Ange is the *best* host I’ve ever had! So friendly, accommodating, and an excellent communicator. The place is just what I was looking for, and a lovely walk in to town. It’s just far away enough to have some space and peace from the town center, but close enough to tune in when you want to. It’s been perfect to rest, relax, and do my work. Pai is amazing, and I couldn’t recommend Ange enough to be your host 💛

2 week stay with my family of 4 in the big bungalow. A nice quiet space and location on the northern edge of Pai. 20 min walk into main town or a short scooter. Great outdoor kitchen and sitting area to watch the cows and birds. The bungalow was very clean and Noi also cleaned whilst we went away for a couple of nights. All amenities worked well and there was A/C in the living room and a hot shower - which weren't included in the description - so that was great. We used the nice pool across the road almost everyday for a small fee (50b for kids and 100b for adults). Recommend for those wanting a peaceful stay in Pai.

Die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert. Ein grosses Haus, etwa 9 Kilometer außerhalb vom Zentrum von Pai. Mitten im Grünen und sehr ruhig. Perfekt zum ausschalten und erholen. Das beste ist die grosse Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht! Du brauchst definitiv Auto oder Roller (schon direkt in Pai organisieren!) Ohne geht es nicht. Sehr geeignet für Familien. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Vielen Dank!

Utopai is not just a comfy place to lay your head, it truly is a life changing experience. The grounds are an absolute dream. We spent our mornings sunning by the pool, our afternoons relaxing by the creek and our evenings taking in the magical energy of the pool house. We stayed at the Stone Garden House which was a perfect set up for two couples. The home is located close to the pool but facing away, allowing you to feel truly secluded in the jungle. Mon and Cliff were wonderful hosts. Both seasoned travelers, they naturally knew when and how to give us space, while still always available, making us feel comfortable and like we were leaving behind a home and new friends in Pai. They accommodated all of our requests - food delivery, scheduled massages and acupuncture on sight, and even set up a birthday gathering! Thank you for sharing your space and energy with us. From four travelers who stay in, own and personally run Airbnbs, one million stars! This place is an absolute gem. ♥️

I love this place, every time I travel to Thailand this is where I stay. Wonderful private two bedroom villa. It’s tucked away in the nature and very beautiful.

Die Bungalows sind sehr schön am Fluss gelegen in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Ich habe 2 Tage mit einem Buch am Pool verbracht, weil der Blick ins Grün und auf die Berge so schön war. Allerdings läuft man bis ins Stadtzentrum gut 30-40 Minuten, deswegen mieten die Meisten sich einen scooter.

The place is a dream. My only regret is not having stayed longer in Pai and in these cabins. It's not that convenient for a short stay given you need to rent a motorbike in the center, but that was already mentioned in the reviews and I still wanted to stay here. if you get a motorbike rent and some snacks, this is unbeatable. women at the main house and friendly and will call a cab for you if needed. Just like the photos, place is perfect for a retreat in nature. Wonderful place, would love to come back!

Excellent home base for traveling around Pai. Personally preferred being outside of the city center, as it felt more peaceful yet still accessible. Less than a 10-minute drive from the walking street. Easy to travel to all of Pai's surrounding attractions. Amazing communication and very helpful staff. They provided a scooter for us to rent. The superior deluxe apartment/room is located in the basement of the main lobby building, under the yoga studio/common area. With an extra bunk bed in the bedroom and cushions in the living room area, there was enough space to fit a small family or group, but it was also perfectly suited for just two of us. Although not a lot of natural light came in, that wasn't a problem at all. In fact, it was great for sleeping in. Felt very cozy. Would book again!

I was lucky to have enjoyed the Mushroom House for two months, and I was sad to leave. Both host and associated family were wonderful , friendly and accommodating, and I will miss them. The house itself is qwerky, comfortable and private. If you are looking for something different then make sure you book it.

Very comfortable standalone cabin with complete facilities and convenient transportation, located close to Pai Walking Street. It is cleaned thoroughly every day, and the communication and responses are very prompt, ensuring a great travel experience for you. Highly recommended!

I’m a girlfriend of John. I stayed at Ban Dalah, where Garry welcomed me with warmth and kindness. From the moment I arrived, I felt an emotional connection while talking to him. He was open, kind, and an excellent listener. What touched me the most was when he assured me that I would be safe in his space. My experience there was peaceful and calming, the perfect retreat from the stress of work. Watching the sunrise from the balcony, just as Garry described, was uplifting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were soft. One of the highlights of my stay was the dog though. I can’t recall his name he brought me so much comfort like he knew exactly how I was feeling. I truly love Ban Dalah, and Garry is an exceptional host. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to escape the busyness of life and find some peace. I deeply appreciate you 🙏🏽✨

아트팜에서 휴가를 보내려고 일년만에 빠이에 다시 돌아왔습니다. 맥주를 마시며 태닝을 하고, 심심하면 책을 읽거나, 그림을 그리거나, 뜨개질을 하기도 하고, 거북이가 산책하는 것을 구경하기도 해요. 그리고 카페에는 언제나 맛있는 커피와 음식이 있어요. 프라이버시가 존중되고 안전하며 사랑스럽고 평화로운 곳입니다.

We really enjoyed our stay! Tars is a great host and very helpful. The place is amazing, it’s close to the main town but in such a peaceful area. Definitely recommend!

조용한 곳에서 휴식을 취할수 있었고, 무엇보다 잘 구비된 부엌이 좋았으며, 숙소를 관리하시는 분 또한 깔끔함과 신속함으로 응대해 주셨습니다.

Mein Freund und ich waren für drei Nächte in der Ban Dalah und wurden sehr freundlich von Garry empfangen. Auch in den nächsten Tagen hat uns Garry das schöne Resort gezeigt, schöne Gespräche mit uns geführt und super Tipps für die Umgebung und Aktivitäten gegeben. Am allerbesten hat uns der Sonnenaufgang jeden Morgen gefallen. Der war einfach traumhaft mit wunderschönem Blick und Jungelgeräuschen im Hintergrund. Empfehlenswert vom Bett oder dem Balkon aus. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für jeden Menschen, der sich nach etwas Ruhe und Entspannung sehnt. Am besten erreicht man die Unterkunft mit einem Roller und dann ist der Pai-Nachtmarkt auch gar nicht weit entfernt. Garry stellt auch Decken für Yoga. Danke Garry für diesen schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. :)
