Lauren and Sam are wonderful hosts with a beautiful property right on the water. They are very welcoming and nice people with a genuine interest in making sure their guests have the best experience possible. We definitely recommend this property.

We used Joss and Wayne's place for a team building retreat. It was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen for our self-catering, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Joss and Wayne were great hosts - showed us where everything was and then left us to it. As well as the great kitchen, there was also a lovely outside area with a BBQ for relaxing at night. Great venue. Would highly recommend.

perfect location for exploring rotorua and surrounds. dharmen went above and beyond to ensure the stay was comfortable. perfect accommodation for longer stays or a larger group with a kitchen setup with every appliance you can think off and plenty of space.

We had a wonderful stay here The view is fantastic and we had everything we needed. It is very family friendly, there is a box of toys for children, some board games and a garden to run around in. One of my group has some mobility issues so it helped that this place was mostly on one level, with only a few steps here and there. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need for preparing meals. It's the kind of place where kitchen items left from previous people are there so there were was cooking oil, salt and spices we could use. There is a coffee plunger and a mocha pot (bring your own ground coffee and milk) to use. The street is quiet, with the occasional bleating of sheep and safe. There is lots of space and three loos so good for groups. I would recommend this place and definitely stay again.

Such a charming place to stay at. The most beautiful garden with the most adorable cat. We loved the easy breakfast and convenience to Hobbiton only 15 minutes away! Thank you for having us.

Sarah’s cabin was fantastic. Lovely spot with a lovely view. The outdoor bath was a highlight and eating dinner looking over the sea. Highly recommend

Awesome cosy loft that feels like a flash adults treehouse! Beautiful comfy bed and lovely morning sun streams through the avocado tree into the barn loft. Easy access for a private stay and really nice spot for coffee in bed with the tress all around. So easy to get to the motorway to the Mount or up the coast towards the Coromandel.

A lovely, welcoming home, really well equipped, very comfortable. Communication was great from start to finish and every everything in the house had clear instructions which was very helpful. We will definitely stay again

My wife and I stayed here while on a get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. What a quaint, quiet and peaceful spot! Central to Hamilton, Tauranga and Coromandel areas, with beautiful walks and views makes this spot a great base for a weekend get away. Start the morning picking your own berries. Take them with you up Wairere Falls to sweeten up your lunch. Come back and enjoy a hard earned fresh real fruit ice cream made by Sue herself to cool down. Then enjoy the rest of the afternoon basking in the sun! Thanks Sue and Ron for the lovely stay!

Tanya was a great communicator and very lovely to deal with. The house is amazing! The backyard was big and if you have pets you don’t have to worry about it not being secure we felt safe with them running around the entire time. It felt like a home away from home. The master bed was so cosy and comfy. Lounge was beautiful to just sit with a book and look out the window at the amazing view of the forest. Very close to skyline gondola. You can also store car in garage which Tanya very kindly let us use. Thank you Tanya. ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay here. What a beautiful location! We loved being able to bring our dogs and there was a stunning lake walk for them just down the road. The place was quiet and private. Had all the listed amenities and looks just like the photos. Was a big place with a huge bathroom and good sized bedrooms. House was clean and well presented. We felt right at home! Just one thing to be mindful the internet/reception was not the best, was a good excuse to fully disconnect for a couple of days!

Great location. Very peaceful. Loves the bird’s wake up calls. Beautiful surrounding. Great for walks during low tide and kayaking during high tides. Great waterfall and swimming hole close by. Plus a nice artisan bakery in Omokoroa!

We had a fantastic week at Graeme's place. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the house was wonderfully equipped and lots of space for 6 adults and 1 toddler. Graeme left toys for our grandson to play with and had a small mattress all arranged for him. It was perfect. Would highly recommend.

A great spot for a stay in beautiful Mt Maunganui… great beach access and a cool cafe over the road for a nice ce brunch/lunch option.

We had a great stay at Roszarri's and really enjoyed the pool! It was close and convenient to lots of things.

What a great air bnb! Location is in the heart of Mount Maunganui, so you can park up for the week and walk to the beach or town within 2 minutes. Easy check in - nice, clean apartment and has everything you need. Only thing is the week went to fast, we could have easily stayed longer. Also the view from the apartment is stunning! This place was beautiful! It was spacious and very well laid out, with a great kitchen, outdoor area, super comfy bed and it was also surrounded by a beautiful orchard. There's a paddock next door where there's friendly horses too. The quality of this place makes it an absolute bargain. Can not speak highly enough of this beautiful BNB. Thank you to the owners 😊

Leanne’s place was so perfect for our family holiday. We staying during the busy new year period but the location is perfect it’s close to omanu surf club which isn’t as busy as the main part of the mount which we loved. The place itself is lovely and Leanne was so great - she left us a load of kombucha which our kids loved! It’s really close to the mount and Bayfair shops and there are a few coffee places around the omanu surf club - including a new cafe surf road. This place was perfect for our family of 4.

Jonathan’s house is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you need. The lounge and dining areas are spacious and comfortable as are the bedrooms and beds. Nice outdoor garden with a lovely warm hot tub. Very much appreciated especially on a cold wet Rotorua day. The house is close to the shops, cafes, restaurants, groceries etc. Some interesting sightseeing areas are within walking distance from the property. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Gloria’s. absolute perfect for 3 kids under 5 with two adults. So much for the kids to do! Gloria had a huge range of toys available and the pool was perfect - beautifully heated and a nice area to be in. Full kitchen was great too. Definitely recommend 😊

Had a great stay and Julian and Frances’s place. Communication was excellent and the place was clean and tidy. Bonus having the pool right outside the front door.

La "cabane" au fond du jardin est parfaite pour séjourner à Tauranga. il ne manque rien, il y a même une piscine. La maison est proche du Mt Maunganui et de la très belle plage. Tout était parfait, nous recommandons fortement cette belle adresse.
