We had booked this place for a company retreat. The hosts were very generous, responsive and accommodating. Flexible with an early check-in, late check-out. The house is decorated beautifully and very well equipped - all kitchen goods were in excellent condition. The location is easy to find (you have to have a car, it's Dubai) and the backyard is serene and peaceful. Great stay and rare find for a large group of people. Highly recommended

It is an amazing villa. Everything is perfect. Location is great as it is very near from the evenings. Definitely, it will be my first option when I come to Dubai again.

The villa is really great, unlike other airb&bs we have stayed at the kitchen is super well stocked with everything you need. The villa is really clean and has a lovely feel to it. You can walk to the golf club and local souk in no time, which is so handy. The pool is really close to the property too! Holly is an excellent host and very responsive to support and get back to any questions. we are booked in again inf feb and look forward to a second family stay thank you again

The Villa was as described by Mo. In a gated community and Mo was always available if required. We enjoyed our stay at Mo’s place. Nice garden too to relax and chill out.

The apartment was really cozy and felt so comfortable living here. Having access to a great swimming pool and gym was also a really nice bonus on top of how nice the apartment was. We would love to visit again when we come back. 5*

I enjoyed a fantastic stay in the property with my family. There were 4 of us with 2 toddlers. The property was a good size for us and had all the required amenities. We loved the decor and furniture in the apartment. Lucas & XSTAY delivered best in class customer service during our stay and were without doubt the best host I've ever experienced on the Airbnb platform in nearly a decade of using it. The building & amenities available are tailor made for families, with the highlight for me being the multifunctional play space for children & adults on Level 1. The views of Dubai from Level 1 are stunning & the building is a few minutes walk from Dubai Mall. I highly recommend this apartment for any families looking for a wonderful place to stay in Dubai. If you are seeking a functional, beautifully decorated apartment with great amenities, set within a peaceful & secure building and with an exceptionally responsive Host attached then you will love this place.

Extremely friendly, cooperative and understanding host! Every stay tends to have hickup, but gem of a host to understand and analyze quickly. Had wonderful time with both of the hosts, AAA+++ coming from canada to heat, host did everything at their hands to make our stay enjoying and comfortable. Offered one extra in lieu of little discrepancy! I will definitely return to their properties and recommend them in my heartbeat. Asset to Airbnb family

The apartment was great for my stay in Dubai and as described. Alex was very responsive and helpful with anything needed. Self Check in was easy and location was good. Bus stop right in front if needed and goes to Mall of Emirates where there is a metro station. Everything was clean. Also appreciate the welcome pizza after a day of travelling. Thanks Alex

المسكن جميل وجديد والاثاث متكامل.. هناك ملاحظة واحدة وهو المطبخ.. برغم انه متكامل كادوات لكن لايوجد به اي مواد طبخ الاساسية كحال اغلب مساكن airbnb مثل الملح والفلفل وبقية البهارات كما انه لاتوجد اله قهوة.. عدا ذلك كل شي مثالي

We booked the place few months in advance and it was a great deal. The apartment was on the 18th floor and had 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom was quite spacious. The only downside was the other two rooms were a little smaller. But don't let that discourage you, the living room was huge and well decorated. The sofas was very comfortable and the attached kitchen was easy to cook in. The master bedroom has an attached washroom with bathtub (washroom was huge). The other two bedrooms had a common washroom which was spacious enough too. There was another washroom near the kitchen albeit without a shower. The best part was all the washrooms were squeaky clean and spotless. However, the best part of the apartment is the view. Mesmerizing view of the Burj Khalifa along with Dubai Mall gives you every bang of the buck. You could easily see the Fountain Show right from your balcony if you're lazy enough to walk for 5 mins. If that's not all, the host is super helpful and responsive.

This apartment was absolutely amazing! We arrived quite late, but the host made the check-in process seamless, which we really appreciated. The space was spotless, spacious and beautifully designed. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the play area in one of the bedrooms, the climbing wall was a total hit!The location was also fantastic, close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

Nos hospedamos durante una semana con mi familia en el apartamento de Salma, y fue todo mejor de lo planeado. La ubicación es espectacular, sobre la marina, con muchos restaurantes cerca y también a pocas cuadras de JBR, una zona con mucho ambiente y también muchos restaurantes. El apartamento es super cómodo, aún más lindo que en las fotos, y con una terraza que es un placer que desayunar ahí todos los días. Salma fue una host impecable, nos ha dado toda la información al detalle y siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. MUY RECOMENDABLE

Thank you very much for this great place, the location is just amazing as it is inside the famous Anantara resort. The lagoon pool is right outside the building, the kids club is next door, the beach and the bigger pools as well. We asked for cleaning room service which was arranged and managed by our host. We had access to room service from the hotel for food if we wanted to. There are all the amenities you need for children (some toys, pushchairs, baby chair, baby bed…) . We took the NamJai subscription during our stay which we highly recommend as you have plenty of discounts on restaurants / food / drinks that made it totally worth it. The mall of the palm is 15 min away by car where you can find plenty to do. The Atlantis waterpark is 7 min away by car and totally worth it. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely come back. Thank you again to the host that were very helpful and always available for any questions or requests.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine chez Alisa et John. Ils ont été d’agréables hôtes. La vue de l’appartement sur le centre-ville est super. Le métro est à 15 minutes à pied. Il y a plusieurs commerces aux alentours. Il y a une chambre de bain à même la chambre. Une belle piscine sur le toit nous permet de nous détendre après une longue journée de visites. Je recommanderais sûrement cet endroit à mes amis.

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på 10 dager i denne flotte leiligheten. Med to bad, et gjestetoalett, to store soverom og flott fellesareal, så var det god plass til både oss og våre gjester. Utsikten fra terrassen er mildt sagt breath taking, og er egentlig i seg selv verdt pengene. Taimur er en hyggelig og informativ host. Han svarte raskt på våre henvendelser, og hjalp oss med alt vi lurte på. Vi anbefaler denne leiligheten på det sterkeste.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ericka and Jim’s condo in Dubai! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that they put a lot of care into making their guests feel welcome. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful details throughout. The location couldn’t have been better – right on the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the sand and sea. Ericka and Jim went above and beyond to make our stay special. They helped us organize a surprise birthday celebration for our daughter, arranging everything before our arrival to ensure it was perfect. Additionally, they facilitated the purchase of tickets to local attractions, making it incredibly easy to explore the area. A special mention also goes to Marianna, the property manager, who provided exceptional concierge-like service throughout our stay.
