Charming restaurated house in beautiful landscape surroundings. House is clean and the host was super friendly and helpful with questions and recommendations for the area. Great location for exploring sights, beaches and nature in northern Sardinia conveniently by car. Highly recommend for a stay in Sardinia, we had a great time!

La Caletta is a beachfront location near Siniscola. The apartment is spacious enough for a couple and say, two kids. It’s compact but adequate with a nice balcony with a lovely clean fresh breeze. Decorated in beach type pastel colours it does have a nice feel to it. It has most essentials. From there we visited Olbia and the Costa Smeralda coastline- an hour away. Gianluca ensured we had everything we needed and was more than responsive.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und schön sauber, allerdings gibt es nur spartanische Ausstattung. Leider gab es kein WLAN aber damit kann man leben. Die Müllentsorgung ist ein wenig umständlich, kann man aber umgehen wenn man einfach keinen Müll produziert

I had such a great long stay in Marina’s place it is so hard to write briefly! Marina was so helpful, friendly and so communicative she made my stay so special! The place is even better and bigger than in photos, so elegantly decorated with no clutter and super clean! The bathroom tiles are like artwork! She has kept everything for guests’ use, even all toiletries etc. The view of Tavolara, Molara and the sea is wonderful from every window of the house! Marina helped me so much throughout my stay even took me to Olbia several times and also showered me with goodies! The place is so quiet and peaceful! There are so many amazing beaches around, all in walking distance! Even the grocery store is just down the road. It is easy to go to Olbia too and the bus also down the road but there are so many beaches and trails here even with my long stay I couldn’t go to them all! Most of all Marina and her husband treated me like family and I will never forget my stay here and would love to go back!

Ci siamo trovati divinamente bene in una zona tranquilla, con tanto di giardino recintato utile al gioco dei bambini; ingresso all'appartamento indipendente con tavolo e sdraio esterni senza ed ampio spazio privo di sguardi indiscreti: si può tranquillamente uscire in mutande che nessuno vicino può vedere... parcheggio auto davanti all'ingresso. spiagge raggiungibili a 15 minuti d'auto. superstrada attaccata a casa. Regna la tranquillità di sera, con un buio profondo privo di illuminazione pubblica e privata, con un cielo stellatossimo.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und der Kontakt sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und so auch die Möglichkeit, zu anderen Stränden zu fahren, denn der fußläufige war nicht unser Favorit. Ansonsten war die Wohnung top. Wir hatten Platz für unsere Sachen und vor Ort gab es sogar Sonnenschirme. Unsere gekauften und die beiden Klappstühle haben wir ebenfalls dort gelassen. Vor allem die Veranda mit Blick aufs Meer hat uns gut gefallen.

We experienced a warm welcome from our hosts who were very helpful to us during our stay. The space is clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed using the outdoor patio to sit. The close proximity to the airport was a plus for us, as well.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit grosser Veranda mit Blick auf eine Bucht. Angenehme Feriensiedlung. Hat alles funktioniert. Unnötige Servicecharge und Preis für Bettzeug.

Chiara was so friendly and helpful. When I needed help, a delivery sent, or changes made to the reservation she was so responsive and kind. I had tons of questions and she didn't mind at all. The area is truly beautiful. I was there off season and it was quiet and empty (definitely needed a car for groceries) but every beach I wanted to go to was walkable. The house had everything I needed and the garden was lovely. Was a perfect month and a great price. Thank you Chiara!!!!!

Le séjour chez Eleonora, s’est très bien passé. L’appartement est très facile à trouver. L’appartement est très bien organiser, la cuisine très bien équipée si l’on souhaite manger à l’appartement. Pour ce garer, c’est géniale il y a des places de parking tout le long de la rue. Je recommande cet appartement à 100%

Andreas's place was stunning. After two weeks of travelling the Sardinian coast, it was the perfect way to end our trip. We deliberately travelled during the off-season to avoid the hustle and bustle (Oct/ Nov). Still, even if this was not the case, Andrea's place offered unmatched peace, privacy and security. As four women, we felt we had plenty of space in the apartment, a fantastic-sized bathroom, the wardrobes for all our clothes, which were a bonus, and the decor was lovely. We could host dinners and cook comfortably in the well-stocked kitchen with full-sized appliances. Andrea was very responsive and kind in our communication throughout our stay. You must book here. This is the place for you if you want privacy and peace in an otherworldly setting. We all wished we had stayed here for our entire time in La Maddalena. Andrea, grazie millle, all prossima volta!

Ne am simțit foarte bine , zona liniștită și casa dotată cu de toate . Nu am avut internet dar cu ocazia aceasta am profitat sa stăm mai mult împreună .

Emanuele è stato molto gentile, la casa è veramente fornita di tutto. Supermercati e bar a due passi da casa. Per arrivare al centro di san Teodoro solo 8 min in macchina, ottima posizione. Per arrivare la spiaggia più vicina ci vogliono meno di 10 min raggiungibili in macchina. Consigliata al 100%

Wonderful stay, the house was spotless, well maintained and correctly equiped. The place could use a microwave but not necessarily a must have from my point of view. Swimming pool is a nice add traveling with kids. One thing though I d mentioned, and it could be a translation issue but Olbia is not at walking distance rather 10 min by car. Other than that the beaches nearby are stunning and less crowded than the more popular ones around. Probably your best options to enjoy an afternoon at the beach nearby.

Wij hebben afgelopen week verbleven in het huis en hebben een hele fijne week gehad. Het is een fijn huis, met een heerlijk zwembad die je met één ander huisje deelt. Pietro en Tania zijn enorm gastvrij! We voelden ons er helemaal thuis. We zouden hier zeker een keer terug willen komen! Bedankt Pietro en Tania!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Wohnung von Marco. Super schöne Anlage mit tollem Pool und mehrere Strände fußläufig erreichbar. Sogar mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm inklusive. Die Wohnung hat eine fantastische Aussicht auf die Bucht von Olbia, der Flughafen in 20 Min Entfernung ist kaum zu hören. Einziges Manko die extrem steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss, hat uns mit kleinen Kindern etwas nervös gemacht und eine Spühlmaschine fehlt einfach. Aber nichts was die wahnsinnige Lage und Aussicht micht wett macht! Marco war im Übrigen immer schnell und freundlich erreichbar! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Nochmals vielen lieben Dank!

Nous avons passé une super semaine.Tout était parfait à nos yeux. La maison est très agréable, nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison.Magnifique piscine, très bien entretenue. Nous avons profité des excellents conseils de Donatella concernant la Sardaigne. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour découvrir la Sardaigne. Merci à Donatella pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité.
