The Sunset house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood in Lucban. It is near a hospital, supermarket and church. The house itself is beautiful, homey and comfortable with lots of space. The caretaker, Susan, is friendly, approachable and easy to contact. We didnt have any problems with the accommodation, only that it was really cold during our stay and the blankets were not thick enough. But it is very minor. Overall, the place is worth the bucks. PS: bed is super comfy

very nice place we enjoy the karaoke, playing cards, scrabble and play the billiards and basketball with self court. the place is relaxing and peaceful, i feel like home. and the host is very easy to deal with and the caretaker ateng is very approachable, they are very nice. hope to comeback there and looking forward to the pool to covered so we can swim even its sunny. Ms. Mackie is very accommodating and responds promptly to my inquiries. The place is perfect for families, with a warm and homey vibe. It’s clean and comes with complete cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. What you see on the Airbnb listing is exactly what you get. She also provided clear instructions on how to get to the place and even assisted us in arranging a cottage near the beach. Highly recommended!

Cindy’s place was clean. Complete with cooking utensils. Had plenty of room and bathrooms. It was quiet that we had a good nights rest. It’s conveniently located by the diversion. Cindy provided fresh fruits and beautiful flowers for my family and I to enjoy. Cindy was a great host.

We had an amazing time at Agda Beach Villas 😊far beyond what we expected! It’s a hidden gem: serene, relaxing, and still not crowded, which made our stay even more special. Our family usually heads to Zambales for quick beach trips, but this time we decided to explore the South, and we have absolutely no regrets. Agda Beach Villas is now one of our top picks for future getaways. The place is surrounded by lush trees and feels very private and peaceful. It’s easily the best beach experience we’ve had near Metro Manila. The sand is beautiful, and we really appreciated the safety net in the water that kept jellyfish away 😊 such a thoughtful touch! We left feeling completely relaxed and recharged. Thank you to the hosts for such a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be recommending this to friends and family and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! 😊

We spend our Christmas vacation here, and all we can say is we fully enjoy staying at Wilmel's Farm Resort. The place is wide were our kids can run and have fun. The bedroom were spacious and the bathrooms are clean. The whole place was amazing. The place is quiet and so relaxing (it was raining on our second day and it added the coziness of the place). The nature view was also amazing. Kuya Pandoy was very helpful and always there to assist us. The Host was very responsive, and greet us with a warm welcome. If you wanted a nature, quiet, relaxing and stress free vacation, I recommend this place. Thanks you so much for the amazing and relaxing time we spend it here.

We did book for 2 nights but we just stayed one night only because there is an emergency. I am hesitant to ask the host for a refund but I tried to but the hosted reponded politely and He is easy to talk to, then I got the refund. We are looking forward to Stay in His place again soon. maganda Yung place, super worth it! make surel lang to buy ice and food! we bought 3 pack of ice sa alpha mart. gawin nyo ng 5. bumili din kayo ng food for the entire staty kasi nakaka tamad lumabas pag andoon na kayo. maganda Yung place! make sure Lang na prepared kayo. 5 ice pack sa alpha mart! food for the entire stay.

The host was incredibly easy to communicate with—she promptly answered all my questions and even suggested helpful options. She also gave us thoughtful considerations, which we truly appreciated, especially since we were celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday at the property. We’re very grateful! The house itself is spacious and perfectly suited for our big family. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The pool was a great bonus, especially since the beach was at low tide during our stay—having the pool as an alternative made a big difference. I highly recommend this place and am already planning to book it again for our next event!

We had a wonderful and fun stay. This is one for the books as our dogs are able to run around, swim together with us and sleep in each separate AC rooms. The spring running water outside is so relaxing to hear and see. We woke up a little early the following day so we have the area all by ourselves. It was nice roaming around and taking pictures. I specifically loved that there are a lot of spaces that you can lounge. chairs and sofas are everywhere, nice to have a chat with your families here or play some of our board games. Water pressure is also so good, perfect for taking a shower. Bathrooms, rooms and sala are so spacious Kuya Ramil was helpfull and very polite and easy to communicate with the owner too

When we first stumbled upon this house on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Aireen is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The place is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible.

The place was perfect for our little extended family. Nelle was very responsive with our queries so we knew exactly what we needed to bring. Even our dogs had too much fun because they had ample space to run around. The kids had fun in the dipping pool and didn't want to get out of the water. The bonfire stretched our nightcap while the kids enjoyed their smores. It was a fun experience, definitely something different from our daily metro life. And Joan, the caretaker, was exceptional. She was very accommodating and pleasant, definitely a gem for this place.

Fantastic Stay for Large Groups! We had an amazing time at this house from Good Friday to Easter Sunday. The ventilation is well-designed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The property is surrounded by trees, making it perfect for our Easter egg hunt. The lagoon adds a lovely touch to the scenery, and we enjoyed spotting bantam chickens in the mornings. The resident Jack Russell, Mini Pinscher, and French Bulldog brought extra charm to the area. The caretaker even gifted us a pickled cucumber, which was a delightful surprise. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this place!

Sir Wine and Ms Ollie’s place was all it promised to be, and more. When we were greeted with their welcoming staff, the relaxing music that was playing throughout the grounds as we entered, and the welcome drinks and snacks, we knew off the bat that it was going to be a weekend to remember. The accommodations and amenities were all well thought of. Practical and classy taste was seen all throughout the property. It was not just a place to hang your hat, but they made it feel like home. The food, albeit it was only breakfast that they served, was filling and uber yummy. We ended up buying almost everything they served, so we could attempt to repeat the meals back home. Thank you for going above and beyond Ms Ollie, Sir Wine, and Ate Jasmin. Our family will always be grateful.

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures, it was clean, and beautiful.. the host and the person who assisted us are both friendly.. would love to book again in the future… would be more perfect if the beach has white sands ☺️
