We had a great stay at Summer’s place. Just a short walk to the beach, and she provided chairs and an umbrella. Great supermarket and upscale market located nearby, and close to many good restaurants, too. In an old hotel, which has thick walls that make Summer’s place much quieter than most new hotels. All in all a great home base for a trip to Palm Beach or West Palm, and a great host.

Great place for a retreat. Easy access, clean, comfortable, quiet, excellent location, close to supermarkets, restaurants and other commerce. Loved it!!!!

I had. Wonderful time, and the room looks exactly like the pictures. The information was helpful. I enjoyed the walking food tour and enjoyed the food, history and hospitality of everyone. I would recommend this hotel and area highly.

I stayed here with my son and it was a perfect spot for us! It felt extremely safe, was peaceful and quiet and just a short walk to the beach. Would for sure stay here again!

Our stay at Fernando Flats was great! Marie sent all pertinent information ahead of time, so it was easy to get inside. The area is quiet and extremely close to the beach. We loved the charm and the “extras” like the heated pool and bikes. The parking was ample and the room was comfortable and clean. Thank you!

Marie has done a fantastic job with Fernando Flats. It's got a great old Florida vibe to it and is very welcoming and comfortable. I had to change my plans several times and Marie was very accommodating and helpful. The pool area is very inviting with nice lounge chairs and even a sweet little waterfall/pond. There are plenty of umbrellas too if needed to shade yourself from the sun. The pool water temperature was nice and warm yet refreshing. You can tell so much love & care was put into this property. My room was so lovely - extremely comfortable and well appointed. Marie's assistant, Carmen is an absolute gem and super helpful too. The path to the beach is literally less than a five minute walk. Fernando Flats oozes charm, comfort and old Florida warmth. Can't wait to visit again! As an Airbnb Super host with a Guest Favorite property, I highly recommend Fernando Flats. You won't be disappointed!

Love this quaint complex, great amenities and lovely location. This island was such a hidden gem. Want to return again someday for sure! Super easy check-in and check out. Marie was very easy to communicate with.
