A great little place for me and my kids to kick it for a weekend in Saint Augustine! The entire area and streets were kids safe for bikes and scooters and we walked or rode everywhere, to include downtown in the historic area. As well, the hosts were exceptionally responsive and even gave a few recommendations for us to do. Very nice place and will definitely look to stay again!

Huyen in an amazing host. She was very responsive for anything we needed and was even able to work it out so we could park our big truck on the side, so it didn't stick out in the street. The house is in a great location and very cozy. Thank you again for everything and making my birthday weekend a very enjoyable one. We will definitely be back! :)

This is a great little place that's conveniently located for walking to shops and restaurants, and a short drive over the bridge to the beach areas. They layout and multiple bathrooms are great if you have more than one couple staying. Off-street parking is nice, so you won't have to worry about finding a spot.

We stayed here for the Daytona 500 race. It was a comfortable and peaceful stay. I loved how all the amenities we needed were provided. Each room was comfortable for my family. Loved relaxing on the back patio too. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this wonderful property! Leaving was challenging, so I opted to stay for an additional day. The hosts were exceptional!

Nick was very helpful in letting us know he would always be in touch even if he was gone for a few days. He called making sure every thing was okay and if we needed things. The house was very clean when we got there. If you want peace and quiet this a place to go. You are only a few miles from downtown St. Augustine. Beaches and a state park are not to far away either. We enjoyed our stay there.

We had a great stay in Ormond Beach for a family friend bachelor party (6 people). Key highlights of this AirBNB were: quiet neighborhood, walkable to a not crowded beach, vast array of beach-related accessories (wagon, skim boards, boogie boards, many beach chairs, coolers), good-working air conditioning, grill outside. Above all, we experienced excellent communication with Jessica. She was immediately responsive and very flexible with our arrival and departure needs. Highly recommend this AirBNB if you are seeking a chill getaway at the beach in Daytona area.

I’m almost afraid to say how great this place was because I want it to be available so we can book it again! I looked at a lot of places and was drawn to the photos of the interior layout and design as well as proximity to the beach. On both counts, Seas the Day met every expectation. For example, I’m a coffee drinker, and there were no less than 3 different options for making it. Then, once made, I could choose to sit in the comfy chair on the east side balcony with my feet up and the sun rising, or on the west side, maybe stretching out in the hammock. When we wanted to sit at the beach, we were supplied with great chairs and an umbrella. After beach, washing sand off feet etc. in the outdoor shower. We were right in the middle of great restaurants north or south, and far enough away from what for our taste feels “too touristy.” The space feels roomy and private and incredibly comfortable. Don’t tell the owners but it seems like it should go for a lot more money! Feeling grateful ❤️

This is my second time staying with this host, but my first time in this room, and this was the best one on the property! We will be back!

Clean and quiet with everything we needed for this trip. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Beautiful surroundings and close to food and grocery. The drive into St. Augustine was easy and quick. Natalia is a great host, very clear instructions, very responsive, and helpful. We look forward to staying again!

Great location in a quiet residential neighborhood that was an easy walk to many of St. Augustine's attractions, restaurants and bars.

The House is a great Airbnb. I spent almost two weeks there. Very warm and inviting. Safe neighborhood, walkable to beach, restaurants and shops. Corinne was very nice and responsive. Had a couple requests during my stay and they were taken care of very quickly. Was nice chatting with other guests. It is a historic building so there is some older things, but it just adds to the charm. Would definitely recommend.

Lauren's home is the perfect spot for travelers looking to experience downtown St Augustine to the fullest! This Airbnb is in a very convenient location and it is easy to walk around downtown and enjoy all the fun of St George street! We loved our stay and would gladly book again for future visits. Lauren also provided quick and detailed instructions about the house, parking, etc, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. She's clearly a pro-level host! Great spot, don't look any further if you need a charming place to stay in the city.

This listing was exactly as described. We were looking for somewhere quiet and private to stay for a quick 3 day trip to St. Augustine. The place was beautifully decorated, well kept, and included nice touches (printed recommendations, printed check-out instructions, coffee and water, etc.) that added value to the experience. Both the hosts were incredibly proactive in reaching out and providing precise instructions as to how to park and find the place. I'd love to stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend this listing to others. Beautiful experience.

If you’re looking for something within walking distance to all of downtown St. Augustine, look no further. Unit #4 was home away from home. I appreciated all of the things that were provided by the host. You can tell they put the effort in to make their location a 5 star stay. The place was quiet, clean and comfortable. What more could you ask for? Would definitely use this property again when we return to America’s Oldest City.

The condo was beautiful! It had everything we wanted or needed. We brought our 8 year old grandson and there were games/water toys for him to play. Theresa messaged me and asked if we needed anything. She was a great host.

Place was well stocked with appliances and items needed for the stay. Would absolutely book again.

We absolutely loved our stay and plan to come back soon. The view is breathtaking. The condo is very close to Saint Augustine. The hosts were extremely accommodating and pleasant. They always responded quickly. Can’t wait to book this place again and have another relaxing vacation!

We only required a 2 night stay, but the location and price were perfect for our needs. Grounds are clean and well maintained . Unit was clean and rules/ expectations were clearly outlined. Short walk to pools/beach and even restaurants. Grocery and Walgreens a short distance away.

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food.
