We had a great week at Franco's place with our family of 4 (baby and toddler). The place is on the smaller end but has everything you need plus the location is excellent. You are within walking distance of all major ski passes and can even walk to Faloria. Shops, cafes, bakery, butcher, restaurants, pharmacies are all within 5 mins walking. Food sold at Cooperative is delicious and we were very happy to have fully functioning kitchen. There is a cupboard outside the flat for storage of skis (boots can go inside the flat there is plenty of storage everywhere). The heating is adjustable and heats very well (no worries). Franco is very responsive and immediately helped out when part of the baby bed was missing. At the moment, there is a construction side outside the flat but it is a) not noisy and b) because of the Olympic games next year, whole of Cortina has loads of construction works. For us, the convenience of having a living room, kitchen and central location beat everything.

Gilda er meget imødekommende, svarer super hurtigt på ens henvendelser og meget hjælpsom. Boligen ligger 7-8 km. fra skilift i Buffaure, som forbinder dig til Belvedere/Sellaronda. Gilda kom med gode anbefalinger til skileje og lokale oplevelser. Boligen ligger smukt, der skal køres af lidt smalle bjergveje. Parkering 100 meter fra boligen. Værdi for pengene og meget behagelig vært. Vi kommer gerne igen.

We hebben met in totaal 4 stellen (2 kids) de twee grote appartementen van Arthur gehuurd. We hebben een top week gehad! De appartementen zijn heel ruim en doordat ieder stel een eigen badkamer heeft was er veel privacy! Ook genoeg ruimte in beide appartementen om met iedereen te kunnen tafelen/bij elkaar zitten. Op loopafstand van de piste (sleeplift Nives). Er is bergruimte met verwarmde elementen voor skischoenen in de garage, maar wij kozen ervoor onze spullen in het depot naast de skilift te bewaren. Op loopafstand van het dorp, de supermarkt, restaurants etc. Eén van de badkamers is recent gerenoveerd, op de foto’s is nog een oude badkamer met bad te zien maar dit is nu een hele mooie nieuwe badkamer. Arthur is een zeer vriendelijke host, hij reageert snel en is zeer behulpzaam. Kortom, we hebben een topweek gehad en hebben voor volgend jaar weer geboekt!

The accommodations were amazing and the host was incredibly responsive. The location, being so close to public transportation, was very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the Plose ski resort!

Le logement est parfait, je recommande fortement. La vue est magnifique et le jacuzzi est trop bien, tout est beaucoup mieux que sur les photos. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. On reviendra surement, merci !!

Wer eine vergleichsweise bezahlbare Wohnung in der Gegend um die 3 Zinnen sucht, die sauber ist und in perfekter Lage liegt, dazu über eine tolle Aussicht vom Balkon verfügt UND die Möglichkeit bietet, einen tollen Pool zu nutzen: der ist hier richtig. Wer hingegen in einer top ausgestatteten, modernen, modischen Wohnung urlauben will, mit neuen Möbeln und frischen Bädern: der bleibt lieber fern! Wir waren dort gerade richtig. Einzig eine zweite Bettdecke im „Ehebett“ ist vorteilhaft. Danke

Le logement était très propre, le plus propre que nous avons loué ! Le lieu est de toute beauté, le ski de fond magnifique. Il manquait d’instructions par rapport à certaines choses, salle de lavage, gestion des déchets, etc. Nous avons dû poser plusieurs questions. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et nous aimerions beaucoup y revenir !

L’alloggio di Simonetta si trova in una zona molto comoda al paese, che si raggiunge facilmente anche a piedi. L’esperienza nella sua casa è stata ottima, appartamento super fornito di tutto e super pulito. Siamo stati molto bene, se dovessimo tornare sicuramente torneremo nuovamente da Simonetta. Lo consiglio!!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Laura. Das Appartement lies keine Wünsche offen und ist die perfekte Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Würden wieder kommen :)

Très beau logement , très propre , bonne literie , Domenica super agréable et super réactive pour toutes informations . Les photos ne sont pas représentatives car le logement est beaucoup plus joli en réel que sur les photos . Je conseille vivement 😀

Alles super sauber, tolle Kommunikation mit den Gastgeberinnen und vor allem eine wunderbare Lage mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick aus dem Balkon. Wir haben die Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Gentili e disponibili, ottima location!

È il nostro secondo soggiorno alla.baita. Per chi come noi ha un cane il posto è perfetto, con tanto spazio fuori dove anche i bambini possono giocare in tranquillità. La baita è molto carina, anche se avrebbe bisogno di leggere migliorie. Per noi comunque è un'ottima soluzione e la consigliamo vivamente.

Beautiful home that felt like a museum! We had a great time at the house with kids. It was also a close drive to the ski slopes and winter activities.

Paní Annemarie je skvělá a milá hostitelka. Vybrali jsme si tento dům na naši zimní lyžařskou dovolenou pro čtyři rodiny s dětmi a splnil veškeré naše očekávání. V domě je velká kuchyně s posezením, samostatná televizní místnost a pět prostorných pokojů. Pro děti je připravený stolní fotbálek, šprtec, billiard, pinpongový stůl a mnoho dalších aktivit. Rádi se na toto místo opět vrátíme.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Peter und Andrea war wirklich was ganz besonderes und wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Wir wurden so herzlich aufgenommen und die guten Gespräche beim Kaffee werden uns im guter Erinnerung bleiben. Der Hof ist wunderschön gelegen mit herrlichen Ausblicken ins Tal und auf die Berge. Die Ferienwohnung auf 2 Etagen ist schön und freundlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Der schöne Badesee mit Floß ist ein Highlight und alles auf dem Hof zeugt von der liebevollen Hand der Gastgeber. Peter und Andrea sind wirklich außergewöhnliche und großzügige Gastgeber, die sich für uns viel Zeit genommen haben und uns auch mit herrlichem selbst gemachten Essig oder Gemüse aus dem Garten versorgt haben. Wenn man sich an die Wegbeschreibung hält (und wirklich rechts fährt, auch wenn der Wegweiser Pirkachberg links anzeigt), dann findet man den Ederhof auch gut. Wir können ihn aus vollem Herzen empfehlen und können hoffentlich mal wieder kommen!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely lovely, offering a peaceful and scenic environment that made for a truly relaxing experience. The apartment itself was spotless, with everything well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Communication with the host was incredibly easy and smooth, making the whole process from check-in to check-out stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Le logement est situé au 1 er étage du chalet de Francesca. Ce dernier est grand, parfaitement agencé et propose toutes les commodités attendues, fidèle à la description. Les + du logement : - Très spacieux (Famille de 4, 2 adultes et 2 enfants + de 12 ans) - Calme - Vue incroyable sur les Dolomites depuis le salon. - On a globalement réussi à conserver la fraicheur du logement durant notre séjour (journée à 28 - 30 degrés) - Propre. - Confortable (que ce soit la literie ou bien l'espace salon) - Piscine agréable après une journée de randonnée (La vue sur les Dolomites...) - Petit village avec superette à 12 mins en voiture Francesca s'est montrée disponible et agréable durant tout notre séjour. Les points d'attention : - Chalet isolé, voiture obligatoire ! - Tarif d'utilisation du lave linge très élevé. (il semble que sur la commune de Bolzano les tarifs soient les mêmes. Nous n'avons pas vérifié préférant opté pour le lavage à la main, ne restant que quelques jours surplace)

The scenery was incredible! The place was modern, nice, clean, and private. The WiFi was great, allowing me to work while enjoying the stunning views. The autumn colors were especially breathtaking this time of year.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön. Im Zentrum von Brixen gelegen und dennoch ruhig. Die Ausstattung war gut. Es hat nichts gefehlt und hatte auch nicht unnötig viel Kram rumstehen. Ebenfalls sehr toll war die Kommunikation mit Francesca. Sie hat uns vom Parkplatz abgeholt und zur Unterkunft geführt und hat immer schnell geantwortet.
