Our original apartment had maintenance issues but Chris and Helen arranged for another apartment at the Waterfront Precinct prior to us arriving. This was wonderful although we did have issues with keys that Helen sorted promptly. Great they were able to relocate us with ease and they were very helpful. Our new location was close to all facilities and was beautiful. Information on what to do in Darwin was helpful and we enjoyed the suggestions made. Very friendly indeed. Messages did take some time to answer and our checkout (given we were in a different locationi) was unclear. Some form of checklist or folder in the apartment would have helped with all the general information on rubbish, final key drop etc. Thank you for your hospitality, would definitely highly recommend.

I had a peaceful stay. The views from the balcony were beautiful. The area is quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay again.

Keoh’s place is very clean and comfortable. Very clear communication, easy check in and out. He was very gracious and efficient in replacing the air-conditioning unit when it broke down mid-stay. Even provided us with a late-checkout! The location is very convenient. Highly recommend!

Our family stayed in Damien's apartment for 5 nights in October. It was terrific and our second time staying there. We hope to return. Great location nestled in the beautiful Darwin Waterfront precinct. A magic balcony view overlooking the lagoon pool and Darwin harbour. Good internal space with aircon and ample fans. Secure underground car space. All that you want with this apartment.

We had a great stay at Shelley’s. The home is comfortable, relaxing and had everything we needed.

Ash was very kind to accommodate us for one night. We are so pleased with the host. However our stay was very uncomfortable due to other guest staying in the house. We arrived quite late at 11.30 pm unfortunately. As soon as we entered the other guest who were sleeping with their room door open comes out and tells 'ssshh my partner is sleeping he has work tomorrow' we harldy made any noise while entering. My wife had to boil milk for our toddler. The other guest comes and tells please keep it quite, i have been staying here for 2 weeks and we will stay for another 2, i havent slept well because for last week the previous guests had child and were noisy. Our toddler hardly made any noise and we were very midnful getting into property. Sad our stay was ruined by these guests who spoke as if we intruded into their own property.

I had a great 3-night stay at Stuart Park in Darwin. The place was easy to find, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant visit. Its location is excellent—close to the CBD, making it easy to explore the city. Eve and Tom are proactive and providing thoughtful touches and quick responses to any queries. The accommodation offered a cozy and convenient base for exploring Darwin. Highly recommended for a stress-free stay.

We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys and loved the apartment. Location is perfect to walk to Darwin City, Mindil Beach and Casino, Cullen Bay. The views are amazing, sunrise and sunset were wonderful. The space is great with plenty of room for everyone. Having the comforts of home when on holidays was great.

Kate has a very nice place to stay in Darwin! She checked in with me several times to see how things were going and offered some tips for the city and region. A beautiful view from her balcony as well. I highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment right in the heart of the Darwin Waterfront. The location is absolutely unbeatable — just steps away from fantastic restaurants, cafes, and the refreshing lagoon. Waking up to stunning water views each morning was a highlight of our trip! The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the balcony was the perfect spot to unwind with a drink and soak in the vibrant atmosphere. Communication with the host was seamless, with clear instructions and quick responses to any queries. The added touches — like local recommendations and thoughtful amenities — made us feel right at home. If you're visiting Darwin, staying at this waterfront gem is a must. We stayed 2 nights with Serena and Troy. The location was great and street parking was easy. Serena met us at the front door to the building which made it very easy for us to check in. The room was quiet and spacious. The bed was very comfy. The balcony had a fabulous view of the marina and ocean beyond. The bathroom is just down the hall and is not shared. Troy and Serena are very friendly and helpful. We felt right at home staying with them. We went several places Serena recommended and they were all great suggestions. We would stay here again if we find ourselves back in Darwin.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Damien’s house. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, but the lush back yard space was the star. The spacious patio area had a large wooden table perfect for meals and games, and a tiki style hut perfect for lying and reading. Our kids greatly appreciated the on site pool which was well kept and a lovely temperature. Our hosts were kind and full of wonderful suggestions, and Mai cooked amazing Vietnamese food for us which was a real highlight of our stay. The location is just a short drive from pretty much anything you would want to do in Darwin, with easy onsite parking. For a family or 2 couples who are looking for a cozy, unique, non-cookie-cutter place to enjoy their time in the tropics, this is a fantastic and relaxing location that we would highly recommend. This is perfect for people who aren’t looking for a motel or fancy hotel away from home, but rather for a more intimate and interesting home away from home.
