I can’t say enough good things about this place. It is very nice, and the views from the back patio are unmatched. The pictures don’t do it justice. The river is right behind the house making it a dreamy location. The kitchen is fully stocked. The house is clean, open and spacious. The only critique we had is that the living room set up makes it tough to gather around the tv. We weren’t there to watch tv anyway, and it didn’t stop us from squeezing in and watching tv before bed. There is a great loft space as well with gorgeous views. It’s the perfect location between the town of Pagosa and wolf creek ski lodge. Linda is very communicative, quick to respond, and the most thorough host I have ever worked with. I would book here again without reservation. It’s a gorgeous house with everything you could ever need and more! It’s better than the pictures!!

This house was perfect for our family of four. Great location on the river and very quiet neighborhood. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed and we felt right at home. We will definitely try to book this house again when we return to Pagosa Springs.

Loved this place. Perfect for our family in Spring Break. Our older daughter has space in the MIL suite and the kitchen was great to cook in. Hosts have all supplies you need to feast at home. Short walk to the lake and we are see the sled near the Summit which might have been the peak of our trip. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Perfect for us and our pups.

Great space. Great location to ski area. Provided all the essentials we typically have to buy (tissues, liquid hand soap, paper towels, etc.). Have every kitchen appliance you could possibly need. Only downside was the heat can’t go above 68°. Texans and outdoor temps of 20° need more heat in the house. With the lock issue, luckily there were two ways to enter. That was a bonus opposed to having to wait. Overall a great place to stay.

A super-spacious house with a hot tub in a quiet neighborhood. Five minutes drive to the center of Pagosa. Very clean all over, and the kitchen has all the equipment you could ever need. Plenty of space for the whole family to relax, eat, & sleep.

This host and home are exceptional! The house was spotless, well decorated, and was exactly as pictured. With all of the bathroom and kitchen essentials, and those little thoughtful touches, it truly felt like home away from home. We love to travel with our dogs so we really appreciated that it was pet friendly and our dogs loved the fenced in backyard. If this property is available I highly recommend staying here.

Look no further. This home was lovely and had everything we needed for our family of four. Every part of the home was comfortable and spacious. Jeff checked on us and responded quickly any time I had a question. The house is a few miles from the main area in town. Very easy to get to. Peaceful and quiet. Gorgeous scenery. There is nothing I could think of to improve. Our best AirBNB stay by far!

The house was perfect for our Family. Everything we needed and more. We would love to come back in Summer and see this beautiful area.

We had a great stay at Kim’s place! Perfect size for our group of 5 (with lots of extra room). Easy to find location within walking/biking distance to food, shops and a grocery store. Kim was helpful and responsive, made sure we were comfortable and things went well during our stay, would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!!

Fantastic dog friendly place - which is why we booked it. If you are not traveling with pets, or specifically are not a pet or pet smell fan, this is probably not the place for you. Definitely smells pet friendly, although it was not noticeably dirty or hairy unless you looked in/under the cracks and crevices. Does have washer/dryer which were not in the listing as an added bonus. Close to great food, grocery, trails, hot springs etc. Would stay again.

Sid's Place is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans etc. The layout of the property is very nice. A true log cabin in the woods. Met our family's needs perfectly. Very close to town and the ski area. The only advice I would give is: If visiting in the winter make sure your rental car has snow tires. Ours did not and making it up the mountain was a bit difficult. Well worth it when we did make it up but it took a few tries.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eliza’s home !! The view was beautiful and we loved walking throughout the neighborhood and Eliza’s recommendations to walk the trail behind the house ! We had an infant with us so this was a very convenient activity !! The kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials you may need to cook at the house ! There were very minor things that definitely could be fixed such as the basement shower the water turn on was a bit dangerous and confusing esp. having kiddos the water was either extremely hot or extremely cold and the faucet worked reverse ! Chair in the kitchen was broken along with living room ottoman and one window fixture ! All things that were no big deal but minor tweaks ! The motion sensor light on the side of the house for the hot tub did not want to work for us Eliza was very responsive to our questions regarding that issue, but definitely having a working light over there would be nice for the bbq pit!! Phone flashlights did the trick!!

Our stay at Fox Den was excellent! Melissa, the host, was helpful, friendly, and answered the questions I had right away. She also provided some great local eating recommendations. The cabin itself was roomy and well equipped. We had all the amenities we needed. Each room has its own bathroom, which was well appreciated. The game room was a nice touch. The location of the cabin was the best feature. Very close to town and a short drive to Wolf Creek Ski. The views were beautiful and we loved watching the sunset from the porch. Highly recommend staying here!!

Beautiful cabin, great place for a family get away. The cabin included everything we needed for a restful stay. The host was very responsive.

We had another unforgettable stay at the Red Ryder Cabin — our 5th time returning, and it never disappoints! We were once again able to unwind completely. The cabin is always spotlessly clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the comfortable beds ensure a restful sleep after a day of skiing. It truly feels like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return again next year. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and picturesque getaway!

I had a very nice and peaceful stay while skiing Wolf Creek. The views are spectacular, the cabin well appointed and comfortable, and close to everything with a short drive. Perfect for my dog and me, hope to visit again!
