Had a lovely long weekend stay in Richard's place. lovely bungalow in a superb location overlooking the sea. Views were truly stunning. Place was clean and tidy and exactly how described. Richard was a top host and even contacted us to say we could enter property early on arrival which was a real bonus for us. Would highly recommend this properly and would definitely like to revisit at some point in the future.

We loved our stay in this house. The location was so near the beech, and the views across Perranporth were stunning when we had clear days. It's a very spacious house , which was both fully equipped with modern amenities, but still retained the character of a family home with such lovely decor colledted from different times. The bedrooms had plenty of space for an extended family, although there were 4 of us, and one dog, on this occasion. If we had the chance, we would definitely book with Miranda again.

We had every intention of venturing out to explore this beautiful area of Cornwall but simply couldn’t tear ourselves away from such an idyllic spot. Aside from a few visitors and walkers during the day, it felt as though we had the stunning beach all to ourselves. The beach house is so warm and cosy with everything you could possibly need. Clean and well equipped with a large comfy bed, feather pillows and duvet. We recommend stocking up on supplies in Penzance (as the nearest convenience store is a 15 minute drive) then sit at the bottom of the garden and feel the stress drain away as you soak in the sights of this unique hideaway. It truly felt like a privilege to call Hella home for a few days, private, peaceful and perfect.

Wow, such a beautiful beach front apartment. Great communication with Mike. Fantastic amenities, everything there that you would need including fresh milk. I think the only negative we can think of is the price. We would happily pay more just for the superb views. Definitely going back and staying longer next time. We are only a 20 minute drive away and just needed a quick break. We chose well.

We have had a lovely 5 day stay. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy with everything you needed and more for it to feel like home. The views were beautiful from every window and I spent most my time in the apartment peacefully watching the world go by. Perfect location with Fistral beach 4/5 minutes to the right and town 5-10 minutes to the left. Being dog friendly meant to the world to us and everything being so local and dog friendly made our stay so easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be back in the near future. Perfect getaway, perfect location, perfect host. Now the family is all grown up buying meaningful Christmas presents is hard This part of Cornwall holds a special place in our hearts so I got the idea for the whole family to have a long weekend together. Something very chalenging given the hours we work and that we don’t live particularly close to each other. I found this property on the site and was drawn not just by its location but the picture of the big dining kitchen we could all eat together Also it’s accessibility for my 83 year old mom. Then there’s the views Wow From this location you get the benefit of being able to see both the sunrise and the sunset over the sea. The house was so homely we immediately settled in and Mark was so accommodating of everything we asked. It was glorious waking up together and playing board games together late into the evening after we came back from the Inn on the Shore which is a five minute walk A true gem We will be back

The apartment is lovely, it’s definitely not for tall people but other than that it’s perfect for a weekend break or a light packer. Gareth was responsive over messages and the apartment felt private even though Gareth and his family live above. The views over Fistral beach are amazing and the area is very quiet and peaceful.

great location. quiet flat. short walk to a great beach and to a pool and tennis court on site. the flat had everything you need. the main bedroom was particularly nice.

The apartment itself is stunning, with sea views from every room, providing beautiful sunrises. It was clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The kitchen was a standout feature, fully equipped with everything imaginable, plus the added convenience of a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher – a huge plus for an stress-free stay. Although we didn’t bring our children on this trip, I appreciated seeing children’s cutlery bowels & cups. Melanie's thoughtful welcome package of tea, coffee, crumpets, and butter was a lovely touch. Melanie was also so helpful & came back to me really fast when I had questions. I would like to add, it’s your driving in it’s worth picking up shopping as there isn’t any supermarkets in walking distance.

Can’t say enough positive things about this place. Nicola was a brilliant host - super responsive and helpful, and provided a great list of stuff to do around Falmouth. You’re right on the beach and 5 minutes walk from the main drag in the town. Couldn’t ask for more. The flat was clean, well lit, everything worked perfectly and the bed was excellent. Will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mary was a great host an great at communicating before we arrived. It was warm, cosy and overall well appointed. Beds were extremely comfortable and with two bathrooms - an en suite and a family, this meant there were no morning queues! Location is perfect. Just next to the lovely Porthminster beach and a short walk into town. We love visiting St Ives and this is another great place to add to our recommended places to stay. If I had to think of one negative, it would only be that shower gel, cooking oil, salt and pepper is not provided - this is mentioned before you get there, so is only really a problem if, like me, you forget to bring them as they are often supplied as a given in Airbnb’s. Just a small thing though really as this is a lovely place for a small family to stay and I’d highly recommend.

A lovely clean, comfortable caravan as described, lovely friendly and helpful hostess, a really easy stay with good WiFi that was needed for work. Not sure we used the correct entrance to the park as directions didn't quite make sense but not a big problem. Happy to recommend.

Helen was great! Very clear instructions and very easy to communicate with. The bungalow was as described and the location was beautiful. The pool was a real bonus for when the weather was a bit damp. Would recommend.

All four of us enjoyed our stay at 17 The Crags. The apartment was lovely and the surroundings were so peaceful. All you could hear was the sound of the sea in the cove below. We appreciated the extra care taken to make sure that everything we needed for our stay was available in the apartment. We really enjoyed the leisure centre which was not overcrowded even though this is the peak summer holiday season. Thanks to Melanie and the team for providing us with a great place to stay for the week.

Incredibly friendly, kind and responsive hosts. Lovely family feel. Building has a lot of character and great facilities. Short walk to a beautiful beach. What more could you ask for? Strongly recommend!

We have had a fantastic week at Beachside! Beautiful house and garden just a few meters from the beach and sea! The house was extremely clean and very spacious! Des is a fantastic host, very clear instructions and recommendations and a kind gift left for us too… we would definitely look to return to Beachside! ☀️

Jennifer is a great host and very responsive. The house is beautiful and very thoughtfully furnished. It's in an absolutely stunning location. Every room offers sea views, which we loved. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the living room which was really cosy and the big TV made nights in all the more fun. The beds are very comfortable and we slept really well throughout our stay. The instructions book was very informative. The house is right by the beach and has plenty of scenic walking routes on your doorstep. We loved our stay and would happily return in the future and recommend to others.

Really enjoyed our stay, considering we booked last minute, Matthew was hugely responsive and flexible allowing us to squeeze in our booking during February half term. The property was clean, well presented with a welcoming bottle of wine on arrival. The beds were extremely comfy and views are fantastic even in February. The wood burner/fireplace offered some cosy comfort in the late evening. Local restaurants are walking distance as is the beach. Highly recommend the Beach House as a place to eat / drink.

Staying at the Fort is a wonderful adventure... metres away from the water edge was exhilarating as a storm was blowing up. Space was great for 4 of us, with 8 might be a queue for the bathroom! We used the tennis court and the EV charger... you have to get access in advance as a private pod point 30p per kWh was good rate. Local parkrun at Mount Edgcumbe has the best views but most elevation I've ever done.

We had a lovely stay in Newquay. The house was perfect - just as advertised. Great views and plenty of space for the whole family. Helpful communication before and during the stay.

We had a lovely time in comfortable homely surroundings with amazing views of the bay. We all enjoyed our daily walks every day. Didn't advance into the sea due to time of year despite the fact it looked very inviting!!

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed in!! Cannot recommend this place enough - the location was perfect, being so close to the beach was amazing and it was great to be near to Newquay, Padstow etc too. It truly felt like a home from home - had a great amount of space, comfy furniture and the welcome hamper was so thoughtful (even something for our pooch!). Everything we could have needed was provided and we just had the best weekend! We will definitely be booking again and can’t thank Barbara enough for our fantastic stay!
