Nancy met us in person at her place and explained thoroughly about local restaurants and things to do. We truly enjoyed the hot tub and all 3 swimming pools. When we arrived she had set out a few welcome snacks and a few homey decorations for Christmas. We most definitely will see be returning and look forward to being her guests once again. 💖

We stayed here the week after Christmas Day and it was perfect for us and our two sons to have a little getaway before getting back to work after the holidays. The house was amazing; spacious, comfortable, super clean, had everything we needed! We utilized the community amenities daily! The hot tubs and heated pool were perfect for a December vacation! Jessica and her husband were great as well. We didn’t need anything, but they were sure to reach out and make sure we were good to go. We will definitely be back!

Belia was very helpful. She quickly responded to any text we sent. The home was clean and well equipped. Really cute front porch! We will stay there again!

One of the best - if not the best… Airbnb’s - I have ever stayed at. Lupita’s place was immaculate!! Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and she literally thought of every detail one would need to feel like you were at home. I will definitely book again!!

Martha’s home was amazing! Great out door space. We spent most of our time out there. Beds were comfortable. Lots of fans to keep cool. All in all a great experience. Loved the amenities. Such a cute but tough little par three. We really had a lot of fun!

The home is super clean and cozy. All furnishings, linens, beds, bathrooms, kitchen utensils were fresh and seemed new. You can literally fish and kayak off the back deck. Strong WiFi if you need to get work done, a nice smart tv for rainy days, and a great place to watch a launch is just a few steps from the front door. To top it off the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. It was a great stay and we will be back.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better. We enjoyed the LIV amenities and the views from the deck were stunning, providing the perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings. The host was incredibly flexible and communicative, making check-in and any questions a breeze. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Place was very cozy and nice and cool. The view was beautiful during the day and even more beautiful at night. we also got to see dolphins from the porch

The home was as described and as the photos showed. Our host was easy to contact and very responsive. We arrived an hour early and was kindly allowed to check in early. I recommend this home and would definitely stay there again.

The house was awesome, very spacious. It was beyond our expectations. They had everything you could possibly need, lots of thought put into their airbnb. The yard was spectacular and private. The location was close to the wildlife refuge, close enough to a town. The host was very flexible and allowed us to modify our reservation. A great place to stay if you plan on visiting South Padre Island or Boca Chica.

I loved this place! It was the perfect size for my family of four. My boys had their own room and restroom on one side of the home. My sister and her son stopped by for one night and they slept on the sofa bed, it was as comfortable as a sofa bed can be. I’ve been renting at LIV for 18 years now and this home has been my favorite so far. The kitchen was very nice, but I would suggest new pots and pans. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit, I was able to wash wet suits and towels after our days at the beach and pool. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and reading. The ceiling fan made it very comfortable to sit out in the 90 degree weather. I would definitely rebook in the future!

Ryan was a great host! We loved his place, it was perfect for what our family needed with a beautiful view. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to a broken AC unit BUT Ryan was super communicative and put his immediate attention to the issue. When realizing the issue couldn't be fixed right away Ryan found new accommodations for our family of 5 and put us up in a beautiful AIRBNB just down the way. We felt bad that we couldn't enjoy his place for the length of our stay and it probably cost him more than our reservation. Highly recommend! We hope to be back!!

Smelled wonderful when we walked in! Clean and convenient. Neighbor behind is close but the privacy fence was nice. We liked the private pool, the heater was out while we stayed but we still enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend for a small family!!

We absolutely loved it. Home is very cozy and has everything you need. Village is pretty cool too: pool, gym, tennis , ping pong, we had fun!! We caught amazing sunsets with sunrises almost every day during our stay! Friendly neighbors in the whole neighborhood. Highly recommend Rebekah's house to everyone! Thank you again! And hope to find a chance to be back in the future!

We had an amazing stay here that exceeded our expectations! The home was beautiful and we felt a calming energy the moment we walked in. The host was very clear with instructions and the home was very clean and organized. The community is walkable and quiet, and close to spi. I would highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing and cabin was equipped with everything we needed. Daniel was very responsive and even let us move our stay one day later since my wife was in the hospital the prior weekend. We will definitely stay here again.
