A comfortable and affordable stay, and a vey nice price for what you get. I had booked this place as a mid-roadtrip rest point and ultimately decided to power through the night to my destination, but I stopped in to take a shower and catch a breather - I was almost tempted to stay anyway! The distinctive look of the building made it very easy to spot - even as the sun had just gone down - and getting in was very simple.

Lisa and her husband were AMAZING hosts! They allowed for early check in if needed. They were super responsive when messaging them. They even put some extra goodies out for our kids that they loved! The house was clean! We loved that they had so many extras. They had stocked bathrooms in each room with toiletries for guests which was SO nice! They had a stocked kitchen which made it so easy to cook in with spices/ cook wear/ coffee/ some items already in the fridge! Just super convenient since the store was in blythe! Even had ice in the freezer which helped so much since we had coolers. Our kids loved taking a bath in the big tub and we enjoyed the big living space to relax in after a long day with the entire family. We will definitely be back during the summer!

Kristie was understanding when we needed to move weekends. We travel with an infant, Kristie jas a porta crib available if needed or you forget yours. plenty of extra blankets, towels necessities. The place is in corner of a modular home park so very private, the park is super quiet so very peaceful get away. the modular park is on the main road of Blythe so you can leave and get to everything with no turns. The amenities are amazing including a big tub in the master room. coffee maker there plus a kyruk machine so coffee is covered, bring filtered water as Blythe has hard water, but that not hosts fault. Kristie was an amazing host, if available we will stay again.

Clean location, the access to river was nice. they had about 4 umbrellas at a first come first serve basis clean area The play room had a lot to do, the pool had sufficient seating and well kept.

We had so much fun! The house was huge and it accommodated us beautifully. Arrive as early as you can so you can get the house cooked down faster, but once cooled it felt great! Will stay again!

Classy River Oasis

We enjoyed our stay. Our 7 year old daughter loved the river and we took many walks outside! The kitchen cabinets hand plenty of items, could have been cleaned better, toaster leavings on the shelves. Outdoor furniture was worn and we didn't spend any time out there but would have if the furniture was in better condition. We did enjoy our time and the house was really cute! The loft is not exactly livable for an adult (sleeping is fine) but again, we knew what we were getting and our daughter loved it up there. She didn't want to leave. Thanks for hosting us!

The tiny home was exactly as described. It was super clean! All amenities were described perfectly. The neighborhood was very quiet. there was a bit of traffic noise in the morning but not bad. Check-in was very easy. Check-out instructions were provided as well.

Great stop for one night between Arizona and California. It is in the host's house, as described. But the whole second floor was just us, and we felt we had enough privacy. Thank you!

1 Bedroom Tiny Home with Loft- No Pets

Our mini family came here to visit grandparents in Blythe. We wanted to cook some of our own food rather than stay at a hotel as we are tired of hotel breakfast. The tiny home was so clean, had more space than we thought, the surroundings were so peaceful, and it exceeded our expectations in having the cooking tools we needed. We were also right next to a small playground which my son LOVED. This was an amazing experience and we are so excited to come back again!

A great house to relax in and close to town. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. House was definitely dog friendly. Keep in mind that there is a second renter on site and you don't have the yard to run the dogs. There is a small area across the street, just be sure to pick up after them.
