I stayed for a whole month with my two kids and I can honestly felt super safe. Apartment it’s super clean, comfy and has everything you need to be comfortable. We will definitely be back. I haven't been back to PR in 10 years so I was nervous coming back to visit my family as an adult now but Kia was genuinely one of the best hosts I've ever had. He truly understands hospitality on another level. Whether it's checking in to make sure I was okay or responding to me within 5-10 min, it all made me feel very cared for! He also gave many recommendations and made sure to emphasize that communication was more than welcome. The rooms, bathroom, and kitchen were clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need for a short stay! The beds were extremely comfortable and I really loved that the rooms had lamps. A small detail I love! The A/C was an amazing break from the heat and the water got very hot so the showers were more than enjoyable. Parking was fairly easy but just know how to parallel park just in case! I would definitely stay here again. Everything was fairly close and easy to get to. 10 stars if I could!

I barely leave reviews but Vanessa's place was and is amazing...my wife love the place so much that she wants to buy it...Vanessa was so helpful and always asking if we needed anything...this is the spot to stay if you want to have a nice place and so many places to shop around

11 of us came here for a bachelor party and everyone was pretty comfortable. The space was very clean and spacious and the pool was beautiful. Parking was easy and convenient. We would definitely come back here again if we’re in the area.

Yarisma & Héctor were incredibly responsive, kind, and professional. The space is very nice and well situated next to the beach, as well as many restaurants and other things you might need (groceries, convenience store, cafes) in Carolina. Easy to reach from airport and also close to downtown San Juan/Old San Juan. There are lots of materials in the place in terms of toiletries and things for the kitchen that made the stay super convenient. The apartment felt very secure and is well-represented by the photos. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. My host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering great local recommendations. I felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excelente ubicación, es un vecindario tranquilo y algo céntrico lo cual es bueno porque no tuvimos malas experiencias con la electricidad en nuestra estadía. La casa cuenta con lo necesario en la cocina (sazones), baño (papel, toallas, jabones y shampoo), habitaciones (sábanas y aire acondicionado).

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at this house! Connie is a wonderful host. From booking day she has been available for questions and gave us so many awesome local places to check out during our stay. She was easily available during our stay for any questions. The location of the home is perfect! The views of the rainforest and ocean are breathtaking. The yard and pool are beautifully maintained and we spent much of our time there enjoying the views nature around us. Very close to Luquillo Beach and the Kiosks, to El Yunque National Forest, snorkel tours, bio bay The home has everything you need from cooking meals and playing games at home to spending a day at the beach. Lots of common areas to hang out as well as quiet areas to retreat to. It was very comfortable! 100% recommend this home if you are traveling to Puerto Rico. We can't wait to go back!

Our stay at this apartment was truly one of the best experiences we've had with Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we felt immediately at home. The space was incredibly well-organized and spacious, which made it perfect for our family of four. The fact that the apartment offered individual bedrooms for both our kids and for my wife and I was such a thoughtful touch—it gave everyone the privacy and comfort they needed while still keeping us close together as a family. The layout of the apartment was just ideal for our needs, with plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. The amenities were top-notch, and we appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. It was clear that a lot of attention had been paid to creating a welcoming, comfortable space for guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we’ll certainly be looking forward to returning the next time we’re in the area!

The house was great for our trip to PR! We took advantage of the backyard and grill and had a great night at the house. The neighbor was very comfortable. Linda provided great instructions and recommendations. We struggled a bit with the lock when we first got there but after multiple attempts, we got the keys and it was smooth sailing after that.

We were just a short distance from several excellent restaurants, offering a variety of delicious local cuisine. Beyond the apartment itself, the atmosphere in Fajardo was incredible. The people were extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, this was a perfect stay, and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic, and convenient place to stay in Fajardo. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was a beautiful stay and the host was responsive to our needs. The place was clean and beautiful inside and out. We could walk to the beach, but it was a surfing area, not a swimming beach. They had more amendments than the normal stay including all the kitchen items to cook your meals. The only issue was being close to a restaurant which caused some noise at night. I would stay there again.

Amazing place to stay, centrally located near everything you will need. 24 hour security, loundry room, pool closes at 10pm. I would recommend this for a couple, single person or max 3 people.

Daniel really cares about his guests. He was very responsive and gave many good recommendations. The place has many restaurants and coffee shops within a 10 minute walk. The beach was very quiet and not touristy.
