Spectacular getaway in the Shenandoah area. Home was immaculately clean and well decorated. The electric fireplace is a nice touch. Location was private and quiet. Cindy was gracious host who helped us get checked-in when we arrived. Space was very comfortable. Location provides easy access to Front Royal, Skyline Drive, and Virginia wineries. We would stay again.

We had such an awesome stay. We wished we could have extended because we were so happy with everything. I will definitely look for a time to return. Everything was exactly as described. Truly lovely space.

Cozy, clean and convenient. The place gives us everything we need. I was checking on other places but they don’t have the washer and dryer. Me and my daughter come here 10 days for visiting our families and doing horse riding lessons, it’s very nice have this convenient place! Thank you so much!

Everything was exactly as advertised and then some. This place was perfect for me and my two littles. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed, and check in was incredibly flexible. My only complaint is that I wish I found this place earlier in the ski season. 10 out of 10 hands down.

So very clean and simply but beautifully decorated. Broadway is terribly charming and the views out the windows are kind of sad but the place itself was lovely.

Paula’s place is just as described - spacious and welcoming! Very clean and has everything you would need during your stay. Easy to find and 10mins from JMU (we were there to visit with our son). Paula is a very friendly and responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!

Lindsey’s place was excellent for a quick stay in Luray. Close to mountains and right near town center.

We truly enjoyed our visit to River Daze during Valentine’s weekend! We were welcomed with a thoughtful note, yummy snacks, & treats for our pup. The sunset views were absolutely incredible & the hot tub after a day of skiing was the perfect touch! Check-in & checkout was a breeze & the host was very responsive . The home is located near Massanutten & several vineyards which we took full advantage of during our trip. The home was tidy, fully stocked with the essentials, & decorated nicely. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us! We had an amazing time!

Really great space with a large backyard. We adored the hot tub and appreciated that it was dog friendly. Well stocked kitchen. Easy to find and close to town.

We arrived just after a light snow fall. Brandy made sure to let us know about the weather. She advised us we should had an all wheel drive vehicle or 4x4 as the drive way is on an incline. When we arrived, the view was breathtaking. When you enter the home, the large window in the living room was picture perfect. We loved waking in the morning and beside that greeted me with my cup of coffee was a spectacular view of nature’s beauty. After a long day of sightseeing, we made a home cooked meal in the very well stocked kitchen, where you can still see the fantastic view, then soaked in the hot tub. The home was spacious and cozy. The skyline caverns are 10 minute drive toward Front Royal, the Luray Caverns were only 20 minutes away. Everything was just a short drive away. I recommend Apple Seed restaurant and Blue Quartz Winery . We really wanted to visit Daisy’s Diner at Cooter’s place in Luray.. next time! I would definitely stay here again. Family of 7 spent a long weekend at this beautiful home. The various views of the mountains were spectacular. The home was clean, spacious, had everything we needed, and was an absolute gem. Our kids and dogs had so much land to run around freely and to play when it snowed. This home deserves the 5/5 rating because it truly delivered a wonderful weekend for my family.

The house was incredible and the pictures do not do the view enough justice. We had an amazing and relaxing weekend at Blakely’s! Very grateful we got to enjoy their home.

Gary was an amazing host from beginning to end. He was very responsive and answered all my questions easily. He provided clear check out instructions. The house looks exactly like the pictures. When we walked in the house smelled clean and fresh. Everything was spotless. It was close to stores and gas stations. The linens were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I'd definitely go back! We went for a mini girls trip and we were all very pleased. There was 5 of us and we all had our own individual rooms which was a plus. We couldn't be more grateful to Gary for being an amazing host!

My group really enjoyed staying here. The view from the home's porch is beautiful and the home itself is clean and thoughtfully arranged with everything you need. We enjoyed the amenities such as the hot tub (which worked well, not always a guarantee with airbnbs), fire pit, and hammock swings. It's convenient to Luray, which is less than 10 minutes away and has some nice restaurants as well as places to relax, like a distillery, brewery and beer garden. The host, Vanessa, was very friendly and was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and will likely look to visit again in the future.

Have stayed here multiple times now but this visit was specifically for my daughter and son in law to enjoy a babymoon getaway. The river is easily accessible so they floated in tubes one day and took their canoe out another. They were able to take their dog as it is dog friendly. They grilled out and enjoyed the beautiful decks around the home. Resturant suggestions were layed out with local menus as well as local attractions. Luray Caverns is close by, Cooters, from Dukes of Hazards store serves a great lunch, and the drive and scenery all around is incredible. Sharon is the best host and always available by text or phone for questions. Check in and out were simple.

We enjoyed our stay! Cleanliness is important and this place was very clean! We utilized the kitchen a lot because the food was terrible on the resort, it didn’t matter because we had everything there to cook. Great Stay!

My two elementary age daughters and I just spent three nights at "Osprey's Nest" and had a great time. The condo was clean and looks just like the pictures. My daughters loved sleeping in the open loft, and I had a quiet bedroom to myself. Bryce is only a 5 min drive away, and there are 3 restaurants and a general store within walking distance (or a 1-2 min drive). We had Detroit style pizza with a movie at the condo one night, and went out for dinner the other two nights. We also used the pool/hot tub at the resort, which only charged $5 per person for the day, and it was a great way to wind down after a day of skiing. Highly recommended!

Staying with Joy was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Joy was very responsive. Highly recommended!

The perfect location for my husband and I to attend the college ski & snowboard races going on at Bryce Resort. Charmingly remodeled, Molly’s place was spotlessly clean and uncluttered, leaving plenty of space for all our winter gear! The beds and linens were very comfortable which made for quite a few cozy mornings sleeping in. The unit is directly beside the slopes and golf course, so you can’t beat the convenience no matter what time of year you come.

Wonderful weekend getaway for our family! Jennifer was very responsive and the staff and facilities on site were excellent!

We had a lovely stay at Lili's place. It was very peaceful! We would definitely book again if we were in the area. Lili was very responsive to any questions we had.

Doug’s place was just what we needed. This lovely cute apartment tucked away up the hill was a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of normal life. We enjoyed the peace and quiet this place provided- the view was lovely and sitting by the fire with a glass of wine was just perfect. The place was lovely Many thanks again James and Raechele
