Place was good for 2 people! Great location out of town but close enough if town is needed! Would stay here again!

The unit was a timeshare condo in a small village of 6 identical units. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Small kitchen with dishwasher and living room with pull out couch bed and TV, King Size bed with another TV, nice tall shower, small front patio for two chairs and a table. Everything was perfect for us. The Check In staff were helpful and easy to contact. This stay comes with a lot of amenities including the Rec Center and on Friday they had free drinks and popcorn in the lobby. Pagosa in general is a great place to stay, definitely visit the Hidden Track when JB is bartending, but for this review I’ll stay focused on the lodging and host. If you follow Brooke’s instructions to give your name as written on your government ID and make sure your phone number is up to date in the AirBnB app, it was a seamless check in and a nice stay at a fair price. With good staff on site and clear communication from Brooke, this was the nicest and easiest AirBnB experience I’ve had.

Place worked great for our needs! We made a mistake when checking out and the host worked with us while we corrected our mistake.

Stunning view of the mountains. Quiet area. Plenty of room for the dog to run and play. Such a great experience!

Overall we had a really great stay. Awesome kitchen appliances, hot tub, and washer and dryer. The fireplace was linked to the thermostat, which was really neat and nice to sit in front of with coffee. Location was close to town, WalMart, and groceries; it’s a little over 30 minutes to Wolf Creek and a very nice drive. The only downside was the bed in the master and 2nd bedroom; the mattresses were way too firm for us (we’ve never had issues with this anywhere else before). Luckily, the Murphy bed was better, and with just two of us, that room worked ok for sleeping. We really enjoyed the place!

We loved Sandra’s place! We stay in Pagosa almost every year and this is one of my favorites so far! It’s a fantastic location and the home feels like “home.”

We had a great time in the house on the river. There’s a nice place to sit on the riverbank. The kitchen was fully stocked so it was easy to cook meals and enjoy the view. The neighborhood is super walkable and we could take our dogs out and the neighbors were friendly. The house is close to skiing and hiking trails and close to town. The living room was comfortable with a nice couch to cosy up on after skiing and visiting the hot springs. We would stay again!

Lovely and convenient location for many fun stops! Great for larger groups offering privacy for multiple people. If planning to use the water crafts, we were told at the lake to have life vests by a few people at the water, mentioned someone was patrolling.

Perfect cabin for a ski weekend for me and my wife! Only ~25 minute drive to Wolf Creek and less than 5 minute drive into town. Very private and secluded - there is one other cabin close-by but this one sits higher on the hill and we didn't really notice the other guests next door. Ashely was very easy to message on the app with our questions before and during the stay. Cabin is stocked with Keurig coffee pods, shampoo/conditioner/soap in the showers, and hair dryers. Definitely gives cabin "vibes" and the fireplace in the living room was nice and warm. Only potential negatives to be aware of were 1) the mattress in the upstairs bedroom was very firm, not our preference and 2) we were there during a bad snow storm and the dirt road to the house didn't get plowed until later in the day. Overall 5-stars, would recommend! I am a fellow AirBnB SuperHost.

We couldn’t be more pleased with this stay. The home was impeccably clean and matched the photos perfectly, providing exactly what was promised. The accuracy between the listing and the actual space made for an stress-free and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a reliable and comfortable accommodation. Very cozy! We loved having the gas fire place, and little patio with the great view. Location was great! Took 10 min to get to the springs resort, and there was a coffee shop and restaurants in walking distance. The kitchen was really nice, and we liked having the washer and dryer on hand.

We stayed here for our girls trip and it was absolutely perfect! Great location, views, and home!

Black stone was the perfect place for our family. Hands down the most thoughtful and well stocked rental we’ve ever booked. The beds were comfortable and the living room cozy and perfect for game nights by the fire. The place is about 15 minutes outside of downtown which wasn’t a big deal for us as it was quiet and beautiful next to the lake. There’s also several great hiking trails just up the road (check out Piedra Ice Fissures Trail). We would definitely return!

Perfect location and setup for a great family trip. Easy entry, quiet and peaceful, yet minutes from stores/restaurants/hot springs etc. Walking distance (100 yards maybe) to a park with tennis courts / mini golf. 40 minutes (on a little ice) to Wolf Creek. 5 minutes to Walmart for random groceries or things we forgot. Loved that everyone had their own bedroom / bathroom area; kitchen was stocked with all necessities to make quick breakfast/dinners between long ski days. Washer/dryer is a MUST for us, to avoid packing so much clothing & going home to a full day of laundry. Had a minor issue not being able to use the TVs at first since the remotes were missing / mixed up, but host was responsive and kindly found a solution for us. Kids were happy to watch a movie in the evening while parents were able to clean up / do laundry / pack lunches for the next day. My only regret is not booking just one more day at the end…. Vacations in PS are never long enough! Thank you!
