Beautiful place with amazing views of the bay across the swimming pool. Pool is a great bonus, and a very good size. Andy was the perfect host, there if needed, but we felt we had the place to ourselves. I read the comments about pool pump noise, but it really isn't an issue, coming on after we were up and around and switching off in the afternoon. A very special place.

THE BEST AIR BNB I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!! Absolutely amazing thank you so much for your hospitality. All of the amazing extra chocolates and fruit and baked goods to make you feel at home. The best banana bread we’ve ever had. This is the best air bnb I have ever stayed in. Great spot walkable to Russell Main Street. I hope I get to stay again!

Amazing little kiwi back in a private Rocky bay. Awesome for quality family time or a group of friends. Will definitely be staying here again!

River Cottage was such a gem! The surroundings were like a jungle, the grounds were beautiful and there was fun activities like board games and kayaks. We were even able to borrow a fishing pole and caught a fish! I enjoyed walking around the farm property and river area. My favorite part was access to a lookout tower off the deck. I made my latte each morning and climbed up there to enjoy it while watching and listening to all the birds. Book this place, it's magical!

Our time at the Shearer’s cottage was absolutely magical. My husband and I stayed with our three children for three nights. We were all utterly delighted when we walked in the door - lots of excited gasps from everyone - the surroundings are gorgeous, the property is thoughtfully appointed and spotlessly clean… far enough from the madding crowd to feel peaceful and secluded, yet still a very convenient drive to Kerikeri and the Bay of Islands. Ian and Anna were very friendly and communicative and made us feel totally welcome. Allow time to make the most of this beautiful place. The dawn chorus is glorious! Make sure you opt in for the spa by the river. We really hope we can visit again. Thank you so much Ian and Anna.

Christines house was amazing! Fabulous location and a lovely house with back garden and deck. It was well stocked for cooking. Such a beautiful area. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Gorgeous! Well located, beautiful private cottage. You cannot go wrong booking with Steve, Dot and Charlie. Wish we had time to stay longer; will definitely return.

The bach was lovely, real kiwi bach also Toni was amazing to deal with and left clear instructions on how to get to the bach as well as checking ourselves in Had everything you possibly would need for a trip away I absolutely loved the place and such an awesome area! The beach would be perfect for kids or swimmers who aren't to confident as the waves aren't strong at all but also have the option of a short walk to the end of the beach to a big shallow area with very little to no waves I really recommend this little bach, I fell in love and definitely would stay again!!

Fantails best is fantastic. A cozy Bach very spacious, well equipped kitchen. Very kind hosts. Taupo bay itself is a hidden gem. We recommend the St Paul’s Rock hike 35 min away, and the fish and chips at the fish restaurant in Mangonui. Will definitely try to return to this perfect place. Dayne and Eva thanks so much!

This batch was cute and tidy. There is a big deck to relax and to take in the beautiful view of Cooper’s beach. It’s in a great location and 2 minute drive to the local shops.

Possibly the perfect beach stay. It’s peaceful, not fussy, relaxed but so, so beautiful. Close enough to the beach to be convenient, but far enough away to be quiet and private. The surrounding area is wonderfully tropical. The house is perfectly relaxed. Why go to the islands when you can come here?

A beautiful, airy house just steps away from one of the loveliest beaches in Aotearoa. A magic spot. Every facility you could want is there. Comfortable beds, nice linen, a lovely kitchen to cook in if you feel so inclined. The hosts were responsive, friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We had a very enjoyable few days in this lovely place. Great views, peaceful surroundings and comfortable, spacious accommodation. Steve was a good host, friendly and helpful. We loved exploring this part of the world and would happily come back to the area and the house.

Lovely family home with all that the description and photos promise and much more! A once in a lifetime location. We stayed here for the last days of our NZ trip and really appreciated relaxing and exploring the area and fabulous beaches north and south. A big thank you Carol!

We were so comfortable; quiet, peaceful surroundings; well equipped kitchen with lovely surprise of duck and hens' eggs, organic milk, a variety of teas and regular and decaf coffee. Comfortable sofas and chairs with good back support. Great WIFI. Spotlessly clean throughout. Sister Irini and Prior Rob are warm, friendly people who make you feel part of the place. We won't forget our stay at this wonderful sanctuary. Highly recommend anyone needing a break from a busy daily life- you can really unwind here.

What a wonderful space to have time out. Nested in privacy, intimately situated in Pēwhairangi (Bay of Islands), embraced by beautiful gardens with astonishing views. Just a short drive to Russell and handy to Waitangi, this is a great place to rejuvenate in the peacefulness of Bay life. Sparkling days and best sleeps; thoughtful and well designed amenities. Very copacetic hosts. Truly outstanding place to stay.

We hebben een paar geweldige dagen gehad in het huis van Tracey. Het huis had alles wat we nodig hadden. De locatie is uniek, in een prachtige tuin.

Would definitely stay here again & would recommend to anyone who is coming up to the far north. A very homely, clean, tidy and comfy cottage. Loved It xx

We had a great stay with 2 couples. The location is great with Matapouri beach and whale bay 5-10 min drive and great restaurants at tutukaka. The Airbnb is quite modern and comfortable with everything you need.

Lovely nice and spacious home, within walking distance to the beach. We have a family homestead nearby and this was a perfect location for us to hangout during the day as we also had family camping down at the camping reserve. better than expected!

Dieses Haus war ein absoluter Traum. Ausstattung, Design und Sauberkeit waren mindestens 5 Sterne wert. Sehr liebevoll ausgestattet, da fehlt es an nichts. Der Ort ist super zu Fuß erreichbar und ist bezaubernd. Der Kontakt mit Jonno war super. Tolle Tipps und sehr freundlich und schnell. Wir sind spontan eine Nacht länger geblieben. Absolut zu empfehlen. Danke; dass wir bei euch zu Gast sein durften.
