The apartment was very clean and tidy. They give you amenities that you may need such as laundry detergent, dish soap, utensils, hangers, shampoo, hair dryer etc. communication with the owner was quick and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this Airbnb.

Had a great time at resort. Rooms were great and had no complaints. Sliding door to deck needs adjustment, but a little muscle and it closes. Weather, beach and everything there was great.

We were only here for 2 nights. Very much enjoyed the oceanfront view. Nice place to relax.

Amazing view. Spacious and well appointed condo. Comfortably and beautifully furnished. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with panoramic ocean and inlet view, or an active day on the beach, and a nature walkway steps away.

Sandra's place was the perfect spot for my friends and I to hang out for the weekend. The place had cool retro styling and every amenity that we needed. The beach is within walking distance, and the location is 30 seconds walk to the Publix. I would definitely recommend this place to stay, I hope I get the chance to stay here again!

The house looked just like it was in the pictures. Waylon even left complimentary pizzas and snacks for us. The kids rooms was a major hit!!! There was many activities for the kids and adults. I would definitely book this airbnb again in the future.

We absolutely loved staying here. The home was extremely comfortable and warm. The house was updated and had a light, breezy feel. The furniture was comfortable and allowed our group to stretch out and relax. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and was very well organized. We were in town for a race so didn't use the beach equipment but there was definitely plenty to make your vacation easy. We will absolutely stay here the next time we come to Daytona Beach. Definitely one of my favorite AirBnBs.

What a wonderful home to celebrate Christmas! A beautiful home… all the amenities… heated pool… cool backyard… games room… everything you would want for a holiday getaway! Our thanks to Jess and Aaron! We would definitely return if in the St. Augustine area in the future!

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

We spent 5 nights at this apartment and it was just what we were looking for. The location is perfect. You can walk to everything in the historic district of St. Augustine. The apartment is very spacious and the balcony was a wonderful bonus. The kitchen had nice appliances, pots and pans and dishes for 4 people. If you are planning on cooking, you will need to bring all condiments such as oil, salt, pepper, spices, etc as none were provided plus a mixing bowl. Chris was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

As always, the home was perfect. We walked to everything, beds comfy, plenty of room- would always choose this home for our finally!

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

Great place to stay for my family while in town for a wedding. Parking was ample and secure. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Felt immediately at home in the house!

Incredible vacation, was the exact right spot for my family and I to call “home” for a week. Had amazing amenities for my children as well as us as adults. Such a fun time and comfortable! If I was to give one “wish” was just to have a full length mirror somewhere, but that’s just a personal wish. Even without I still would recommend over and over!

Perfect Cozy Getaway for Friendsmas! We stayed at this condo in Hammock, Florida, for a Friendsmas with my 3 best friends, and it was absolutely perfect. The space was warm, cozy, and beautifully decorated—just what we needed to feel at home. The living area was spacious enough for all of us to hang out comfortably, I put a fireplace video on the tv and the kitchen had everything we needed to whip up some holiday treats. The location was great too—peaceful and relaxing, but close enough to explore the local area. We especially loved unwinding in the evenings and just enjoying the cozy atmosphere. Everything was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even better. This condo gave us the perfect space to laugh, relax, and make some amazing holiday memories together. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a charming and comfortable getaway!

Donald is a GREAT Host Friendly and very helpful, he even helped carry up our luggage ... Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need .. very clean and BEAUTIFUL views from both balcony's ... Pool is being repaired after Hurricanes so we could not use it .. But that is not Donalds fault .... We LOVED our stay and plan on going back!! We HIGHLY recommend staying here ... SUPER close to Daytona Activitys ...

This was a lovely apartment building adjacent to a resort and located right by the beach. We had coffee on the balcony and enjoyed the resort facilities - pool, lounge chairs, private beach access, bistro + bar. Our check-in had a bit of a snafu because the person directing traffic sent us to the wrong parking area which was for a different/adjacent facility. When we finally got to the correct check-in area, the staff there wouldn't believe me that I was the person who made the reservation because my airbnb was under a nickname, but Esmiralda immediately was able to solve the issue. She was extremely responsive throughout our stay. All in all this was a good deal - nice location, nice apartment, responsive hosts, a nice mix of activities at the resort/beach and quiet space in the apartment. Many food places and shops in walking distance so no issues if you don't have a car. Would like to stay longer than the weekend we had, maybe next time.

Tony’s place is located directly at the beach and has a great view! The communication with Tony was fast and very friendly. Parking was right in front of the house and the area has some great cafes and restaurants! Over all we loved the place!

Place was clean. Hosts were all nice. Beach is pretty! They responded quickly. Plenty space. They even messaged me with what I left behind. Will stay again! Thanks!!
