Stayed here for a long Valentine's weekend and loved it! We had some issues getting checked in, but Vince was a great host and did everything he could to make it right. The place itself is great - the backyard and hot tub are fun for hanging out in the day, and the warmly lit living room is so cozy at night. Perfect for a couple, but big enough that we both wanted to come back with a group in the summer to try out the pool. Would gladly come back again any time !

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The highlight for us was definitely the pool and spa — perfect for relaxing and keeping the kids entertained. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of appliances, pots, and pans, making it easy to cook meals for our group. The BBQ was great for grilling and enjoying dinners outside. The house was clean, comfortable, and had great AC, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the beautifully maintained garden and the stunning view of the mountains — such a peaceful setting. Everything was easily drivable. Town was less than 10 mins. Airport was 3 min and Joshua Tree Park about an hour. It was a perfect setup for two families (4 adults and 4 kids), with plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such an amazing stay at Cheryl and Gian’s place. The house was comfortable and the back yard was so spacious and quiet. I enjoyed the comfortable beds and the garage was cool to hang out in after a long day hiking in the park. Thanks for sharing your home with us we will definitely be back. The Perez family.

From getting there to the moment we stepped inside the living room we absolutely fell in love with the house and best of all we felt right at home. Every space is detailed and well put together. The huge backyard was our favorite for us & our daughters because it felt safe for them to roam around since it is gated with a private fence. We enjoyed the hammocks and the smores provided. Thank you so much for hosting us. We look forward to enjoying a stay out of the city again soon.

Sam's house was perfect! There was ample space, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was spacious and lots of fun, and the bathrooms were immaculate - it was perfect for my husband, my brother and sister in law, their 2 kids and our dogs. Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam's instructions were also very clear and if we ever needed anything he was quick to respond. He was extremely accommodating of our early arrival too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sam! We hope to be back soon.

This was the finest rental my family has ever had, easily fit my family of 9 (5 adults, 4 children). I paid a bit extra for the pool heat, but definitely worth it. It’s a perfect pool with a nice shallow end for toddlers. Kitchen and extras well equipped, neighborhood quiet. Quite a ways from Palm Springs, but Indio and La Quinta have everything - including 2 In n Outs close by. Thanks for sharing your home !

Such a peaceful place to stay! It was exactly as described in the listing. We loved being out in the desert without any neighbors close by…so relaxing. It wasn’t a far drive to get to town and check out the local spots or get into the park. Highly recommend!

My partner and I had a great time here. The house was well maintained and we enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. The location was great and felt semi private. Everything felt clean and modern. We would definitely come back. The only items to improve would be replacing the kitchen cookware as they are a bit worn out and adding a mattress topper to the master bed as it is really firm.

I came to Desert Hot Springs for a relaxing weekend and had a lovely stay at the property. Plenty of nature, but close enough to Palm Springs. I'd stay here again!

Audrey was such a kind and welcoming host and this place had lots of personality! We were only staying one night and didn't get to use the fire pit unfortunately since it had just rained, but we had everything we needed for the night and were able to use the kitchen to cook dinner without any issues. We did notice the unit lacked a TV, which was listed under amenities in the description, but that wasn’t a big deal as there was plenty around to occupy ourselves with for our one-night stay, including star-gazing.

The studio was very cozy! It was what we needed for our Joshua Tree trip- comfortable beds, AC, kitchen, and we loved the added amenities of the pool after a long day of hiking and the deck for stargazing (the skies were clear and incredible). Thank you for hosting!

Great space in the legacy villas which is a very nice community of condos/townhomes with several pools and great views. The space was comfortable and had everything we need. The host was great and was very communicative and accommodating. Would stay here again!

A wonderful stay! Perfect location to all the amenities and close to public tennis courts. Relatively closer to Indian wells Tournament as well. Our group of 5 tennis players had such a nice time. Hot Tub, Pool, Ping Pong Table, BBQ, fully functional kitchen! Best place ever. Will definitely come back again.

Nice little desert getaway spot - feels quite spacious and open for essentially being a singular room. Had a nice time sitting out in the outside chairs at night and enjoying the calm.

Very pleasant stay overall! Kc was very communicative and we really enjoyed the enclosed yard for our dog. The home was comfortable and met all our needs at a great rate.

If you like the terrain of the high desert and a funky aesthetic, you will love Erin’s place. This peaceful location is about 10 minutes north of Yucca Valley so is quiet and private. Erin and her partner have done a fantastic job making their cabin feel like home. Loads of blankets, a well equipped kitchen and several outdoor seating areas make this place special. Highly recommended.

Fabulous “mini” moon for my wife and I. Would definitely recommend a stay. The photos, instructions and descriptions were all very precise. Wife and I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. We were blessed to have enjoyed the arrival of snow and to view from the bedroom treehouse windows was so special. Thank you for the welcome card and chocolates left at arrival!! 👰🏻‍♀️💖👰🏻‍♀️

The Cryptic Cabin was a real treat to stay at. For being in the middle of the desert, it’s got everything you need to feel right at home, from appliances to fresh coffee to decent internet. The details of the home were also a plus, it’s a hip little spot with lots of charm. The guide book was also a 10/10, which tells you everything you need to know about this home and its host.

What a find! Our group of seven 50-something ​cranky ex-triathletes were planning our trip to Pioneertown for a half marathon when we stumbled upon this gem. I booked based on great reviews and amenities like a cold plunge, jacuzzi, and hammocks, all close to both the race start and town. Little did we know, we hit the jackpot! The place was immaculate, beautifully designed, and filled with everything we needed. We had a blast playing board games, cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen, and lounging on the patio. Just a short walk to the heart of everything, we couldn't have asked for a better location. We're only disappointed we didn't plan to stay longer​.​ This house truly had it all, and we left wanting more time to enjoy it. Here's hoping we can return next year! Huge thanks to Vi​ktor and Meghan for such a memorable stay.

Very cute lil spot if you want a relaxing getaway! We really enjoyed the E-Bikes, they were the best ! Also really enjoyed the hot tub and the stargazer dome under the night stars.

We loved the cabin. The minute we opened the door we instantly felt cozy and at home. It’s nestled in the woods with cabins nearby but you feel at peace and to yourself on a very quiet street. The upstairs bedroom loft does not have a door so just a heads up if you’re wanting your privacy. The downstairs bedroom is quainter and has a door. The multiple bathrooms also helped navigate two couples staying together. We wish we could’ve stayed longer but we will be back!

Highly recommend Amy's place for your stay in Idyllwild! We were a group of 5 friends. The bedroom and bathroom setup makes it a great group place. One bedroom has one bed. One bedroom has two beds. Downstairs bedroom has 3 beds. The views and atmosphere were great. It is quiet and relaxing yet not a far drive from restaurants/things to do. We were there last week of February during a particularly cold spell so some of the previous reviews made us nervous about how potentially cold the place would be. Absolutely no need to worry. Yes, there are fireplaces (and if you'd like to use them, plan to bring your own wood) but they are mostly for ambiance. Every bedroom and living space has a dedicated and well functioning mini split that kept us comfortable and toasty. Plenty of additional warm blankets if needed. Would stay here again!
