From the moment I first messaged Matthew about staying in the house to the end of the trip and closing the door for the last time we couldn't fault our experience. Matthew has been quick to reply, friendly and very accommodating with our needs. The house itself was beautiful inside and out, easily accommodating 3 families and enabling us to cook and eat together in luxury! I really can't thank you enough for such a wonderful time, it will stay with us all for a long time, so much so that we all want to come back again next year!

Our stay was brilliant, with the space having everything we needed in terms of comfortable bed, spotless bathroom and well equipped kitchen. It was great being able to come and go from our own entrance, easy checkin and all very private. The EV charger was a huge bonus and we will now especially look to stay at places that offer this function. Tara was very responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay again when we next visit our friends that also live in Hayle.

A fantastic stay and the property was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Newquay Town Centre and less than 10 mins walk to Fistral Beach through the middle of the golf course on a traffic free path. The host responded within an hour on both occasions I contacted her. I can’t fault anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

After staying in many Airbnbs I think this was one of the cleanest, nearest, full of goodies and warmly presented homes I have been in. Comfy beds, cleanest of bathrooms and amazing spaces. Loaf of delicious bread, eggs, fresh milk, cookies, butter and homemade jam and other teas and coffee and condiments. Amazing. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

We were 4 Adults with a baby down in Perranporth for 3 days, for a family funeral. The Beach House was just what we needed to recover from the 6 hour journey from Essex and the cosiness made it feel like home from home. It sits at the bottom of a hill, with the town centre and beach just a 5/7 minute flat walk. Communication from Vicky was very informative, friendly and proactive if we had any questions. I would recommend this property and will be looking at coming back either later this year or next year sometime.

Our stay at Jon and Victoria’s place was a dream. Beautiful views, peace & quiet and a stunning property - we couldn’t have asked for more. The property itself had everything you could need for a short stay - just like a home away from home and it was beautifully presented. We took our dog along with us and he was obsessed with the outdoor space - plenty of room for him to run to his hearts content! Jon and Victoria were both great - extremely helpful and super quick to respond to messages. Fab hosts! We will certainly be returning to Jon & Victorias - already planning for next year!

Great few days in one of the lodges. The place was warm and cosy (even in January!). Lovely grounds and opportunity for walks. Freedom for dogs to run around. Pool was a highlight, heated appropriately so one could enjoy the swim. Hot tub and sauna were also great. Thank you!

Melanie was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful right from the very beginnig. She welcomed us as soon as we got there and we felt right at home. The whole home is absolutely stunning, just like the pictures and we had everything we needed there. Me and my partner stayed in the barn and our friends stayed in the cottage right next door, nice that we wasnt too far away from our friends but we also had our own privacy aswell. Though we had rainy weather whilst we were there, we didnt let it stop us from using the pool and hot tub. It was a great way to unwind and relax after the driving around and busy days out. Melanie would check up on us during our stay which we thought was very kind of her, she also left us cute little cornish treats which were super yummy. We wish we had booked longer and are looking forward to coming back again hopefully with a lot of sunshine! Thank you again Melanie, we loved our holiday x

I visited for the evening to see my grandparents as I live in wales and they live in Devon. The bungalow was immaculate, helpful guide provided, the rooms are huge and the blankets and towels are a lovely touch. The shower was good too as it was really warm. The heating does take a while whilst on boost but once warmed up it’s lovely. We did feel a draft from the window and the curtains moved but we were in a storm so that’s understandable. Would have loved more sugars and maybe milk as there wasn’t a shop on site.

Very clean and spacious, home from home. Literally 10 min drive from Fistral Beach and the town center. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Definitely would stay again.

This place was ideal for my family, we have a newborn and dog and had everything we needed for them. Danny thought of most things from dog bowls, treats, poo bags, pin liners, coffee machine. My partner was skeptical about staying in a mobile home but after staying here he now has a different view on it. Highly recommend to anyone with family and dogs who need a base.

Wonderful hosts, beautiful cottage with everything we needed for our stay. Lovely and clean and in a great location not too far to travel to get to lovely beaches and walks.

We had a lovely stay at Kirsten and Bens flat. Loved the view and the beach themed decor. Had everything we needed, spacious and perfect location. The hosts are absolutely lovely and very responsive. Really recommend this place and will be coming back!

We really enjoyed our holiday in Wren lodge. It was so peaceful, cosy, clean, well equipped and was our happy place for a week. We loved the swimming pool and would have used it loads more if the weather had been warmer. During our week we had a lovely 2 mile walk to the local village pub where we had a tasty meal. We drove out to Bude, which we loved for cute shops and crabbing on the harbour wall. We found Sandymouth beach for a fun beach day, with an amazing beach cafe. We would definitely recommend the lodge for a relaxing homely place to stay with great helpful hosts. Definitely value gor money. Well equipped kitchen and all lovely and clean. The large garden space around the lodge was sich a nice view and seeing cows in the field from the kitchen window was just delightful! A very happy holiday. Thank you to Valerie and Tony!

We booked this Airbnb as a family of 8 adults and a dog and it was perfect! Great size, great location and amazing views. Would definitely come back here!

We had a lovely short stay. We arrived late after a long journey arriving at Bristol airport. We felt relaxed and at home straight away. The cottage is very clean and the kitchen well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

We had a very peaceful stay at the cabin, which is very cosy and welcoming and flooded with natural light - we felt at home straight away. The views are incredible and the sauna was an added extra which we made the most of. The location peaceful and the nearby beaches great. Kitchen and living room had everything we needed as well!

Ship-shape, efficiently designed. We were greeted in person by our host and with a packet of delicious ginger cookies and written note of welcome. Tricky but sufficient parking spot right at the gate to the cabin.
