I would like to say thanks to Shawn for hosting us. Our experience was great. At home u can find everything what you looking for. Beach walk by 5 min. Home was clean fresh. A lot of snacks and coffee. Bathtub amenities was also best quality. I recommend this property for short term and long term

The house is in a great location with all the amenities you would want, as well as multiple bikes, boogie boards, beach toys and towels. Perfect for a family stay. It is an easy walk to the beach, good restaurants, or biking on the strand. Montie was very helpful and responsive, making sure we knew how to get in and operate everything. Great home for a family beach getaway.

A great place to gather the family both near and far for Christmas. Very easy to get to some great beaches, restaurants, the Malibu Pier and Adamson house, canyon hike.

Aaron and Chers Manhattan Beach house is absolutely gorgeous. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone. The beds were insanely comfortable, the house was spotless, having a garage is perfect! Loved the view from the upstairs room and the terrace. The house was equipped with everything we needed included beach toys for the kids and a coffee machine for us. Aaron and Cher were such lovely and accommodating hosts. One of our favourite stays to date! Thank you 🙏🏼

This space was exactly what I needed for my solo meditation weekend - a short walk to the beach and strand and yet so quiet and peaceful and clean. I's also romantic and would be a wonderful place for a couple's getaway.

Absolutely incredible stay! The Malibu house exceeded all expectations—spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly clean. The views were stunning, especially at sunset, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Everything we needed was provided, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy linens. Communication with the host was seamless and welcoming. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or a longer escape, this place is the perfect coastal retreat. We’re already planning our next stay!

Summer was super responsive and kind to any questions I had during my stay. The location was perfect and the home was clean! Highly recommend if you want to be walking distance to beach and downtown Santa Monica !

A piece of heaven on earth! Regina’s home is perfectly located, offering stunning views from every window and beautifully modern decor. The linens and furniture are of high quality and extremely comfortable. It's evident that Regina curated each space with care and thoughtfulness. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials. Regina’s place is meticulously maintained, both inside and out. We loved exploring the grounds—there's beauty in every direction. Regina is a professional and gracious host; we felt at home instantly. She was very responsive, and her advice and recommendations were spot on. Regina’s home is truly special. My family and I can’t wait to return. If you're seeking a tranquil getaway, I highly recommend Regina’s place, The Horizon House.

We had a fantastic stay at Zev & Melissa Forrest’s place in Long Beach. The house was perfect for our group of three couples—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the beach and the Long Beach Grand Prix, which was a highlight of our trip. The kitchen was beautiful, and the living space was perfect for relaxing after a day out. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Ardie was very responsive and extremely accommodating. We were traveling for work and it was a very charming and elegant place to come home to after days of work. All of the furnishings and features were really nice. I would to come back to the Malibou Lake cabin, the scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

What a gorgeous home and the design along with the lighting, configuration of the house, the flow is very zen. Quality furniture and indoor/outdoor spaces very well maintained. Beautiful views of the ocean and mountains are calming listening to the waves. Open and well designed with great atmosphere including the stunning artwork, appliances, and a very safe environment to enjoy in. Well done Helena! The gardens are immaculate and the pool, kitchen, bedrooms, closets and bathrooms are all very beautiful. First class is this stunning house. Scott's place was perfect for a family! It's a quick drive to Redondo Beach and is ideally located to enjoy the LA area. We were 30-40 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to the Long Beach Aquarium. By far, the best attributes of the house were the outside grill and hot tub area. The backyard is fantastic for a family that wants to spend time outside. We grilled on the Weber grill and enjoyed the hot tub, which is humongous!

Great stay in the heart of Manhattan beach! We easily walked to restaurants 15 mins away and the beach is an easy walk down as well. Having dedicated parking was also very helpful since street parking can be tough to find.

Great host who is very considerate and thoughtful. The place looked a little smaller than the pictures, but it was perfect for a quiet getaway. The bed was comfortable but a little bit too soft, which was not my favorite. Overall, I recommend this place.

My wife and our kids (21, 15, and 8) just spent the last the last 4 days at James's house. it was BEAUTIFUL! Can't beat the sunset. conveniently located walking distance from a store and Starbucks. and 3 min from the beach! beautiful ocean views from the upstairs balconies. fully stocked kitchen with all the needs and Cleaned to perfection when u arrive. James was an amazing host (Our favorite one so far.) responsive, funny, understanding, and completely laid back. 100% will get this house again when wanting to return to the malibu area! Kathy's stunning place is in a beautiful private, peaceful area. April time is wonderful, temperature perfect, air so fresh, hills covered in blooming California lilac with patches of poppies and other wild flowers. The space is ultra comfortable with lots of light and unobstructed views. We cooked a simple breakfast just fine. The view of the ocean is gorgeous and it's barely 5 min from the beaches and Malibu Seafood for fish and chips. Lots more restaurants less than 10 minutes away in Malibu Country Mart. Close to fun Paradise Cove. My favorite thing was having a private trail to a stream for my pup and I to wander. Lots of other trails nearby. Very relaxed atmosphere, a place to breathe. Kathy and Rich are great hosts. 10 stars!
