Our trip had to be pushed back and Thad was easy to work with and understanding. We thought we were going to possibly cancel the day before the reservation and he was still willing to work with us. Can’t thank him enough.

Courtney and Ike's Alta Vista apartment is a lovely place to stay for short-term and long-term rentals. I enjoyed my stay so much I am hoping to extend my stay and return again if there is no availability :). The apartment has everything one needs to feel at home. The internet is fast, the laundry machines are great, and there are many places to sit outside comfortably with privacy. The apartment is tastefully decorated with many windows to provide light and fresh air if needed. In addition, the location is unique and naturally very beautiful. Courtney and Ike are very responsive and reliable when one needs any help. Thank you for an awesome stay that exceeded my expectations!

Great price for the amount of space we had. We didn't spend much time in the room since we were out fishing but it's definitely more than enough room. Easy to get to the beach or jetties from the room.

Place was nicely decorated and easy to get to. It was a bit difficult to open the door lock at first, but that was shared during check in instructions. We enjoyed walking to the nearby coffee and souvenir shop. We didn't stay indoors too long because we came for the beach! But overall we enjoyed Lisa's place!

Our stay was awesome! Betty was amazing for her precise information on every little detail involved as far as arriving there and entering the condo. The location is great so convenient to so many things. everything you would need for a two week visit (what we did). She was so responsive to any questions or needs that we had. Thank you Betty so much for an enjoyable vacation getaway. we appreciated your hospitality and kindness so much.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The instructions and house rules were clearly laid out, making the check-in and out process smooth. We had a small issue during our stay, but the host responded quickly with helpful suggestions to resolve it. The spacious outdoor area was a huge plus—our girls loved running around and playing, especially with the basketball hoop. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
