Initially after confirmation, Chaitali has sent us the caretakers numbers for guidance. Checkin was smooth. The property looks as it is in photos. No disturbance. We went as a group of 7 people, Enjoyed the accommodation to the full. We even cooked food as we like. Thanks for the great stay and looking forward for next stay also.

Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großzügigem Raum, Garten, Terrasse - wir haben uns von Beginn wohl gefühlt. Wie beschrieben hat ein Schlafzimmer AC, das zweite Zimmer (gleichwertig groß und auch mit schönem Doppelbett und Insektenschutz Netz) einen gut funktionierenden Deckenventilator. Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wer Tiere mag - noch mehr. Wir haben die sanfte, unaufdringliche Gesellschaft von Katze, Hund und auch einmal Kühen im Garten als bereichernd empfunden. Sneha war von Beginn an sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns proaktiv bei den Taxi Transfers (Uber klappt hier nicht) vom/zum Flughafen geholfen. Vor Ort stand uns Pavi sehr freundlich und unterstützend für alles (härtere Matratze, Kerzen, Kontakt zu Moped-Verleih inkl Zustellung ..) zur Verfügung. Zu Fuss sind die Strände Palolem und Patnem in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr tolle Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung mit Blick aufs Meer! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Amit & Vinita are gracious hosts and the caretaker was always available for any requests. There were some minor hiccups that was promptly addressed and we (friends) had a wonderful time staying at the place. The house is at a walking distance to the Colva beach, other restaurants & is in a peaceful neighbourhood. This place is great for families and friends who want to explore South Goa.

I believe we were the first European visitors to this villa and therefore the in house staff didn’t quite understand that we didn’t need waiting on hand and foot as I think they had been used to with other guests. They were however very friendly and obliging, and once they realised we were very low maintenance they were quite unobtrusive, although always available. The villa, the gardens and pool were kept very clean and our host Rohit was very proactive and always available on social media. We could honestly find nothing to fault with this property, and will more than likely book it again next winter.

Nice place for a stay in Talpona. Very cute decor and full kitchen. 1 big bedroom and 1 small one. AC works great. The caretaker was really helpful getting medicines and food when 1 person was unwell. Helped with transportation as well. Great stay!

The place is a little hard to locate but it is tranquil. An old Portuguese style house with excellent rooms, good natural light and ventilation.

The property was super close to Fort Aguada, the beach, and a lot of great restraurants and cafes. There were 6 adults and 3 kids under the age of 5 in our trip, and each day we had a different adventure within walking distance. The host was very responsive and proactive in getting us information for check-in and things to do. We'd definitely come back the next time we were visiting Goa.

We have just returned from our 20 days stay in this great apartment 😊 It is centrally located in Candolim, just off the Fort Aguada Road, a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was spacious and clean, with AC and 2 huge fans, one in the living area and one in the bedroom, which kept us cool throughout. The kitchen area had everything we needed for our stay, including microwave, toaster and kettle. There was plenty of bed lined and towels. The bathroom was a good size with a good shower. There was also back up electricity. The photographs of the apartment are outdated – the kitchen / living area is open plan, which we loved. Not all of the furniture in the photographs was in the apartment (red couch in living area, 2 seats in bedroom), but that suited us as is created the feel of being more spacious. Santana was a great host 😊 Any queries were dealt with quickly, and he was proactive in checking on how we were. Thank you 😊

I feel glad to choose this for our stay. Location is amazing and peaceful, beach is at walkable distance so that you can go and enjoy whenever you want. Best part is you won't feel like you're not at home here. This home is exceptionally good. Moreover, Sylvia is amazing host. She has responded to everything really quick and has been helpful throughout my trip. Thankyou so much for giving us an amazing experience. If you are looking for an amazing, cozy and homely experience, just go with this.

Good stay. Close to Candolim beach. Poor network, but the host has arranged wifi. Overall worth the price you pay.

What a beautiful setting and pretty villa! it had everything we were looking for and more. I was surprised by the proximity to the beach and the pool was well maintained and clean too. The host was very welcomimg and kind and she helped us through everything. Go for it, brilliant roomy space for large groups.

This was my first visit to Goa and it started with beautiful villa which was really amazing experience we all had during our stay, Each and every service was worthful, I am thankful and must appreciate the service which was given by sweet parul maam, she was so helpful and properly guided us as it was new for us. I am also thankful to the kind hearted caretaker Mallika every now and then she used to take care of our needs.i Happy to You villa make you feel like your second home.

I stayed at this amazing place for three nights and absolutely loved it! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and looked exactly like the photos. Everything was just as described, which made our stay super comfortable and hassle-free. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. She also gave us some fantastic local recommendations that really added to our experience. The location is another big plus—it’s just a short walk to the serene Zalor Beach, which was perfect for morning strolls and relaxing sunsets. Overall, a fantastic stay and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Binesh and staff were amazing!!! We rented an ocean front cabin and you can’t get any closer to the ocean/sea than this! I would highly recommend this place. It’s clean and your own space. The restaurant and the chefs are literally the Best in Goa. We will be back for sure. If you’re going to Goa, this is the place. If you’re thinking about going to Goa… take the risk and reach out to Binesh. He and the staff will treat you Better Than Family!!!

We stayed at Dana's place for 3N, 2D (25-28 Jan, 2025) and it was a wonderful experience. The villas were clean and spacious. The balcony had a great view of the beach. The villa was very peaceful and cozy and was equipped with all the amenities. There were plenty of options for eating out and the host provided us with a few recommendations that we checked out and they all turned out to be good. Dana and her staff were extremely responsive and hospitable. Overall, it was a great experience and we recommend it to anyone visiting south Goa and wants a quite getaway at the pristine beach of Agonda.

Exactly as described and Stanley could not have been more helpful and supportive on our first trip to India. From booking taxis and exchanging currency to recommending activities and local restaurants. The rooms are clean , tidy and all have a/c. We felt this accommodation was ideal for our trip as it provided a base point from which we could explore the region and try out lots of local restaurants as well as being close to the beach and shacks for those well deserved beach days..

I had my first 2 nights in India ever, and what an introduction! Dharman was incredibly helpful allowing an early check in, by keeping the accommodation empty for the night before, and for no extra charge! Dharman booked us a taxi from the airport, so our arrival was hassle free!, and Dharman was waiting to greet us and check is in, he then drove my partner to the local supermarket to get supplies! The place is set in a beautiful, tranquil setting, was immaculate, and the bed was extremely comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped and nothing was too much trouble for Dahman to help us with, booking boat trips, taxis and allowing a late check out! Would highly recommend this delightful gem and would love to stay again sometime soon!

Well this place was like a home to me. I liked the veranda place where me and family could hangout anytime of the day. The kitchen was equipped well which helped me cook breakfast and all meals for my kid. Walking distance from the beach and grocery stores are nearby.

We had a truly wonderful stay at villa Azul. Ishita was a responsive host and the caretakers Pappu and Sangeeta were friendly and so helpful. The house is set down a road lined by coconut groves and it really feels like the Goa of the past that I grew up knowing - rustic, charming and sleepy - but with all our modern needs met. It is such a bonus that it is a pet friendly place as we were able to bring our small elderly dog who could safely wander the compound thanks to a boundary wall. The property is immaculate, with a well maintained garden and faultless cleaning indoors too. Basic supplies such as tea, coffee, milk, eggs and bread are provided - but stock up on anything else you need at a general store beforehand. I'd be back in a heartbeat as it was the perfect setting to unwind with a book, in the hammock or on the veranda. Thank you for a memorable visit.
