Chua’s Airbnb is spacious, clean and tidy, all the facilities provided were great. And is located in a nice spot with good weather and environment, we enjoy the time spent in his airbnb, if there’s an enhancement to tell will be that the cooking pots don’t really work with the induction cooker, and there’s no mirror in the bathroom. Other than that, it’s a good experience staying in Chua’s Airbnb, will definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful time at Denise’s property. It fit our extended family and our kids enjoyed it very much. The house is right by the beach - it was very breezy and it had all we needed for our stay. We had bbq, picnics, family games etc. cause the space was so good for us to do so much stuff. There is also thoughtfulness put to the property where all toilets are accessible from the outside so when you came back from the beach - you could just jump into the shower. Things like this that made the stay that much better. I highly reccomended it for your large family events - it’s a great space and hopefully we will return one day.

The homestay exudes comfort, cleanliness, tranquility, and is beautifully decorated! My family was so excited and happy, especially when they saw the swimming pool, which has separate sections for both kids and adults! 😆😂😆 We were also extremely satisfied with how the host went above and beyond to accommodate the guests by providing tons of chairs, mattresses, blankets, utensils, dinnerware, complimentary drinks, etc. The homestay is fully equipped with qibla direction, prayer mats, games, air conditioning, water heaters, and excellent water pressure! As for the neighborhood, its serenity and the short distance to shops and main attractions will truly elevate your vacation experience! You won’t have to worry about anything. The host is incredibly attentive and understanding regarding our concerns and inquiries. 😘🫰🏼 If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with homey vibes, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended! Amazing stay! Brought my family here for Raya break with our pet cats and we had a great time. The location is 5 mins from the beach and there’s many warungs and food stalls nearby as well. Less than 20 mins drive to the main PD City! Our host, Max, was very responsive and accommodating 🙌🏻 Amazing pool and outdoor area, while the indoors were very comfortable and homey. 100% would come back again!

Such a nice relaxing nature retreat. Celebrated my son’s birthday here and the fam had a blast. Remember to bring your own mosquito coils and patches because there are a lot of mosquitoes- as this place is surrounded by lush greens.

Highly recommended for family gatherings. Celebrated my father’s birthday here last weekend. Nice interiors. Good water pressure, complete kitchen with cuckoo water filter. We had BBQ here and there are enough equipments for a bbq night. Had fun with the arcade game and pool. Location is superb! So near to beaches, groceries stores and local attractions like menara 188, kulacakes, hispter cafes.

John is an absolute delight to work with, the place even better still! I hosted the morning of my wedding here with a Chinese tea ceremony and the photographers and videographers loved it! Everyone who came into the space was in awe of it, myself included. Would love to come back again!

I went to stay one night with family for cny. I twas a nice stay we did bbq had fun in the pool and beach. Since its monsoon the waves are strong, and dirty. But the stay very nice and clean, if got chance will repeat. The host is very friendly too. Help us as much as she can. Give us flexible time for check in and check out. Barang semua lengkap except hairdyer and tv. But thats not a problem, in fact i loved that they dont have tv and wifi, we spend quality time with family. Overalll best sangatttttt ,!!!

The house is large can housed 22 adults with 11 beds. Taufiq the assistant was so friendly and responsive. Really nice place with nice well kept landscape. Walking distance to the beach with lots of restaurant around though we had our BBQ dinner. Only problem we had was the house is too near to the main road. In the middle of the night there are groups of mat rempit (group of bikers, not 1 but few groups taking turn) making so so much noise until almost 3am caused so much of nuisance. We reckon it was a pre Labour Day hence all the Malay guys were out for fun but that was extremely inconsiderate considering revving the bike during that hour. However that was beyond anyone’s control since they did in public space. We will certainly come back if opportunity allows. All the adults and kids had great time staying in this house.

The villa was spacious, well-equipped with everything like Snooker, PS4, Karaoke and etc, and the team was incredibly accommodating and responsive to our requests. The setting was perfect – serene, surrounded by lush greenery, providing a peaceful environment. I would highly recommend Forest Villa for anyone looking for a unique and inspiring venue for meetings, gathering, or events.😍😍

Vincent is extremely responsive and very patient with all our queries. We had some issues with the number of guests who are not decided on staying but Vincent was ok to accommodate the additional requests with short notices (apologies for the changes!). Otherwise the place is comfortable, and is located within a durian orchard. For those who are weary of bugs (nothing harmful), this place does come with its share of nature, esp at the open kitchen/social space on the ground floor. One thing to note, this place may not be suitable for guests who are not able to do stairs, as the Karaoke & living room & 4 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. There are bedrooms in the second villa which are ground level, but they are in a separate block. Overall, great space, good host & easy to navigate location & check in.

This is one of the best villa i’ve stayed in. Beautiful, suitable for big family or group of friends. We had a good time staying here.

Great experience staying in this big and amazing villa! Its perfect for doing company vacation - its quiet in the neighbourhood, and walkable to shoplets, restaurants, grocery store, etc. the neighbour hood is also guarded with security guards. I’d definitely recommend this and will be my go-to for the future activity spot!

Great place for up to 26 people. Smoking is allowed, and you can make noise as there are no buildings nearby. Well-equipped facilities, including the rooms.

Host was really great through the booking, checkin and stay at the place. She was very responsive and addressed any question quickly. Flexibility was huge plus point. Actual place looks exactly like photos. Living room area is actually better than photos with very tall ceilings large windows and incredible natural light. Great views of the surrounding area from the third floor patio. All the people that attended the birthday party were really amazed by the location and house. Would highly recommend.

Jack (the host) was hands on especially for last minute things. A nice place to getaway and enjoy the pool. And also they have tonnes of games u can play indoors so even the rain can’t stop u from having some fun indoors.

We had an amazing family trip and absolutely loved the house and its facilities. Mr. Carlson guided and helped us find some delicious food near the homestay. The kids had a blast playing in the swimming pool and enjoying the surroundings. The house has an awesome and beautifully designed interior. Can’t wait for our next stay at the homestay🥰🥰

The home was clean & well maintained. Host is very responsive of your needs . The location is peaceful & good for family gatherings. Lots of place to create fun games. Many restaurants & eating places just on the main road & hyper markets. Downside swimming pool is quite small

Great house. Big swimming pool. All bedrooms equipped with airconds and many beds. We with lots of family members stayed there with spacious and can roam freely. Recommended.
