everything was good. we had an issue with the hot water in the unit and the host was in contact with us during the boxing day. overall we enjoyed our stay and got what we expected.

The best thing about this accommodation was definitely the location. The balcony with its stunning view of the sea (or bay) was simply paradise. It was an absolute joy to have my morning coffee and breakfast there while taking in the peaceful scenery, and in the evening, watching the sunset was just magical. The apartment itself was well-equipped, and the proximity to the bay below was excellent. The self-check-in process was easy and convenient. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which might be an issue on very hot days—but other than that, everything was great!

Amazing stay at Jemma and Brett’s in Shoal bay. 8 mins walk to the beach, perfect for kids, calm water. Must eat at Atmos- food is incredible. And tomaree walk is stunning as is the walk to wreck beach. Their place is perfect. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into the interior- lovely touches, really clean. We had an issue with the washing machine when we were there and Jemma communicated promptly and Brett came to take a look which was hugely appreciated. Wonderful stay, would not hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you both

Beautiful view over the bay which was relatively private, short walk to beach and short drive to the shops. It had everything we needed for a lovely weekend away with the family. It has a modern coastal vibe and theme and would definitely consider staying again!

This ground floor apartment was surprisingly even more luxurious than the photos. It was a perfect size and location for our tribe. Apart from the uncleaned BBQ and a light gas bottle, we couldn't fault it. Lori was very responsive and proactive on the BBQ oversight and had a cleaner rectify the issue the following day. We would definitely stay here again. Lori was a pleasure to deal with.

A beautiful two bedroom apartment, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and equipped with every possible amenity to ensure a very comfortable stay. Tracy provided comprehensive instructions re arrival and departure and also a long list of recommendations for dining and sightseeing in the area, which were very much appreciated. Sage is a truly 5 star property in every aspect and I thoroughly recommend Ahoy Forster to the Airbnb community.

This place was perfect for our family weekend getaway! The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Insa was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!

Had a great family holiday. The house has everything you need, plenty of room and the outdoor area, BBQ and table tennis was great. Easy walking distance to the water. Room for the boat and car. Great host. Highly recommended

Five star property, would highly recommend. Best air b & b we have stayed in. Even better than the photos as everything is top quality. Lots of extra touches were greatly appreciated. great place in a out of the way corner of Port Stephens. Very quite spot with little traffic and next to zero noise at night time. 2 excellent surf beaches are close by with a snorkelling paradise at the end of the street. endless rocky coast line to explore with kids. I love the area and the house just feels like a beach holiday.

Natalie and Chris' home could not have been more ideal. A fabulous getaway with the fur baby. The home was ideal for our requirements, in a great location. The decor, fittings and beds were perfect. A quiet area with amenities less than a 5 minutes walk away.

A delightful cottage with everything we required. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the decor. We are already planning a repeat visit later in the year.

A wonderful place to stay in a roomy, comfortable and clean home. Dog and kids friendly with a big backyard to play in. Rooms, bathroom and kitchen are clean and tidy with all amenities fully stocked with nothing to worry about during our weekend stay. Very close to the local shops and located in a quiet area of town while restaurants and beaches are close driving distance making a perfect getaway in Forster. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when we are back in the area. Thank you

We had initially booked Michael’s place for two nights but decided to add another two nights as we loved the house and the lush surroundings. The house is tastefully decorated without being cluttered and the garden is just lovely and well kept. Everything in the house was clean and the beds were comfortable allowing us to have a good nights rest. The photos on the wall are very well placed making it homely and welcoming. The kitchen is very large allowing for some great home cooking ( incl the barbecue on the deck ). I highly recommend this house if you want to explore the mid north coast of New South Wales.

It is the most at home I have ever felt staying in a Airbnb, I must admit I was dubious at first booking a place with shared spaces I’ll be honest, it made me hesitant to book but wow as soon as I walked in the host made me feel right at home, Kerry certainly goes above and beyond. Everything matched the description in the listing, and was extremely clean and tidy, which is a big plus for me. I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely incredible views! I’ve recommend this place to friends and family, very clean and can not fault it at all. Grant was a pleasure to deal with! definitely would book again 🙂
