Juste exceptionnel Panayiotis a été un hôte comme rarement rencontré durant tous nos voyages. Il est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Le logement est parfaitement propre rien à dire. La piscine très bien pour nous rafraîchir les fins d’après midi après nos visites d’Athènes. Panayiotis nous a fait livrer une délicieuse glace le jour de notre départ et il s’est occupé de nous ramener à l’aéroport pour notre départ alors qu’il s’était déjà occupé de notre arrivée. Il m’a conseillé d’utiliser ChatGPT du coup c’est ce que je vais faire désormais. Nous reviendrons à Athènes et c’est sur nous logerons chez Panayiotis dans aucune hésitation. Promis Panayiotis je vais apprendre le grec avec ChatGPT 😏😊 encore mille fois merci d’avoir fait de notre séjour un excellent voyage grâce à l’ensemble de vos conseils. À très bientôt.

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. We feel blessed to have stayed at this Airbnb. Annita and her family showed us true Greek hospitality in so many ways. It was very touching for us. The views from the pool deck were amazing! The pool was a welcome relief after a day of sightseeing or just cooling off after the beach. Everything is so close! The best bakery and coffee shop, grocery store and pharmacy, wonderful restaurants, all within a few minutes of this fantastic home. We would not hesitate to stay with Annita again. Highly recommended!!!

An oasis in the artistic and political heart of Athens, we had a beautiful stay.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour avec Perth Luxury Living. Les linges de lit, serviettes et peignoirs étaient d’excellente qualités. Le jacuzzi était chauffé à notre arrivé. Ils nous ont également aidé avec la livraison de ballon à domicile pour l’anniversaire de notre amie et on été flexible quant au Check out plus tardif. Petit point d’amélioration: la cuisine est petite et ce n’est pas possible de manger tous ensemble autour d’un repas. Mais c’est pas grave nous avons profité pour découvrir d’excellent restaurants dans la ville. Vraiment nous recommandons!

Kyriakos war ein wunderbarer Gaastgeber der immer sehr schnell geantwortet hat und sehr proaktiv war. Das Haus haben wir für eine Messe in der Nähe gemietet und es war äusserst praktisch. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und werden nächstes Jahr sicher wieder dieses Haus mieten! :)

My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

Villa Sabia was a perfect Air BnB experience ! Villa Sabia is immaculately appointed and absolutely spotless throughout. The environment and experience is much more of a high quality home than a just a place to stay for holiday or business. It is easy to immediately relax and start to enjoy Varkiza and its surroundings. Varkiza has everything for a relaxing beach vacation, and the pool at Villa Sabia is excellent. It was difficult to leave the pool and journey outside some days ! Anna is a super caring and amazing hostess. It is clear that she is super proud of her property and really wants you and your guests to enjoy your stay in Greece as much as possible. Anna has lived in the area all her life and is very happy to recommend places to visit, traditional or modern restaurants, the best or some hidden beaches. I strongly advise discussing your plans with her to make the most of your stay. Overall a fabulous place to stay with true Greek welcoming experience. Thank You !

Wir waren 4 Tage in Athen, in Stavroulas wunderschöner Villa, um Verwandtschaft zu besuchen und zwei mitgereisten Athen Neulingen die Stadt zu zeigen. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus lässt an Ausstattung und Komfort keinen Wunsch offen und wir haben besonders die gemütliche Terrasse mit nebengelegenem Pool und den schönen Garten genossen. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge in die historische Innenstadt ( fußläufig ca 20 min von der Metro, die einen in knapp 30 min an den Monastiraki bringt ), einer Fahrt nach Marathon ans Meer oder einer Erkundungstour in nahe Stadtteile wie Maroussi oder Chalandri. Stavroula ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Snacks und Getränken empfangen, sich regelmäßig versichert, dass es uns gut geht und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The view was amazing. Jacuzzi and sauna room is perfect. Loved all the places to sit and look at the view. Enjoyed movie night in the living room with the kids. The walking area outside is so nice and the top of the hl has an amazing view. Sunsets were great. We will come here again it was beautiful. Check in was easy and neighbors sweet. ❤️

We were visiting for my son’s wedding at a nearby venue so lots of coming and goings. It was always nice to arrive back at the villa for some peaceful relaxation. The infinity pool and sea view were stunning. The villa is very spacious, beautifully decorated with well stocked kitchens (basics). The 10-minute walk down to the beach was completely doable and we loved our quiet little beach. Highly recommend for an extended family rental as it has tons of spaces for spreading out and quality amenities throughout.

We had a great stay at Bill & Johns villa. The house itself is beautiful, with all the amenities one could want. The sunset from the top floor was stunning. Good coffee shops are a nearby walk (I recommend the pastries!) and restaurants and bars are a cheap taxi away. Thank you for sharing your fabulous space.
