Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

One of the highlights was the well decorated plants across the house and the items on the 2nd floor. It truly added a special touch to our stay. The location was fantastic, conveniently located near to the beach (as advertised). The neighborhood was safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The caretaker was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The housing complex has some very specific rules about the swimming pool which is a little bit of inconvenience, but nothing that can't be managed by paying close attention to the rules that are sent before hand. Overall a fantastic stay, we can't wait to book this again during our next vacation !

Loved the place. Such a beautiful home with lush green surroundings. It had all the right amenities that one could ask for. We had a early checkin at 5am and Esha was responsive and proactively arranged for it for us. The experience was seamless and the peace and tranquility of the place was mesmerising. It’s very close to the beach and the house gives a very authentic Goan feel. Esha also recommended great eating places to go to which were totally worth it. Will definitely visit again.

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

Wry well maintained property. Comfortable rooms, ample space for a family and friends to stay. Peaceful surrounding. About 1.2 kms from the beach. All rooms have AC Dinning table which you can also convert to a TT table There is a Foosball table instead of pool table Kitchen is all equipped in case you want to cook in house Two cars can be easily parked

Sehr schönes Haus mit großzügigem Raum, Garten, Terrasse - wir haben uns von Beginn wohl gefühlt. Wie beschrieben hat ein Schlafzimmer AC, das zweite Zimmer (gleichwertig groß und auch mit schönem Doppelbett und Insektenschutz Netz) einen gut funktionierenden Deckenventilator. Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wer Tiere mag - noch mehr. Wir haben die sanfte, unaufdringliche Gesellschaft von Katze, Hund und auch einmal Kühen im Garten als bereichernd empfunden. Sneha war von Beginn an sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns proaktiv bei den Taxi Transfers (Uber klappt hier nicht) vom/zum Flughafen geholfen. Vor Ort stand uns Pavi sehr freundlich und unterstützend für alles (härtere Matratze, Kerzen, Kontakt zu Moped-Verleih inkl Zustellung ..) zur Verfügung. Zu Fuss sind die Strände Palolem und Patnem in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr tolle Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung mit Blick aufs Meer! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

We stayed 4 weeks Feb 25. The place is much as described. The pictures don't lie. It is a newish build and is immaculate throughout clean and well maintained. The AC is the most effective and easy to use I have ever come across. Cooking facilities were untested by us but looked perfectly OK. We generally ate out or got takeaways. Bed very comfy. Shower good. Outside a small garden, although surrounded by tall buildings it is well screened and very private. Lots of shade from coco-palms and banana trees. The pool is small but very clean cool and well maintained. Located in Chaudi is some distance from the beaches so wouldn't suit dedicated beachgoers (3k to Patnem, 4K to Palolem) but a fascinating bustling place and mercifully free of all the beachside tat. Own transport is handy but not essential. Lots of Tuk-Tuks. Must Do's Chaudi market on Saturday an eye popping display of fresh veg and spices. Boat trip eagles feeding on the Talpona river. Взагалі реальність перевершила очікування. Помешкання чудове. Все необхідне є. Дуже комфортно і тихо. Вечеряли та снідали на балконі. Власна кухня це беззаперечний величезний плюс. Індійські страви дуже специфічні, часто досить гострі. Поруч м'ясний кіоск ( свіжа курятина) яйця . Ціни на овочі та фрукти абсолютно доступніі. До пляжу пішки ходили тільки раз. Далі взяли в оренду скутер і проблема з добиранням пропала. Без скутера можна без проблем добиратись на Тук-тук. Дане помешкання по комфорту перевершує всі інші варіанти, які є ближче до пляжу. Хазяїн завжди на зв'язку, відповідає швидко. Ще плюс, територія готелю закрита, цілодобова охорона. Є велика парковка, за скутер не переживали. Однозначно рекомендуємо!!!! В даному ціновому сегменті це найкращий варіант!

We loved the stay at Anupama’s place. It is walkable to many stores and restaurants and only 1km to benaulim beach. Pro: - Responsive and friendly host. She was kind to leave us fruits, cookies and Christmas cakes - Safe and neat gated society with pool - Good internet and functional kitchen with all basic amenities for a short stay - Attached terrace is great for morning tea and evening drinks Cons: - Second floor without elevator (though host helped us with luggage) - Car Parking is outside the gate though in front of building. Finding a spot could be tricky sometimes - Mattress is bouncy so not comfortable for good sleep - Felt highly overpriced at Christmas-New year rates

I had a wonderful stay! The place was spacious and spotlessly clean, making it a very comfortable experience. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, which was super convenient. One of the highlights was the balcony with a great view, perfect for relaxing. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place!

Great place, had everything thats mentioned and looks just like the photos. We stayed for more than a week. Its between Palolem and Patnem beach and next to a very nice restaurant called cafe Kashish. You will Probably need to rent a scooter as its not so close to both the beaches unless walking a kilometer is not an issue for you. Many options available around for renting vehicles too. Grocery store and wine store is at a walking distance. Property has a swimming pool and ample parking. A security guard was always there on premise during our stay. Places like Kala Bahia, Casa Jali, Canteen Indene, Le petit, Pahadi roots, Art resort will have some sort of event going on all week to keep things interesting. Host Anshul replied to all our queries quickly, Sudheer the caretaker also helped whenever we needed anything. All in all it a was plesent stay without any complaints.

Zeba was very friendly and a great host. She was always responsive. The stay was very pleasant and the place was very clean and well-maintained. The entire experience was very homely. Next time we come to Goa, we are definitely coming here. Thank you Zeba for hosting us well!

We just had a stay for a night. I place was nice and had all the amenities that was mentioned. Every room has an AC, Fan and TV. The house was clean and beautiful. The host and staffs are very helpful. I had left a valuable item and rememberd after boring my flight but the manager of the property managed to courier it to me. This place is highly recommend.

I stayed here just for a night, definitely felt like home. Compact house but very clean! It has a great view of the backwaters, a spacious balcony with sitting setup. Overall it was very peaceful and comfortable. The host was very kind to allow my family for a quick freshen up in the morning before I checked out. I highly recommend this place for a group of 1 to 3 people!

The neighborhood was very peaceful and serene despite being within walking distance of Palolem beach. The apartment was clean, airy, well furnished and extremely comfortable. Rooms and balconies were spacious. Loved the decor of the place as well. Prashant and Priya were proactive in suggesting recommendation for popular spots and places to eat, and were helpful and responsive throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Oscar Ji’s place was fantastic! The room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the pristine pool, which was clearly well-maintained and refreshing. Oscar Ji himself was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. When we encountered a minor issue with the AC not cooling properly, he promptly arranged for a technician to come and resolve the problem. Within just two hours, the AC was back to working perfectly. Overall, our experience was delightful, and we would definitely choose to stay at Oscar Ji’s place again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality and excellent service!
