had a nice stay here. The location is convenient, just a short walk to the beach, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The pool was clean and well-maintained, great for a quick swim. Overall, a comfortable place to stay with everything you need close.

This was my first time booking via airbnb, Ira is an amazing and a gracious host. She is an amiable person and has a very good sense of humour. 
 She provided me with all the information I needed to know prior + post check in. She had no issues with my flexible check in as well, The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one would need. 

 The bed is very comfortable, bathroom and the cantilevered balcony is outstanding. In short, the stay felt like home 🏡 
 I did raise a few concerns to which she resolved them pragmatically and swiftly.

We had a really wonderful time at Rohini's listing. It is located in a gated complex and has all the amenities to make life easy. One can enjoy the peace and calmness of South goa and have access to the serene beaches nearby. We would definitely look forward to getting back here.

We had the most incredible time in paradise! The place is super relaxing, calm, tranquil. Tucked in nature, with the sounds of the birds on the river, practicing yoga on the deck and watching the sunsets made this place super magical for our stay. Special thanks to the cooks, the food was incredible, Chim, Katya and all the staff were super friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Our stay at this property by the River Sal was truly wonderful! The rooms provided stunning views of the river. Romehome was incredibly helpful in making our stay comfortable and memorable! Khushi was responsive and ensured we had everything we needed, and the caretaker, Inder was attentive and friendly. The location is fantastic – it’s just a short walk to the beach. Plus, the shopping arcade nearby is a great bonus! From quaint shops to great dining options, everything we needed was close by. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax in a picturesque setting. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The view of Talpone river from the kitchen/balcony was stunning! The staff was incredibly attentive and took good care of our family. Thank you! The beds were comfortable and they provided clean bed sheets and towels. The outside kitchen was great to cook basic food, the fridge/freezer and the fresh water filter was a big advantage and they even put milk/coffe/eggs and bread in the fridge for us wich was a very warm welcoming. This area is a bit remote so you probably need scooters to go around/shopping/eating. Really nice location to get away from the crowd not far from beautiful and more quiet beaches. It would've been nice if the outside sitting area in the balcony was more comfortable to sit as the chairs/table was a bit overused. We had a few small requests and Axel and his staff were always happy to help. Thank you for a really nice vacation. We highly recommend!

We stayed in Villa 16 for 3 days during December. We have been visiting the same gated community for last 4-5 years and stayed in other homes. But villa 16 has been one of the finest places to stay. Recommended.

Our stay was truly exceptional! The hosts, a lovely family, made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the amenities.Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic and immersive experience.

Awesome experience flat was neat and clean on arrival host really helped us out to make a smooth checkin, we stayed for 7 days and no disturbance was from the owner. Apartment is a bit far from main city, but you can always use GoaMiles app for travel by cab. There are some real network issues in the apartment but nevermind until and unless you plan to move permanent. WiFi will come to your rescue..!! You can always order from swiggy for food. Grocery and liquor shops are just walking distance. Stay was value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at Allison's place. The home was exactly as described, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that went beyond our expectations. The complex itself is top-notch, with easy access to both the beach and the town. Before our arrival, Allison sent a helpful video outlining how to find the apartment and access it. Her communication was outstanding, and she even checked in with us via text throughout our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. Any small issues were addressed promptly. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service or the apartment. We highly recommend this place.

I recently stayed at Layover Lounge. The property was clean, modern, and well-equipped, meeting all our expectations. Rashmi, the host, was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the balcony offered a lovely view. Fantastic apartment surrounded by locals in the small, cozy village of Utorda. From there you can reach the clean, quiet beach with some restaurants and beach bars in about 10 minutes on foot. You can get your daily necessities in the surrounding area. The local buses stop directly in front of the apartment at the intersection. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a residential building inhabited by locals. The apartment is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a large well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two wonderfully quiet balconies from which you can enjoy the sunset. Lincoln and his wife took care of everything very carefully without being intrusive. I found exactly what I was looking for there. Casual holiday without stress away from mass tourism. In one word “holiday with friends” Thank you for the wonderful time Goa

A very comfortable stay. This was our sixth trip to Goa, and wanted some place quiet and away from the crowd. Paritoshika’s place was just perfect in every way!

The first thing you notice as you enter Costa's Montage is the colourful apartment buildings surrounded by greenery... The place walking distance from the Benaulim with its clean beach and inviting waters. The apartment itself is tastefully done up. The kitchenette has provision of every little thing- bottle opener, scissor, what nots and so does the apartment! For a couple it's a perfect getaway... Infact you can be quite comfy here for months even. However, for more than two visitors , just one washroom can be limiting. All in all, 10/10 for this cute little place. Loved it! P.S. The balcony by the attic is perfect for star gazing.
