Nice flat in an old well-reserved building. The apartment has a minimalistic interior that included all my needs. The location is prime. The host is very responsive and helpful. Very well recommended, I'd book again for sure.

Rawabi is clean, quiet, modern and a fun change to visit since it is so different from the rest if the west bank. The vision of the city is impressive!

Honestly, I would’ve given a 6 star rating if it was available. Check in was simple, we got the instructions and messaged the host when we arrived and was extremely helpful with introducing the place and showing us where everything was and helped us with our luggage (I tried to pack light but wasn’t too successful), although we did arrive a little later than planned. During our stay, Mohammad was extremely nice and we chatted, he made sure there wasn’t anything we’re missing. The place was clean and very functional, we had everything we needed and the view is just like the pictures. We appreciated the available parking especially in Ramallah where it’s not always simple to park. They were also very accommodating when we checked out. Overall, we’re very happy with our stay and the services Mohammad and Khaled have provided. I would definitely recommend!

Everything about the place was great, the design looked amazing and it was located in a private and a quiet neighbourhood, the directions were clear and it was super easy getting to the place. Deyaaldin was a great host and he responded quickly to every question I had and was always available and he even gave clear directions with videos explaining how to get to the place. I Definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a quiet and a uniquely designed place in Ramallah

I had a great stay at Sa’D’s Airbnb. The flat was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was easily accessible. Sa’D was a responsive and helpful host, making sure I had a smooth experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Super clean fully furnished and really bright apartment! The rooms, beds are very comfortable as is the desk for work. Location is perfect for me is in a good neighborhood, near to old city and Talitha Kumi Educational Center(German school) where my children visit this school. All is clear and Elias and his family are great, always available and ready to make the stay more comfortable. I feel right at home.

He made me feel comfortable and helped me a lot with language and culture barriers. I felt safe, lucky, and fortunate being at his place. He was on point with every tip and recommendation. I Can not say enough good things about my stay and how well I was treated. I would stay again and bring my family. Loved the books, and guest book too! Great spot for lone travelers or family!

We are visiting Bethlehem during a time when our own country is advocating for not coming to this important and loving place. The historic Christian sites are empty, the shops and restaurants are void of tourists and the community is really hurting economically with tremendous love to share. Khalil’s condo is beautiful and strategically located to some of the most important sites in history and in a quiet neighborhood as well. With several markets and malls within a 3-5 minute walk, his location is perfect for someone with business in the West Bank or seeking to understand the culture and life of these incredible and resilient people. We stayed several days and hope to return to this lovely place. Khalil could not be more helpful and accommodating and gave a number of helpful suggestions. We are already missing the friends we made there and give this place our highest recommendation.
