Wir haben uns zu dritt bei Maria sehr wohl gefühlt. 2 Zimmer: 1 Schlafzimmer mit WC und eine Küche mit Dusche/WC und 2 Betten. Eine Außen-dusche. Perfekt für uns. Angenehm auch der zusätzliche Kühlschrank im Schlafzimmer. Sehr guter Gasherd mit Backofen. Sehr angenehm auch die Möglichkeiten im Schatten unter Pinien und Orleaner zu sitzen. Ruhige Seitenstraße. Maria ist eine perfekte und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Danke!

Bellissima villa con vista incantevole sul golfo di Policastro. Abbiamo soggiornato comodamente in 6 per il secondo anno consecutivo. Tutto sempre molto ordinato e pulito. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il phon che è stato prontamente sostituito. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Unico suggerimento: qualche punto luce in più nell'incantevole giardino così come qualche abat jour aggiuntiva nelle camere da letto renderebbero il soggiorno fantastico. Grazie di tutto Simon. Torneremo senz'altro.

Good communication and directions upon arrival. Thoughtfully purchased some food for us. The balcony stretched the entire length of the house with wonderful sunrise views. There are shared stairs that lead down to the water. We were disappointed there was no hot tub as was listed, but we still enjoyed the apartment.

Il soggiorno a casa di Claudio è stato perfetto. La casa è molto accogliente e confortevole, anche dal punto di vista termico, nonostante abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di dicembre e nonostante le condizioni meterologiche un po’ avverse. Gli aspetti che più abbiamo apprezzato sono stati la dispobilità del camino e la vista mozzafiato che è possibile apprezzare dal camino. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e dispobilissimi. Host consigliatissimo 👍

Vincenzo was a great host. We LOVE Sessa Cilento and we are so going to come back. It’s a short drive to lovely beaches eg; ASCEA. The bedrooms are big and spacious- we lacked nothing. We had easy drives to some beautiful places like Positano and Paestum. The place was surrounded by beautiful views and a lemon tree which was a big win because we love lemons. And figs! And the restaurants that Vincenzo recommends are excellent, absolutely loved them. I think everyone should come to sessa cilento just to meet Vincenzo. We love Vincenzo. 10/10 great service. Great place. And a great man. Thank you Vincenzo!

Pleins de petites attentions à notre arrivée ! tarte aux fruits, miel, limoncello (fait maison) Serviettes, chaussons, nécessaire de toilette.... Les trois salles de bain sont un vrai plus. Hôtes très accueillant et toujours à disposition pour répondre à la moindre demande. Une petite attention (des fleurs) pour l'anniversaire de la Nonna !!! Une très belle adresse à conseiller les yeux fermés MERCI Marco et ta famille

I normally don’t spend time in evaluations etc. But this time I need to say, that the stay was fantastic! The accommodation was so lovely and nice. The view was just breathtaking! Incredible to sit at the veranda and enjoy the sea and the sight! Peter organized a boat trip for us, recommended great restaurants, had arranged a very comfortable and in time park service, a shuttle for guest later arriving. Really impressive and flexible host. 10/10! We will come again!! Sincerely The Ossmanns

Il tutto è cominciato dovendo spostare una comitiva di 16 amici per un matrimonio nel sud Italia. Trovare un immobile che potesse ospitarci tutti contemporaneamente non è stata di sicuro un'impresa semplice, ma Villa Palmieri ha risposto alle nostre necessità. Al di là del fatto che la villa fosse stupenda, molto curata, pulita, ordinata e con l'occorrente per 16 persone a cominciare dalla cucina molto attrezzata, la host Daniela ha fatto il resto: puntuale nelle risposte, cordiale e disponibile a qualche cambio di programma (16 persone da organizzare non sono semplici). Spero che l'occasione ci possa riportare a Villa Palmieri da cui ci siamo separati davvero a fatica. Grazie Daniela

We are three families with children from Lithuania, stayed in the wonderful Villa Tina (Belmonte) this July. Villa Belmonte is just amazing and cherished. Excellent swimming pool, groomed plants, comfortable five-bedroom house with large terraces and all the necessary equipment. The Villa is in a great location. Wonderful mountain views, sea beach is 20 minutes walk away. The unique old town of Santa Maria di Castellabate (Cilento region) is within walking distance. Pedestrian street, promenade along the sea, boutiques, restaurants. Communication with property manager Federica was easy and expeditious. She helped us with the transfer from Naples airport, meet us in the villa, recommended a local guide, and bought basic products for the start. The hostess, Mrs. Tina took care of all the little things to make our vacation great. Special hospitality and sincerity. Fresh lemons, eggs and even a car to drive to the supermarket for products. We are immensely grateful for the wonderful relaxing holidays in this small paradise of Southern Italy.

We arrived as a group of 16 adults, and from the moment we stepped into the villa, we were absolutely thrilled. It was exactly as described—immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and Roberta, our host, was an absolute gem—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We visited in April, just as the tourist season was kicking off, and it was the perfect time. We had a minor issue with the hot water, but Roberta and her amazing team resolved it so quickly and efficiently, it barely even registered as a hiccup. I can't recommend this place enough—our stay was nothing short of fantastic, and I’d return in a heartbeat.

The best part of this home is the breathtaking view from the huge lower terrace and the upper terrace. This is an amazing home - perfect for two families with a full kitchen and a full bath on each level. The bedrooms are large and have plenty of closet space. Alessandro and his brother were so gracious and left a large basket of pasta, sauce, cheese and other goodies for us to enjoy. We were lucky enough to be there when the oranges on the trees were ripe and we asked if we could pick some. Fresh OJ every morning!

Roberta var en veldig hyggelig vertinne som ga gode anbefalinger om både restauranter og severdigheter i området. Hun kom også med smaksprøver på lokal mat! Fantastisk bassengområde med utsikt til Amalfikysten og Capri❤️

Il gestore della casa, Andrea, è estremamente disponibile, ci ha dato indicazioni utili per visitare la zona, oltre che per ristoranti e simili. Comunicazione rapidissima via cellulare, abbiamo avuto necessità la sera tardi causa temporale che ha fatto saltare la corrente e si è mostrato sempre disponibile. La villa è fantastica, ci abbiamo alloggiato in 12 ma saremmo stati comodi anche in 18. Comoda la presenza di lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Bellissimo anche il terrazzo per mangiare fuori immersi nel verde. Unica pecca, attenzione alle macchine quando si varca il cancello, c’è una cunetta abbastanza alta.

Our family of five had an amazing stay at Villa Carmela. The views are breath-taking, the kitchen was well stocked for dinners at home, the pool was the perfect way to relax after a day of sight-seeing and the kids played ping-pong everyday. There is a small market (the owners were so helpful and generous) and bar just a 5 minute walk into town. It was truly relaxing just enjoying the beautiful property. Also, Marina was always quick to reply is we had any questions. We would gladly stay here again!

We had a lovely stay here!! There is no beating the view and we even had a pool! You will have to walk up several stairs to get in the building, but you have to walk up stairs and hills everywhere in the Amalfi Coast. They stocked the refrigerator and the kitchenette with essentials (yogurt, eggs, milk, cereal) which was great and they had wine and beer available for purchase as well (very reasonable). This is a great place if you want to be away from the crowds and enjoy the area. We also did the private mini cruise and it was the highlight of the trip!! They provided a delicious lunch and we had drinks and snacks all day, went swimming, saw tons of villages - it was just great! And Carmine and his wife who captained the boat were absolutely great! Lella and Oliver were great hosts and very pleasant people and were very responsive if you needed anything. They had recommendations and set up travel if we needed it. This was a fantastic stay!!

We stayed at the villa as a big family of mixed ages, from small children to elderly people and it suited us perfectly. The villa has a well equipped kitchen where we enjoyed cooking pasta for lunch and a big veranda for family gatherings. Umberto, the manager, is beyond all praise, genuinely friendly, proactive and did his best to help feel like home, even offered his own car for us to go to a bigger supermarket and stock up for the week. Magazzeno cannot be called a tourist trap, which is quite unusual as it is so close to Amalfi. This results that restaurants are cheaper and somehow more genuine than in the tourist places. On the other hand, the village is not so well maintained, lots of neglected buildings, garbage in the streets etc. The villa felt like an oasis in the area with its green garden, flowers, herbs and the pool which was cleaned just before our arrival. The villa matched our expectations and recommended for big companies that enjoy being together.

Es wahr wirklich wunderschön bei Elena und Emilio.Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön der Pool riesig und der Grillplatz einfach nur super. Bei Fragen sind sie immer Erreichbar und Helfen weiter.Das Haus ist mittlerweile auch klimatisiert. Uns hat es wirklich sehr gefallen.Die Region im golfo di Policastro ist wirklich sehr schön und empfehlenswert.Wir sind und sicher dass wir nochmals dort hingehen werden.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour d'une semaine en compagnie d'amis (4 adultes + 4 enfants). Le lieu est incroyable et très bien entretenu (autant l'intérieur que l'extérieur !). Nous enfants ont adorés la piscine, le terrain privé de tennis MAIS SURTOUT la venue de Salvatore pour nous préparer d'excellente pizza ! Elles étaient "Buonissima". Nous avons même pu mettre la main à la pâte pour en préparer quelques-unes avec les très bons conseils de Salvatore. Quel beau moment de partage, nous avons adoré ! On avait qu'une envie c'est qu'il revienne mais nous n'avons pas osé abuser de sa gentillesse :) Si vous voulez du calme, un cadre magnifique, un hôte en or, des activités proches de la nature alors la Villetta Italia est le lieu parfait ! Bonne continuation à Salvatore et au plaisir de se revoir.

It was really spectacular. The house is just beautiful, there are no others like it in the area. It’s very private and secure. You need only take a 5-10 minute walk, there is a small store one way, or a selection of restaurants the other way. The beach is literally a 3 minute walk and is gorgeous. I can’t say enough good things about the hosts. Just a wonderful family, so kind and generous. I am so grateful we found Villa Virginia and we hope to return again. ❤️🤍💚

The photos do not give this place the credit it's due! It is incredible! The views of the sea, the peacefulness of the surroundings and overall beauty of the amalfi coast. We had a car for our family of 4 (6/8 year olds) and it was utterly perfect. 20 minutes into Amalfi, boat trips to Positano from 12 minutes up the road. I am so glad we stayed here instead of staying in a town. The pool is bigger than you think from the photos and the kids absolutely loved the fire pit and seeing all the animals around the sight. The decor and kitchen were lovely and everyone had a brilliant time. We went in late October and the weather was still between 22-25 degrees which was perfect for catching some autumn sun. An absolute gem of a place!

My family and I stayed at the villa from 10/27 to 11/ 2. The weather was perfect and our hosts Pasquale and Marco were phenomenal. Upon our arrival they were there to greet us and provide a full tour of the villa. We had the donkeys take our luggage down which was a great help as it’s a bit of a walk to the villa from the road. Pasquale offered to have dinner prepared for us on the first night, which consisted of 4 or 5 courses including dessert and 1/2 bottle of wine per person. Dinner was out of this world and the cost was €70 each, well worth it! We made the walk down to Amalfi Porto on the second day and it took about 50 minutes. After that we decided to take the 20 minute walk to Scala Square and get the bus to Amalfi then ferry from there to Sorrento, Positano, Capri, Naples, etc. We also opted for the “pizza night” on the last night and it was literally the best pizza we had in Italy. We had an amazing stay at the Villa and we highly recommend♥️🇮🇹♥️

Thus is a great house to stay in and base yourself for a trip to Italy. Scario is a lovely town with all you need for a memorable holiday. Visits to Bosco and Dan Giovanni were nice. Wary drive from Naples. We visited Pompeii on way. We are a family of 7 and was lots of room. Pool (with diving) was great for the children (and adults 😀). We did need fans for first two nights but did not take away from a lovely stay. We would love to return and further explore all that the area offers knowing that we were staying in a fabulous house, chilled out, great views and comfortable.

Es war super. Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt und übertroffen. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. Die verschiedenen Supermärkte, die diversen Restaurants, die Poststelle und der lange Sandstrand sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Das kleine Dorf ist sehr charmant und wunderschön. Sacha der Gastgeber war sehr gut. Die Kommunikation war einfach, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir konnten unsere Ferien zu 100% geniessen! Der Pool war sehr sauber und sogar bis 2.5m tief. Die Aussendusche hat sogar warmes Wasser. Der Grillplatz ist sehr gemütlich auch wenn es dunkel ist sehr gut beleuchtet. Das Haus ist von A bis Z sehr gut eingerichtet. Am Strand hat es auch kleine Restaurants mit Getränken, Snacks, Stühlen und Schatten. Die Leute im Dorf sind sehr nett und man findet alles zum Einkaufen. Es hat sogar einen Metzger, einen Gemüsehändler und vieles mehr. Danke vielmal Sacha, wir werden wiedermal kommen
