Our 2nd time renting this house. We are from the USA and visit family every winter for 3 months. This house is clean, well renovated, and the host is very responsive. It’s a little more pricey, but we are happy with the great amenities, location and friendly/helpful host.

We enjoyed our 3days 2nights stay at Intan Payong. A very private villa with large compound. Place was clean and well appointed. All facilities were in place. Weather was also cool and comfortable during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Intan & Yee were also there to receive us and show us around the villa.

I recently stayed at this wonderful homestay and had an amazing experience. The place was spotlessly clean, which made settling in so comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommended! Our group of 8 had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Evelyn's property. We had plenty of space and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities of the new condo. Getting in at check-in was seamless and easy - especially appreciated as this isn't always the case with KL condo listings. 10/10 will stay again!

The host is friendly and provided us with very clear check-in instruction, including video for us to understand better. the house is very clean and comfortable. everything is in very good condition. they even provided us some free biscuits for snacking, appreciate this a lot. the only downside is the noise from CSR factory opposite, hence. we have to close window all the time. overall, I am very satisfied and open to return to this home again.

My wife, 2 year old son and myself had a great 3 week stay at Khoo's place! The home was exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Check-in was smooth, and communication with Khoo was very quick and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this spot if you're visiting Kuala Lumpur—We will definitely stay again!
