Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Our stay at this cottage was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated. Each room feels cozy and inviting, creating a perfect home-away-from-home atmosphere. The surroundings are breathtaking & is the ideal spot for relaxation and escape. What really stood out was how well-equipped the cottage was. The hosts had genuinely thought of everything – from kitchen essentials to little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. It felt like no detail was overlooked, and everything we needed (and more) was right at our fingertips. The recommendations provided by the hosts were spot on. From local restaurants to scenic spots. We will definitely be visiting again.

Great place to stay. Quiet area but walkable distance to town and beach and well situated for exploring the surrounding area. Apartment modern, well equipped and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Great smart TV - Disney plus a bonus! Information provided about local area was really useful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful accommodation, very tastefully furnished and comfortable. Village location was great with walks and pubs in easy reach. Only downside for us was nowhere really to let the dogs out of the door, had to walk them to the meadow.

We really liked the place. It was exactly as advertised. The view is great. The indoor parking space is very welcome as there are not a lot of parking space very close. All the instructions were really clear. We are definitely recommending the place! Thanks.

We had a fantastic break at The Annex in Frogmore. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the home was beautifully clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary and walking across to the pub opposite in the evenings.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The apartment was super clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!

James & Vron set the gold standard for Airbnb hosts, going above and beyond to give guests a wonderful experience. Ever arrive at an Airbnb and find yourself without coffee for the next day? Not here! James & Vron had coffee, eggs, bread, cereal - even Prosecco! - there for us to enjoy. The home and property are so charming, well-maintained, and comfortable. We loved the 'smart home' touches like Alexa, iPhone chargers, and auto air fresheners. The thoughtful binder of things to do - from walks to breakfast eateries - was incredibly useful, and we hope to return in not too long to check more off the list. The onsite car charger is also a huge plus. Thank you again, James & Vron!

We had a really lovely time in this beautiful home. The pools (swimming and table!) were a real hit with all of us. The little ones loved running in the garden and playing football as well as swimming. We had a very relaxing time celebrating a big event.

Lovely accomodation and location. The hot tub was great 👍🏼 as was the recommendation for a walk to the local Agi Inn pub. Very friendly cats 🐈 that paid us and our toddler son a visit each day he loved them! Henry the horse was a hit too - thanks again

A beautiful stay in a beautiful setting with a little stream at the foot of the garden. Easter weekend break with 2 kids, perfect getaway for the surrounding attractions (we seen the Otters in Buckfastleigh and Pennywell Farm.) Poppy went above and beyond to help with a forgotten cable issue which prevented a teenage meltdown 😂 Overall A++ and would definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you for a memorable weekend ❤️

Really lovely stay, it felt private and not at all over looked but close to the main house. Lovely little village and we had great days out! House feels like home, comfortable, everything you need and spotlessly clean.

Lovely, clean and comfortable place. Only used for one night as had an appointment in the centre, so appreciated the free parking! Great places to eat nearby, close to major roads and easy access to the city.

Bex was friendly and responsive from the moment of booking until the end. The place is immaculate and really tastefully decorated. The location is perfect for waking into Dartmouth! can't recommend highly enough.

We had a lovely short break here. It's a few minutes walk into Dawlish with lots of pubs and the best bakery ever!! The house is spacious and very clean. The beds are super comfy. There is a well stocked games cupboard for rainy days, which we took full advantage of. The garden is a decent size. There is a small lodge at the bottom of the garden which was occupied and you share the drive with this. Overall a lovely place to stay and we would definitely return.

Previous reviews are great so our hopes were high but everything exceeded our expectations - from David picking us from the station (definitely above and beyond) to the beautifully decorated apartment. We were blessed with amazing weather so we had a perfect 4 nights at Wych Elms. Walk 50 yards down the road and you're on the beach, turn right and you're on the coastal path to Brixham - what a wonderful (but quite challenging) walk. I work in hospitality and spend a lot of time talking about the Customer Experience. David and Helen- You deliver a masterclass in delivering an amazing customer experience. We will be returning - soon I hope.

Fantastic location with even better pub. Walking is spectacular with so many coves to choose from which most r dog friendly. Property was lovely and everything there u needed. Bonnie was on hand with any problems. Would highly recommend. Daz,Rach and Lottie

The place is close to the port either you want to walk or drive also if you want to have a nice view over the port from above you can walk 5 minutes from property. Very nice and quiet place.

This was a lovely apartment. Super clean and comfortable and in an ideal position . The view of the sea from the balcony was really beautiful,even better than it looked in the photos. Communication was excellent. Milk and cream tea super appreciated on our arrival . Very handy for the train station too :)

We had a lovely time, the flat was very well laid out with everything you need and spotless. It was in a perfect location so you could walk to the beach and geo park. There are lots of places to eat nearby but just as easy to cook in the flat.

Just back from a short stay at The Burrow This place is beautiful, spotlessly clean with everything you need - even breakfast supplies. Chloe was very welcoming and helped us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The view is just stunning and it was lovely to sit on the patio listening to the birds in the morning. We won’t hesitate recommending The Burrow to friends and family - and will certainly be back! Thank you Chloe

A lovely property finished to a very high standard, beautiful furnishings with good parking and is in an excellent location for walkers. The personal touches on our arrival were a welcome surprise! The walks both around the coast and into Dartmouth itself are lovely, the ferry is quick an convenient with restaurants and pubs all in close proximity within the town. Couldn't fault anything - really enjoyed the stay and will go back on our next visit to South Devon.
