Wonderful place! Loved the small touches such as milk in the fridge and filtered water. It had everything you could possibly want. So glad we found this place. Very close to the town with restaurants/shops etc. Also close to the train station. Would highly recommend!!

Our first proper visit to Dartmoor was a great experience, largely thanks to the comforts of Francesca’s beautiful barn. It is “in the middle of nowhere” yet only just down the road really from a pub and shop. The location offers a perfect place to explore the local area. The kitchen and living areas are spacious and the bedrooms were comfortable. It is well laid out as part of three houses together and offers considerable privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Hingstone Farm. Great for walking and exploring! The accommodation was perfect and just what we were looking for. We hope to return and explore the area some more.

Stayed for around 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful winter holidays together with my young family. The house is stunning the interior design is lovely and and the views are heavenly. Log fire with plenty of fuel was a big hit! pool and hotub a once a day at least activity for the kids especially during bank holidays. The fully stocked playroom was perfect for our young children. Really captured some great memories together with our family in this peaceful location and setting and came away wanting more!

What a wonderful Airbnb - we stayed in Maria’s beautiful home for 2 nights and everything was 5 star and beautifully presented with comfy beds and an amazing bathroom. We loved it here and Maria was so friendly and accommodating and even left a happy birthday banner and cake with happy birthday for my husband as we were celebrating his 60th birthday there. Anyone visiting this area must not hesitate to book this beautiful home in peaceful countryside.

The cottage has been beautifully renovated and is in the middle of nowhere, the view from the hot tub of an evening is exquisite.... The layout is warm and spacious but also with plenty of outside space and walks. Nicky was very helpful prior to check in with very clear instructions, also very quick to help where needed during our stay. On our trip to the cottage we came across a herd of deer which started the magic... We will hopefully return

Such an amazing property in a great, central location. The house was very clean and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Julie was a great host with good communication.

The farm was in a beautiful setting, with gorgeous views. It was peaceful and spacious for our large family get together. Salcombe and the surrounding area is very lovely, with some challenging roads, but thats Devon! All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and private. The kitchen was excellent and very well equipped and Freya was helpful and friendly from the start and super responsive when we had a minor query. We loved our stay, would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Little Trevio is delightful. Emily has thought of everything. The location is great for walking into town and for accessing the coastal path. The allocated parking space is a real advantage to have in Brixham. Yes the walk back up the hill is challenging the first time you do it but it does get easier! Emily is a super host. She has thought of everything. The space is cleverly and beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bed is very, very comfortable. Communication was great and Little Trevio was easy to find, and felt very safe. The views are very special. Highly recommended . Brixham is a wonderful place for a break - we loved walking the coastal path and were spoilt for choice when choosing somewhere to eat.

This was a perfect spot for a beach holiday with extended family. The house is so close to the beach, brilliant for morning and evening walks with the dog, and not too far to walk to the lifeguarded area for swimming. Close to great fish and chips too! The house was exactly what we needed, with plenty of space for cooking, eating together and watching the Olympics on the sofa when the afternoon sun got too hot to be outdoors. The decking area (with excellent sunshades) and hot tub were a bonus. While in Exmouth we tried the barge yoga organised by Exewake - would highly recommend it.

Hy husband, daughter and I had a fantastic time staying at Ilona’s barn conversion. The space was beautifully decorated and had absolutely everything we could have wished for. My 2 year old daughter loved her bedroom and all of the toys and books and really enjoyed going to visit the chickens! In the evenings, my husband and I enjoyed sitting out in the private garden area and watched the sun set in the hot tub - just perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere that is not only child friendly but beautiful and in the most serene setting, then look no further! Thank you for having us, we hope to come and visit again soon!

Had a fantastic stay at Josie’s property - easy to find and perfect location for walks and wild swimming. Josie was bursting with recommendations for local restaurants (we loved the Rugglestone Inn which is just a short walk away) and even furnished us with milk from the local farm. The Airbnb was very clean well stocked with teas and coffees, and beautifully decorated. Wish we could have stayed longer and I’m sure we’ll be back !

The house and garden was amazing and I would recommend it for anyone who would love a little holiday in a nice remote area with a town just 5 minutes away

Carl was wonderful. Having a separate kitchen was amazing. The outdoor space was really good and calming with the stream flowing in the garden. Bed was very comfy too. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Josh’s place is probably the best airbnb that we’ve been too.. even my 4 year old thinks its the best part of our holiday. Josh has been an absplute favorite with the kids too after he’s let them ride his tractor. (Luggages need to be transported with Josh’s tractor from the parking to the property as its a bit of a walk if not, he even helped us with loading it back). Everything youll need is there and even though there are 5 accomodations in the field, you have enough privacy for each. Roselyn the bus did not disappoint with comfort. Having lived in London for the last 10 years, it was surreal to sleep in a bus 🤣. Its spotless (as if its never been used before even though we know its such a busy accomodation). Honesty shop was a good concept too. There were wnough blankets to keep us cozy on the chilly outdood nights and the kitchen is fully equipped. The alpacas also made for a good experience for pur 3 kids. Its also plenty fo space for 8 people 👏🏼. Overall, cant recommend more!

Every now and then, you find an absolute gem of a place on air bnb...River Lemon Lodge is one of them. We both had a wonderful stay at River Lemon Lodge, a much needed chance to unwind in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature and river sounds. The lodge itself is cosy and has a very welcoming energy. It's also well equipped with everything you could possibly need whatever the weather. Perfectly located for stomps out on Dartmoor, as well as visits to Totnes or Widecombe in the moor amongst a host of other things this area of Devon has to offer. The hosts are welcoming, considerate and friendly. Thank you to Jamie, Phil & Maya...we'll be back for sure!

I had such a friendly welcome from Rachel, with everything that I needed set up and ready to go. And even though the pod felt very private, and away from it all, I also felt very safe, especially as I was alone. Incredibly peaceful, and perfect for a break away from the real world.

We had the best time, I am not a camper so was a little worried but intrigued and it was not a disappointment. This is luxurious with the little camping parts added in. The outdoor baths were a dream even in Oct/Nov. The accommodation spotless and Kylie the host so friendly and helpful. Such a beautiful place and we can’t wait to visit again.

Easily the best AirBnB experience I’ve had to date. Nell was an exceptional host, communicating efficiently and facilitating a brilliant weekend. The property is unique and pictures could never do it justice. The interior is perfect, 6 of us stayed and it felt spacious and never cramped. The views from the front and the back are stunning. Sunrise over the ocean, and sunset over the fields around the campfire out the back. The access to local pub in Otterton and Ladram Bay means there’s plenty to do on foot <2km away. But you can always return to the silent Observation Post afterwards. Walkers love to stop and chat, which in my opinion only enhances the positive experience. We will be back. Thank you Nell!

We loved our stay. The location of the cabin is fantastic and it was furnished to a high standard. The directions were very detailed and clear so we had no problem finding the cabin. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely return - thank you!
