Melissa’s property was so clean and absolutely perfect for our stay! She was flexible with check in as well and we will absolutely be booking this property again for our next stay in the area!

My daughter and I stayed at this very comfortable spot for a long weekend while visiting JMU for a prospective student event. We had a long day of travel and were incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Comfortable bedroom, ample kitchen with toaster oven, coffee maker, and even some coffee pods to get you going. Bathroom had great water pressure. Especially appreciated the larger living room and large murphy bed. My daughter and I were able to each have our own sleeping space and had more than enough room to get ready, make coffee, catch up on emails etc. in the space. Would highly recommend to any small groups looking to stay in the area.

Came for a little outdoors trip - this made for perfect little resting spot. Smack dab in the town of Front Royal with easy restaurant access that’s walkable. Unit is spacious with a nice kitchen and living area.

Thanks so much for having us, Amy! I loved all the colors and decorations. We apprecaited how you all took this space and made it something really special. We could tell how much TLC was poured into it. Thanks for the awesome communication before and during our stay. **I did want to make note of a few things for future guest** If you are much over 6 feet tall, there are a few places you'll need to duck. My husband hit his head on a pipe in the hallway a few times before he remembered it was there. Also, just remember that full beds aren't as long as queens and kings. The kitchen sink water gets REALLY hot, so use cation. The shower had wonderful pressure and great temps! The bed was comfortable. We did hear the animals upstairs some in the night. It didn't bother us, but if you are sensitive to sound, make note that this is a basement rental and you may hear some above you. The TV doesn't come with cable or rabbit ears, you must log into and log out. Overall, it's unique!

Everything was exactly as advertised and then some. This place was perfect for me and my two littles. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed, and check in was incredibly flexible. My only complaint is that I wish I found this place earlier in the ski season. 10 out of 10 hands down.

Rosemary's Nest is awesome! The view off the front porch is a different movie every night. Old Rag, White Oak Canyon and the Skyline Drive are about 40 minutes away, Culpeper is 16 miles away. I suppose we were a little different type of guests, as we stayed ~six months. I was there to recover from a full hip replacement and the steep-ish driveway was perfect for physical therapy. Rosemary and Joe became like family, kept an eye out for us and they invited us upstairs for many delicious dinners and a Civil War quiz. If I have to get my other hip done in the next year or so, we certainly will be returning!

My husband and I stayed at Kerry’s place for a weekend getaway and we had a wonderful time! The apartment is spacious and well appointed. We loved that it felt cozy and warm on a very chilly weekend. It’s perfectly located above the great coffee shop Before & After and is right on the main drag of Sperryville. Parking behind the apartment is super easy, and the apartment is just a few minutes by foot from RPK, The Corner Store, and Francis (cocktail bar). Kerry was super helpful and responsive and we loved our stay here!

What a wonderful "find"- a beautiful, quiet, cozy spot away from the bustle of the Harrisonburg hotel district with stunning views from the property! Our nephew saw his first shooting star less than ten seconds after we parked. Comfy beds, with plenty of room to relax and not be on top of each other. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely time staying at this property. Both hosts were very responsive and left us a great experience. Very pretty historical home in walking distance of a cafe across the street. Only thing to note is the shower takes quite some time to warm up (we stayed late February). Awesome distance from the caverns and the place was altogether quite tidy. Would definitely visit again!

Paula’s place is just as described - spacious and welcoming! Very clean and has everything you would need during your stay. Easy to find and 10mins from JMU (we were there to visit with our son). Paula is a very friendly and responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!

Sara's place is comfortable, beautifully decorated, and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. The firepit outside was a bonus for me to enjoy the night sky. Would highly recommend! One tip, if you are a light sleeper, recommend bringing some ear plugs since the house is next to the railroad tracks and trains sometimes come by at random hours of the night.

Me and my wife Julia lost our daughter 6 years ago that's why we're there remembrng her life. Chris and Kalin were so attentive and empathetic to our feelings. They went above and beyond, inspirational stories, encouragement, lovingly making my wife feel so special. The Studio apt is everything and more. They had a designated pkg space, letters of instruction, a firepit (Chris chopped the wood and taught us how to use it), Kalin's loving touch was everywhere with awesome decor. So great was our stay we decided to come back again this month. If we could hv givn 5000 stars we would hv. Simply put they are so special and we highly recommend that everyone will hv the privilege to stay there. Thank u so much Kalin and Chris!

Lori was an amazing host and everything was absolutely perfect! The kids loved the playroom and we loved the well stocked kitchen (we stayed over Thanksgiving!). The place was cozy and we felt right at home as soon as walked in. 10/10 stay, and we’ll definitely stay again!

My family and I loved staying at Maya’s place! She literally has everything you’d need plus really special small other details that went above and beyond. The location was perfect, the house was super clean, the welcome basket was so special, and even included two robes! The hot tub was so clean and ready to go. We loved every minute of it!

Chanel was excellent at communicating and was so helpful in accommodating us for two extended stays.

It a great place to stay to get away from the city a bit! Being right on the river provides an amazing view and it was overall a great experience!

Perfect for a quick getaway for my friends and I! The best part was being super close to the ski slopes/snow tubing and the late check out. We originally planned on just one day of skiing and snowboarding, but got to get in a couple extra hours with the late check out and close proximity. Thanks Carissa!

It was our third time staying and once again we were not disappointed!!! We traveled through a horrific storm to get there and Tina was very attentive to making sure we had plenty of lighting to see our way back to the private back entrance. Once we settled in we went for a delicious meal at The Campfire Grill follwed by a relaxing soak in the hot tub!! Thanks again Tina, we cant wait to return!! Lesa & Allen Monroe, NC

Our stay was amazing. Tereye was amazing. The house was nice and very clean. I had to reach out for the heat system. The home owner called me back immediately. The experience was great. I definitely will be returning.
