Grayson’s house was in a wonderful spot with great views! The amenities here were top notch! I would highly recommend looking into Grayson’s house if you are looking to stay around the Colorado Springs area! Grayson was very flexible with an early check in with us and had everything we needed for the long weekend! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

My boyfriend and I had such a great and relaxing stay at Ingrid and Robert’s place. They gave us a warm welcome and showed us where everything was. The place was very clean and cozy. They go above and beyond by providing breakfast items, bottled water and extra toiletries. The large fenced in yard was perfect for our pup. The hot tub at night was so relaxing with all the stars and the towels warmers were such a nice touch. It’s such a beautiful area with lots of hiking and exploring to do. We would definitely go back. Thank you Ingrid and Robert for your warm hospitality and being super hosts!

What a wonderful place! Before we arrived Debbie got ahold of us asking when we might arrive. She asked because if we were arriving after dark they wanted to leave lights on for us, very considerate. Upon arrival Debbie greeted us and showed us how to use the hot tub, turning on and adjusting jets, adjusting the heat, opening and closing the cover. On the first night of our stay there was a power outage. They hooked up a generator and were able to restore power to the lights and tv. Before they were able to get the generator going they brought us flashlights and a small battery powered light we could hang on the wall. The place matched the pictures online perfectly, it was exactly what we expected. The only exception was the flowers weren’t blooming but it’s February 😁. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable, the hosts were awesome, the hot tub was fantastic and we very highly recommend staying with Deane and Debbie. They went above and beyond to make us feel right at home!

Probably the best advertised and cleanest AirBNB I’ve ever stayed at. Most of the time the pictures and descriptions do not match, but this place was an exception. The moment we walked in, I knew we had picked a good place. She had just about every amenity you would possibly need and that’s what really stood out for us. I was there with my 2 daughters and myself and it felt safe and the area was great. She was very responsive as well. The views were beautiful and my daughters loved the hot tub. She didn’t know this, but I am a plant lover, so the roses left on the counter when we walked in really made it a 10/10 feel like home. Plenty of eating places nearby and the ice cream place in town was so yummy. If we ever come back, definitely would stay again.

A perfect house for a getaway. My friends and I went for a spring break trip and were very pleased with the house and the location. Very quiet neighborhood, close to some amazing attractions, and a beautiful home. Laura communicates very well, so there were no surprises at all. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Colorado Springs.

We felt right at home the moment that we arrived. Julie's home was immaculate and extremely cozy. The mountain views are unbeatable and we even had some deer come through the yard the morning we checked out. Thank you so much for making your home accessible to visitors. Staying here was a real treat.

We enjoyed Tim’s beautiful spot in a wonderful neighborhood not far from all the things you’d need for your stay. Beds were very comfy and we loved that our dog was able to come and stay with us. We came to do the manitou incline and that was only 20ish minutes away so it was perfect! Thank you for having us 😊

Rebecca's cabin was absolutely adorable. We stayed here the night after our wedding and the area is quiet and secluded, which was perfect of a night of loud music and dancing! Rebecca was super responsive and very friendly throughout the whole trip. We would recommend her place to anyone staying in the area!

Cheryl and Dan were great host, they went out of their way helping us with a flat tire. Cheryl responded to all my questions and the location was exactly what we were looking for. I am very happy with the lodging for our week away from the city!!!

Our stay was perfect. Me and my husband were visiting Colorado for our honeymoon and really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean, looked like the pictures, the hot tub was nice to relax in after our fun filled days. Most of all though the host is very friendly and communicates with you. She was great, we hope to come back with our kids the next trip! ☺️ Highly recommend The Farmhouse!

This was our second stay at this location and we love it! We lived in the area for a decade and this house makes us feel like we are home again. Easily walkable to some of our favorite places and a short drive to Manitou Springs or downtown. OCC is a quirky place full of charm and this place is perfect for us. We can’t wait until our next visit!

Rick’s home is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The home was perfect for my family and the back yard was perfect for our dog. Rick has seen to it that his guest has everything that is needed. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this home!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed in this beautiful home, albeit 7 years apart and with a slightly different crew. We loved it the first time and couldn't stop thinking about it when we started planning a new trip to Colorado Springs. It is close to so many things (restaurants, trails, activities), yet situated at the end of a road that makes you feel secluded. The views from the living room cannot be beat, and the bedrooms and bathrooms provided plenty of space for our group of 11. The house was well stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, and toiletries, and comfortable with the heated floors and extra throw blankets. It was another great trip to this home and we hope to be back!

Tommy and Terry’s place was the perfect getaway for our yearly family trip to Colorado. It had plenty of space for us to spread out yet several places for us to hang out together too! Plus the kitchen has everything we needed to make a meal or bake some cookies! The couch in the living room was broken when we arrived which they did try and have fixed but were unable. We made it work though. It was very clean and plenty of hot water! The amenities in the downstairs primary suite were awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here! It was a beautiful little home. I especially enjoyed the pack n play that was provided and the high chair. They also had toys for the kids which was super helpful. The place was very cozy. The town was super cute, amazing park, Phillips Miller, was really close. Trails and a beautiful view just outside the door. We really enjoyed our stay.

The host was always quick to respond and very kind. We loved staying at this location, it was the perfect distance from everything -restaurants, grocery stores, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the YMCA that has a lazy river and wave pool, and even a little outdoor playground just a few blocks away. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood the AirBnB is located. This AirBnB was perfect for our little family of 4 and with two toddlers under 6, it was actually pretty childproof (which is always a concern of mine when booking). Plenty of space for the kids to play with just the right amount of cozy so you still get that quality time together. If we ever go back to Colorado, we would absolutely choose to stay here again for all the reasons above!

Hands down cleanest Air BnB I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. Not to mention, they have thought of everything and what you’re getting for the price is phenomenal. It’s a little further from downtown than I would have liked but wow, so worth it for the beautiful space. Love the outdoor area complete with fire pit.
