows too. Great neighborhood with good restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation spot! Place on the Bay and just steps away from the beach. This is our second time staying at John’s place and we plan to visit again in 2025. It was perfect once again!

We had an amazing time here. Chris was a great host, and the place was amazing. You could walk on the beach for miles, or easily walk to great food spots. Also a spot to park our car so we could drive to other places. All told was a great spot and a great time. Would love to go back someday.

This is an excellent oceanfront rental. The unit is extremely clean and well kept up. Beds and couches were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we need. Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom. When a few minor issues arose the host very quickly addressed them. We plan to be back!

Absolutely Loved Our Stay – Perfect Beachfront Getaway! We had such a fantastic experience at this Mission Beach Airbnb! The views were absolutely stunning – waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was a dream. The space was immaculately clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We cooked most nights and found the kitchen had all the essentials. The beds were incredibly comfortable with high-quality linens and towels, which made it feel extra cozy and relaxing. We really appreciated the little touches too — like fans and heaters depending on the weather, Smart TVs in every room (perfect for winding down with Netflix), and beach toys and a pack and play which were great for our kids. This home really had everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beachside escape!

The location was great for all the activities we had planned., walking and biking right outside your door. The parking is very tight but we got used to it and never left any scratches on the next vehicle. ;) We found San Diego in general very expensive.

Pristine condo in the perfect location! Very comfortable bed and reclining sofa! The view of the ocean is spectacular and Nick was very responsive when we had a minor issue. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return soon!
