Naythen's place is a perfect base in Benaulim. It's a short walk to shops and restaurants and about 15 minutes to the beach (or just grab a cheap rickshaw). The apartment is as described - Mediterranean minimalist style with a big bathroom, two balconies, good air con and really comfortable bed. An added bonus is use of a washing machine. Breakfast is delicious and Naythen has been really helpful from word go. He also gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Recommended.

We had the most incredible time in paradise! The place is super relaxing, calm, tranquil. Tucked in nature, with the sounds of the birds on the river, practicing yoga on the deck and watching the sunsets made this place super magical for our stay. Special thanks to the cooks, the food was incredible, Chim, Katya and all the staff were super friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. I couldn’t recommend this place enough for beautiful holiday in paradise, your retreat awaits xoxo

Like last year, this year too me and my wife opted for Casa Abilio De Sousa at Quepem during Ganesh Festival. Quepem happnes to be our native place and we have been visiting the place almost every year for past fifteen years to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi festival there at our grandfather's house in Quepem. Since last year, to ease the crowd at ancestral home, we have been staying at Erlick's place which is quite nearby and very conveniently located. It is a grat place to visit and experience by staying there. A fantastic house, very well maintained, even better than what you see in the photographs. It has its regal charmand a tasetefully created Portugese colonial decor. Erlick is a great host, very responsive and ever willing to help. Mr. Babu, the caretaker at the location, is also very responsive and helpful. This year, my cousin sister and her family also had joined there for the stay. A very memorable experience for all of us and we'll definitely come here again and again.

Wonderful Stay – Peaceful, Comfortable, and Well-Located! I had an amazing stay at this property! The place was quiet, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was well-maintained, and the ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. A special shoutout to the caretaker, Tanveer, who was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. His hospitality truly made a difference. Another great advantage is the location—being centrally located, it’s easy to commute to both North and South Goa beaches, making it a perfect spot for exploring the best of both sides. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and conveniently located stay. Would love to visit again!

I had a wonderful experience at this place, as it offered a serene and peaceful atmosphere that was just what I needed. We dedicated our entire trip to enjoying the fantastic pool, which was absolutely awesome. The host was incredibly helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. It provided a sense of privacy, allowing us to relax, while at the same time, it was a fantastic place to have fun with friends. Additionally, the well-equipped kitchen had all the necessary utensils, making our stay even more convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; it's a must-visit!

One a kind experience at this beautiful private property in south goa. The house is a Portuguese villa maintained with perfect care and love full of antiques. The space transports you a blast from the past I can say. Surrounded by beautiful chickoo gardens. The host is the kindest sweetest uncle I could have ever met & the elaborate breakfast they serve setting not only the food in style but with the side of symphonies ❤️🫡 Along an old train track the house vibrates on the passing of a train😅
