We loved loved loved our stay at Wakushi house. Rebecca and Amani were so helpful and sweet people to be around and their place is just amazing. It is simply beautiful and very airy which is important on such a hot island. But it was the little details that stood out- fresh flowers, self-colored towels and handmade soap (which you can also purchase as a souvenir). Rebecca was also super helpful to arrange some trips and even took me to her yoga class. This might have been my best Airbnb-find ever!

Wir haben uns im BabuHouse sehr wohlgefühlt. Super sauber, mit allen Dingen ausgestattet die einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt ermöglichen. Die Kommunikation besonders mit Bayu war exzellent, er war immer sehr sehr hilfreich, freundlich, superschnell ..... Das Haus und vor allem der Garten mit Pool sowie der jeden Morgen kommende Gärtner waren über unseren Erwartungen, wir haben das alles sehr genossen. Die 2 Wochen vergingen wie im Flug !!!

Ernst ist ein sehr guter Gatsgeber . Er reagiert sofort und Hilft immer .Alles ist sehr gut Organisiert.Die Hilfe vor Ort hat er sehr gut geregelt. Es ist immer ein Ansprechpartner da.Vielleicht mal über ein Notstromaggregat nachdenken......Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand , nur wenige Schritte zum Meer.Absolut Ruhige Lage.Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit dort.

Väldigt fint och välskött boende . Uteplatsen var som en liten oas där vi kunde svalka av oss efter en dag i solen på stranden. Nästa gång jag reser till Zanzibar kommer jag utan tvekan bo här igen!

ici tout est OK ! un emplacement comme il y en a peu je pense , ayant voyage en avril , nous étions proche de la plage privée ! l équipe est au top ! le breakfast en face de la mer est copieux ,préparé et servi avec soin par Rama et son équipe. Vous pouvez également leur faire confiance pour ce qui serait de l ordre des divers centres d intérêts.Poir ma part bois avons nage avec les dauphins ,organisé par haji ,un membre de la team .Vraiment cool et d un bon rapport qualité prix ! Entre une mer magnifique et un village authentique ,favorisant les échanges avec les locaux .franchement au top !je recommande sans hésiter !!!

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay! The accommodation was clean, modern, and had all the appliances we needed. We were looking for a quiet place and this was it. We basically had the pool to ourselves and Julie was on hand to answer our many questions at the onset. She even provided the first breakfast as well as a huge watermelon and bananas, which was much appreciated. The guards made us feel extra safe, even though it's a very safe area already, and sometimes we got a visit at the pool from the nearby cat or dog, which as animal people we loved. We will most certainly be returning! What a little paradise. (PS Being able to arrange a lift from and to the airport was also really handy.) Thank you so much for a beautiful work-cation/holiday!

Liza and Raphael are great hosts. The house is simply fantastic and you immediately feel at home. The location was perfect for us. It's not so touristy and crowded there. Really pleasant to enjoy the island. Hatibu and his team take great care of you and you feel very well looked after. The food was fresh and delicious every day. The manager Hatibu is always available and fulfills your every wish. For me there is really nothing to complain about. We stayed here for a week with the whole family (6 people) and at the end we really didn't want to leave at all. It is one of those places that you would prefer to keep to yourself. An insider tip. Our stay in Uroa was wonderful. Emanuele put us in touch with his property manager who helped us with everything from airport transfers, setting up tours and even getting some medicine when some of our family came down with the flu. Uroa is a little bit remote in terms of amenities but that is what we were looking for. There are a few local restaurants within walking distance on the beach but not much more than that. We enjoyed walking the beach every day, swimming and wading out to the sand bar at low tide. There are also people/companies on the beach if you want to setup snorkeling tours or watersports. The caretaker and the housekeeper do a wonderful job keeping up the property and the housekeeper even made a few meals for us with the groceries we bought in Stonetown! The house was beautiful and in good repair. Beds were good and the pool was great to relax in. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay, just what we needed at the end of our trip to Tanzania!

A gorgeous gem of a place located a minute walk to the beach, yet tucked away from the hustle & bustle. This place really offered a sense of serenity nestled away… The apartment was spacious with an open plan kitchen, dining area, and veranda where you can sometimes see the kites flying, and was a great place to chill with friends. The dogs are adorable and made the place feel like home. With so many activities in Paje this place was a miracle find to be so central to all the tours and sports on the island 🏝️. Thank you 🙏

"We had an amazing holiday stay at Elisa eco-friendly villa , i am impressed how beautiful and creative her garden is( everythings in the garden is eatable ) The host was very accommodating and made sure our stay were comfortable. The villa is beautifully designed and environmentally conscious, which made me feel good about my stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a unique and sustainable experience." We also enjoy our kite surfing session with Emm, our professional instructor and very recommended coconut kitesurfing as they are friendly-professional kite surf school( thank to shasha and Eline for keep our session fun.

Really nice place for a family of 4-5, place was close to many local things to do such as the beach being 8-10 minute walk, local restaurants that were a few minutes walk that were recommended and were really good and the items available for you to cook at Home utensils and such,Washer/Dryer to clean your clothes and the host was just responsive and kind !

O imóvel é super recomendado, fica em um condomínio muito lindo e tranquilo, possui uma piscina maravilhosa, está a poucos metros da praias e ao lado possui comércio com supermercado e outros. Com ctz se voltar a pajé ficaremos lá. Recomendo sem ressalvas.

Peter is an amazing host! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we knew we made the right choice. The location couldn't have been better – right in the heart of everything we wanted to explore. Everything was just a short walk away, and we were able to easily access local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The accommodation itself was perfect—immaculately clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a top-notch experience!

Wow! My wife and I had booked an Airbnb months ago and last minute the host canceled. We began to panic since our trip was only weeks away and we have 3 kids (5, 7, and 10). We contacted Jan who answered so many of our questions. Once we arrived the place was minutes walking to the beach! Also, the area was very safe and quiet. There were many children and locals who greeted us every morning. Our first night we stayed on the beach and a local dug us a bonfire in the sand and helped us home when we got lost. We shared the property with his family and another guest who were all lovely and played bachata at night! Every morning the house help Ms K made us fresh juice, cleaned our room, and made us breakfast. She was wonderful! The driver that Jan sent to pick us at the airport was amazing! And we paid him to take us to Memba island and a really nice sandbank with seafood lunch. The only con was the 3rd bed did not have a mosquito net. Which was okay because my kids just shared a bed.

The apartment is on a private compound with a lagoon pool, a playground and a common area with a work space. Perfect for remote work. Everything in the apartment is of great quality and in top condition, the staff at the facility is absolutely lovely and welcoming and there is a little balcony. I can definitely recommend staying there. It's a short walk to the beach and many, many restaurants just around the corner

I can't say enough great things about this place, and if we're ever lucky enough to return to Paje we will absolutely stay here again! The place is an apartment in what is really more like a gated community but it's also super close to everything so it's the best of the both worlds - We loved having the pool, communal working space, cafe, parking for our rented scooter, and laundry available and felt super safe because of the security. It was also really nice having a real space to make our own for the week, with a living room + tv, kitchen, and extra bedroom. The beach is a short walk away and there are tons of restaurants on the main the street that are actually better and cheaper then the beach restaurants. If you're only in Paje for a night or two and want to stay steps away from the beach or be right in the middle of the party scene, this might not be the place for you, but we saw a friends room at one of the beach clubs/hotels and were so happy we were staying here instead :)

Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Auch wenn man mittig von Jambiani und Paje liegt, finden sich viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Auch lokale Verkäufer und ein Supermarkt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg, und abgesehen der Algen auch schön. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr grün, weshalb man viel Privatsphäre hat. Und durch zwei Pools ist es auch nie "voll". Das Frühstück war super, mit Obst, Ei, Saft und Joghurt und Paola war immer erreichbar für Fragen. Wir haben über Paola eine Tour und einen Shuttle organisiert bekommen und hatten auch sonst eine schöne Zeit in der Nyumbani Residence. Die Unterkunft selbst hat nur eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, weshalb manchmal der Wohnraum etwas warm war. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Besonders Highlight sind die süßen Katzen von Paola!

Beautiful and very homely appartment, I really wanted to simply move in. The place is designed to feel like home and it does a great job. It has everything you need, and the complex itself has a beautiful pool and is very secure. Christine’s appartment is super peaceful and she is the most accommodating host. She let me check in a little early and was very responsive when I had an issue with the wifi (which worked well for my whole stay). I would highly recommend this place as it felt like a vacation but with all my home comforts at the same time. Thank you!

The villa was absolutely beautiful. It looks much bigger in real life than in the pictures. It’s right next to the beach, making it easy to go for long walks along the shore. There are also many local restaurants nearby. I want to thank Grace ❤️ and the security gentleman for their help and kindness—they truly made my stay special!

A good place for a one-night stay. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Walkable to go to the beach and go eat. Nice house manager Mr Jerry. The place doesn’t have WiFi (even though it is advertised), which is tough if you don’t have a local SIM card, and are depending on WiFi for coordinating your trip. Remember to bring bath towels, soap, and toilet paper, as there are no essentials included in this listing. Also the area is prone to electricity blackouts, so if you’re used to staying in hotels with generators, be prepared when staying in any AirBnB in Zanzibar, for blackouts.

Mon mari et moi avons adoré notre séjour. nous avons passé plus de 7 semaines. La piscine lagon était très parfaite, la propreté était partout. Nous avons apprécié la femme de ménage chaque semaine. La seule chose difficile à été d'aller à la plage. Les routes sont horribles et pas évidentes et pleines d'eau quand il pleut. Trouver de quoi manger aussi fut un peu difficile, manque de produits. Nous avons trouvé d'excellents restaurants. Dans l'ensemble nous avons eu une excellente expérience.
