Rose and Pier’s picture-perfect villa is a stunning and convenient winter location. We thoroughly enjoyed the charming home and stunning surrounds which was easy to find from Florence and a convenient base for day trips to Chianti and broader Tuscan and Umbrian destinations. We had a couple of issues with the house (outside of the owner’s control) but even though they were travelling abroad themselves, they were responsive and had them rectified promptly. Thank you for our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

There are not words for our wonderful stay at Daniele and Barbara's house. It's a whole family affair, with both parents taking care of us and the house. You can tell they all have the kindest souls and did their best to make us feel welcome and at home even with the language barrier! The house was very clean and had a beautiful view - I've never seen a more beautiful sunrise, honestly. The driveway is steep but we made it up just fine in our 9 passenger van. It is easy to find and it is very easy to access the downtown area. There are a lot of grocery options nearby and restaurants, as well. We tried to take the train one day but couldn't find parking - just a warning if you plan to do the same (though with a smaller car, you might be fine). The house is very close to some good wineries and easy to access Greve in Chianti, which was a nice visit. The house itself had very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice water pressure in the showers. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Sergio was very kind and friendly. Apartment is located in nice neighborhood and walkable to many restaurants and public transport. If you are carrying heavy luggage then keep in mind that you have to walk up narrow staircases. Kitchen and bedrooms are spacious. The bathrooms are a bit tight and smaller than I expected but overall we had a good stay.

The loft is beautiful. If you are going to spoil yourself this is how to do it. Space to enjoy outside on a terrace overlooking Florence. A lovely space to sit and watch a fire upstairs or go down for a swim in the eco pool. Lots of loving attention has been put into this place and it shows. The bathroom was the best we have encountered on our travels in Italy. Thanks for making this space available and loving it as you do.

We’ve had an exceptional stay here. The apartment was very clean, and all necessary amenities were supplied. The WIFI was also really good which often isn’t the case. While the place is in the wine fields in a remote area, it is very accessible and only is about 5 minutes away from the beautiful of Peccioli. Special thanks to the owners which were very accommodating and friendly. They were always there to help or offer activities in the area. Overall it was a great stay and we cant recommend this AirBnB enough ☺️

Location is very good and room was clean. Easy to check in and get in. Most of all the host Alessandra was super nice. But be aware that in Firenze(actually most of Italy), there are many mosquittos. Prepare your mosquitto spray!

Lorenzo’s place was quaint and was absolutely perfect for our 4 night stay in Florence. The location is great and walkable to all attractions. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lorenzo was also very kind and helpful. I don’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Five stars!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Stefano et Roberta qui sont très accueillants et attentionnés. Le logement correspond parfaitement à sa description dans un cadre naturel et apaisant. En contrepartie, l'accès peut s'avérer difficile par une route communale que Stefano s'emploie pourtant à maintenir en état. Nous recommanderions donc une arrivée avant la nuit, malgré les explications très précises de Marco. Le séjour est alors extrêmement plaisant, renforcé par les multiples détails proposés dans le logement, les petites attentions, la disponibilité... L'emplacement, si isolé, n'est cependant qu'à 30 minutes de Volterra, San Gimignano, moins d'une heure de Sienne, etc ... Notre séjour restera donc un excellent souvenir et nous recommanderions sans hésiter ce logement à notre entourage.

We had a quick 36 hour stop here during our honeymoon trek though Italy and Sara’s place was a great place to reset and relax for a bit. We loved visiting Volterra (relatively tourist free compared to our other stops) and the guest villa we stayed in was very cozy and comfortable. Sara and her husband were very helpful with anything we needed and they even left us a bottle of champagne on our last night!
