Endroit au calme très bien entretenu. Personnel discret et très serviable. Je recommande aux personnes voulant avoir une magnifique maison de vacances familiales. A 1 heures de tout activités. Mais la distance avec la ville est une chance: vivre Bangkok sans le bruit. Merci pour l'accueil et l'endroit.

非常棒的入住體驗，因爲家人很多，房源不好找而且待的天數又很長，剛好看到 Aree 的房源，地點就在廊曼機場附近。 住宿附近就有超市，便利商店，餐廳。房子空間很大，設備齊全（有洗衣機，厨房等）。房東回覆訊息很快，有需要機場接送服務也能夠安排。 總的來説，下次絕對會再入住，大力推薦！！！

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

Best air bnb i have stayed in Bangkok so far. The host is so responsive and helpful. The place is neat and tidy as described. Bedrooms are spacious. My favorite parts are bathrooms and message chair.

Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

We were Toufiq's first guests and he went above and BEYOND as a host! Not only did he stock us with little snacks and beverages. He also got us a sim card! His place felt luxurious and very homey! The views around the project and loft are breathtaking! And, the amenities are absolutely everything one could ask for!Toufiq was fairly responsive and helpful. The project is newly finished so there is construction still happening and by a hospital but once it's done I'm sure it'll be the best.

Все хорошо, квартира соответствует описанию. Квартира небольшая, но есть всё необходимое. Бассейн и тренажерный зал доступны, за пользование сауной нужно доплачивать 50 бат за посещение. Далековато от центра города, но можно добираться на такси или метро. Было бы удобно, если бы владелец квартиры добавил возможность самостоятельного заселения.

The place is great, the pool is the best part. Very accessible and not too far from the city. If you want peace and quiet while staying in Bangkok, this is your place.

I stayed for a night only but looks a good place to me. Peaceful neighbourhood also local market nearby. The place has very comfortable bed and a clean kitchen with amenities. Not to forget a nice and big private patio attached. Would love to come back again in my future trip. Highly recommended Airbnb in Bangkok.

Ik heb hier een hele fijne tijd gehad! De kamer was comfortabel en het complex werd altijd goed schoongehouden. De locatie is perfect: vlakbij een BTS-station en slechts twee haltes van Kasetsart University, waar ik studeerde. De omgeving is ook leuk, met veel eetgelegenheden en winkels in de buurt. En binnen 15 minuten met de BTS ben je in het centrum. Land is een fantastische host die altijd klaarstaat om te helpen. Hij heeft me geholpen met mijn visumverlenging en is zelfs meegegaan naar het immigratiekantoor. Daarnaast bracht hij me naar het vliegveld voor mijn terugreis. Hij had altijd goede tips voor de omgeving en nam me zelfs een paar keer mee naar de beste restaurants. Tijdens mijn verblijf van bijna vijf maanden zijn we goede vrienden geworden. Een betere host en verblijf had ik me niet kunnen wensen! Ik zou deze plek zeker aanraden aan iedereen die naar Bangkok reist!

Eu gostei muito do período em que estive nessa acomodação! A anfitriã foi super solicita e me ajudou em tudo que precisei sempre que solicitei sua ajuda… Precisei de alguns itens extras para o apartamento e a anfitriã atendeu minhas necessidades sem hesitar. O apartamento estava em perfeito estado e no condomínio também tem academia e piscina, o que deixa a estadia ainda mais confortável! Todos do condomínio também foram super simpáticos e nos trataram muito bem! Ou seja, toda a minha experiência valeu a pena! Sendo assim, eu super recomendo!

가격대비 정말 훌륭한 숙소였어요. 체크인 할 때 픽업차량은 정말 기대도 안 한 부분인데 픽업차량까지 준비해주셔서 깜짝 놀랬습니다 드라이버분도 정말 친절하셨고, 밤에 후웨이쾅 야시장까지 데려다 주셨어요 정말 최고..!! 숙소도 두 말 할 것없이 깨끗하고 생각보다 방 넓구요 2명이 지내기에 딱 좋았습니다. 그리고 거실에 책상을 길게 놔주셔서 거기서 친구랑 화장하면서 준비하기 딱 좋았고요 ㅋㅋ 여자 2명에서 오면 그냥 이 숙소 선택하세요 안전하고 너무 좋았어요!! 수영장도 큰 거 2개있고, 헬스장도 크고 있을 거 다 있었습니다.. 근데 드라이기가 두 개 있었는데 하나는 고장나있고, 하나는 좀 뭔가 이상해서 그냥 새로 구입해서 썼습니다. 컨디셔너도 큰 거 새로 사서 다른 사람 쓰라고 그냥 화장실에 놔두고왔어요.ㅋㅋ 암튼 숙소 정말 좋았어요!! 최공 방콕 오면 이 숙소 다시 이용하겠습니다 ☺️☺️

Das Zimmer ist der Wahnsinn! Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und ich wäre zu gern länger geblieben! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Anlage ist makellos und edel. Die Gegend eher ruhiger. Die dachterasse mit dem infinitiypool bietet die schönste Aussicht die ich bisher genießen durfte! Ich liebe diese Wohnung werde aufjedenfall wieder dort sein! Danke!🥰

Loved my stay at Run’s place. A very clean and comfortable condo room. Beautiful roof top view on the top floor and nice gym. MRT is right next to the condo which is amazing. 3 minute walk. It’s a bit further out of the city, will take you around 45 mins - 60 mins via few trips. But a perfect stay. Run was very helpful and always swift to communicate. Recommend.

Wir waren für 2 Wochen bei Nantarat zu Gast. Sie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter in der Wohnanlage waren auch sehr nett. Besonders gut fanden den Ausblick von der Wohnung und das es direkt an einer BTS Stadtion liegt, mit der man schnell alles erreichen kann. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Bangkok 😊

The place is really nice, it looks just as how it was described in the listing. Easy to access public transportation since the MRT Bangson station is just a short walk from the place (can also use the free shuttle service). Nui is also very responsive when we have questions. The condo room was appointed wonderfully. Kwang made sure the refrigerator was stocked with enough complimentary water to last my entire stay. I must also commend her on having an ample supply of soaps, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. Bed was comfortable and the a/c was top notch. The location is <5 minute walk to a MRT station if you need to venture into Bangkok proper. About a 10 minute walk to 7-11, but the condo has a couple of vending machines on the ground floor in case you are craving a snack or a drink. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again.
