We had the best time getting away from the busy city life and enjoying the outdoors. The house had everything we could need and the view from the porch was beautiful. The river access was perfect and the fire pit was a must each night. Will definitely be back!

We had an amazing weekend at this lake house! The setup was perfect, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Communication with the host was excellent—quick responses and a fast resolution to a minor issue made the experience even better. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kinkema Kottage! Pam and David’s home is next door, this was the guest house, a former fishing cabin. The house to the right seemed to be unoccupied, and across the river is a (stunning) cliffside, so it was very peaceful and quiet. From the thoughtful touches (the cookies!!!) and well-stocked kitchen and bathroom, we had everything we needed, and more. We took advantage of the snacks, and roasted marshmallows for S’Mores one night. Pam was attentive and helpful, and brought over the most incredible breakfast, hot out of the oven. We did leave to go on a hike, and to get food in Graham, but we could’ve easily spent our entire time at the house. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you for providing such a great place, Pam and David! We hope to return again.

Our stay was phenomenal! We always pack extra supplies when staying at an Airbnb because you never know what they will supply… Sarah thought of EVERYTHING! The kitchen was fully and thoughtfully stocked for every meal we cooked. We were amazed at everything our entire stay! It was by far, the best property we have ever stayed at! Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Each bed even had a variety of pillow types so you are sure to find one that’s comfortable! These small touches made all the difference and didn’t go unnoticed! These small game room, the dock, the hot tub - everything was amazing and we had the BEST time! Sarah was an exceptional and communicative host!

Beautiful place to spend our time! Perfect distance to all the places we needed to go to but, far enough to relax and enjoy the lake.

This is a beautiful property next to the Brazos river. My husband and our son stayed with our longtime family friends and their kids. There was plenty of room to stretch out, and big enough for 9 of us to hang out and play and not feel crowded. The kids (and adults) had a great time in the game room. There was plenty of room outside to run around and play. The river is really nice and beautiful. It is very peaceful and relaxing. It ended up getting pretty cold here during our stay, but that didn’t stop us from having a wonderful time. I look forward to trying to visit here in the summer. We would absolutely love to come back.

This was a peaceful stay! Loved the view, the boat dock, being close to restaurants. It was very clean and cozy inside!

This home was great far beyond the description! Our group had so much fun. The kids and some adults were able to swim in the lake right off the dock. They fished (poles and tackle provided) and the kids loved the lily pad (provided). The game room was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed it. The back porch was wonderful with the grill, the fire pits, the hot tub, the 75” tv, and especially the view of the lake! We were attending the baseball tournament at Rocker B and the location was good. Everything was clean and I’ve never seen so many amenities! Beds were very comfortable! If you get the chance to stay, Dave and Lisa are the perfect hosts! Always available for questions! I would give our hosts and the home 10 ⭐️’s if I could!

Judy’s home on the Palo Pinto Reservoir is serene, well stocked with plenty to do and see. Our family of 3, including our 4 year old daughter had an extremely relaxing long weekend here. There were just so many ways to keep our 4 year old entertained. Play fort, sand, water, sand toys, dominoes, outdoor games, crayons, kayak, the list goes on and on. Also, she caught her first fish ever, from the dock. About a 20” Channel Catfish. Was nearly half the length of her body! We can’t wait to make another visit here. I can’t overstate enough how relaxing it was to be there. We grilled every night on the awesome covered porch, utilized the fire pit to roast marshmallows. The house had everything you would need. Making great memories with my family!! Thanks again Judy!!
