Can’t recommend this stay highly enough. Oliver was a great host: kind, responsive, and thoughtful. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and is on a quiet neighborhood block. Also near to a big park with tennis courts and basketball courts. Beds were very comfy and kitchen had simple but adequate cooking supplies. The backyard is private and a great place to relax, grill out and relax. Private parking too. It’s a perfect place to stay!

We had a peaceful stay at Farbod’s home. The interior design was tasteful and comfortable. The layout of the home was cozy and natural. Were it not for rain, we would have spent time outdoors in the beautiful back yard spaces. Would definitely recommend and return for another stay.

Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

Our stay at Coni’s place was excellent. We felt as if this was our home away from home. The place was exceptionally clean and sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. The bathroom was perfect for three people and we had no trouble with hot water or any other aspect of using the kitchen or the house. The kitchen was well equipped and Coni had left us milk and coffee plus other snacks. There's an excellent backyard and pool and although it was too cold for us to get in it was a beautiful feature and we had morning coffee outside. This is a great place to stay if you're traveling to visit the Los Angeles areas especially for access to Venice, Marina Del Rey, USC, Culver City, & Silver Lake.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Pasadena! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable living area and a fully functional kitchen. The two-bedroom setup was perfect, providing plenty of space and privacy. The location was ideal—centrally located, making it easy to explore Pasadena and beyond. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and a hassle-free stay. Everything was well-maintained, and I truly enjoyed the convenience and comfort of the space. The place was just beautiful with the views! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Malibu. The AC was not working. Communicated with owners and he responded they would get it repaired. Didn’t happen during our stay and the afternoons were really warm inside. Overall I would stay there again!

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Nick und Kristy! Die Unterkunft war perfekt vorbereitet, gemütlich und ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort. Alles war genau wie beschrieben – besonders die Dachterrasse und die liebevolle Einrichtung haben den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Die ruhige Umgebung und die schnelle, freundliche Kommunikation haben mich rundum wohlfühlen lassen. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder! SIGI GERMANY

check in was super easy with security. the paeking was really close and easy to navigate. very private and nice inside the apartment. the pool and hot were fun at 10pm on a Saturday night. felt at home. the app for to lock/unlock the front door was super convenient, now my wife wants one for our house.

Great location, responsive and kind host. Appt was clean, soft sheets, plenty of big towels, soap, shampoo, etc etc, as in good hotel, and even a new toothbrush. Fantastic view and rooftop relax seats and pool. 5*!

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

The condo is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and felt very safe. Nicely decorated without clutter. It’s a beautiful and easy 30 minute walk to the local beach through the Waldorf Astoria golf course. We did it twice in a week and used the free Laguna Beach transit bus from Ritz Carlton to explore.

Great spot directly on the beach with plenty of space. Nice walkable neighborhood with plenty of options. Away from hustle and bustle so book now!

This unit is perfectly located in the Belmont area of Long Beach. Restaurants and bars, beach, Vons grocery, everything was within walking distance and kept things very convenient

This was our fourth place after having to evacuate our house because of a fire. The apartment is very well designed and decorated, with functionality, quality furniture and appliances, and had all the touches of home. We are in our early 70s and I was a bit worried about the stairs, but they weren't bad at all. Like a previous user had mentioned doing, my husband and I each took one bathroom. The showers are the best, and I took pictures of the lotion and bath soap provided as I prefer them to mine. Don the handyman was kind and helpful. The area is perfect, the canals, the ocean with the Venice pier and the Marina Del Rey marina, farmers' markets, and restaurants everywhere. There is secure parking for 2 cars, which was important to us. We were close to the Los Angeles airport, Costco and Main st in Venice. We have lived in LA for over 20 years, and this was a very enjoyable "touristing" stay.
