Location, location, location. The setting was beautiful with rockers on the front porch overlooking the marina. Coffee shop, restaurants, and brewery within walking distance. And the price was reasonable.

Nice place for a weekend get-away. Small but very comfortable.

The host went above and beyond to make sure me and my children were ok and all chked in ! Local community was awesome

We stayed 2 nights in March that were mostly quiet and peaceful in this charming, one half side of a bungalow. We stayed on the left side, "Seaside," and it was just enough space for two adults! King size bed was comfy and overall it was appointed with stylish character. Walking to cafe and a couple restaurants as well as local floating dock!

This place was very cute and the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials for cooking (pots, pans), plus some nice extras like blender and mixer!

Overall Jim’s listing is great, the house is beautiful and the surrounding area is stunning, there isn’t any room for me to complain. Thanks!

The stay was wonderful, even despite lousy weather! The 3 places on the deck were perfect, only we didn’t get to really sit there as the weather was cloudy and rainy and cold. We did bring in one rocking chair so we could both look out the wonderful window view! The kitchen was well supplied with everything, and beds were very comfortable. We’d both love to come back for another stay in war,er weather! ❤️🙏😁🤗. Loved it!

My son and I fished a local tournament out of the Vandemere wildlife boat launch. We usually drive an hour there and hour back. We were able to get there on Thursday, fished in AM and checked into house afterwards. We relaxed and felt immediately at home. Very clean, well maintained, everything you need to cook and eat there, also a coffee pot, Such a cute cozy comfortable coastal themed house. My husband and I enjoyed our stay & hope to make it back soon. The location is absolutely beautiful. The home was clean and comfortable, felt at home. We loved the views of the river. There’s even a sandy beach area that is very nice to sit by the river’s edge. Such a peaceful and relaxing location, perfect for catching up on some reading or whatever you like! There are local restaurants that have delicious food. We love the quaintness of the area, it really eases your soul!

I stayed at Tricia’s Airbnb over the weekend. It is such a nice cozy little spot. My kids had a blast on the lake fishing and just exploring. I would 100% recommend Tricia’s place. I would absolutely come back again and stay at this house. The house has everything you need from kitchen supplies to toiletries and towels to activities and games. Tricia is very easy and friendly to talk to and responds in a timely manner.

What a great location and house to find peace and reset from the busy world. We were looking for a place to close out 2024 and spend quality time as a family, and this place didn’t disappoint. Beautiful views over the water and surrounding area made the time pass slow and memorable. Melissa was friendly and communicated well. Great experience overall and looking forward to hopefully getting the chance to go back in the future.

Let’s just say. Everything was exactly like the photos 🥰 The host was so helpful and friendly very willing to help in any way he could. I had small children with me and there was so much room outside for them to run and play. We visit family here now since they moved down from PA so I will be booking again!!! Highly recommend ! Easiest check in by far !!!

Stayed for 2 nights here and Alana was great with communication. I had the entry code within an hour of a same day reservation, which was very much appreciated. Enjoyed the screened in patio - very cute beach themed decor throughout. The bed was super comfortable and the bedding was as well. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything, Alana! :)

We enjoyed our stay at Momo’s Condo! Sandra was a great host! She was easy to get a hold of and sent out specific instructions on where to find things! The place was super cute and clean and we enjoyed sitting on the patio, watching tv, and walking to the rec center for some fun activities! Thanks for being such a great host Sandra!

We had an amazing stay at this Fairfield Harbour condo! The unit was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The view overlooking the Neuse River was absolutely beautiful—perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening unwinding after a day of exploring. The layout was ideal for our group, offering privacy between the two bedrooms and bathrooms, which made it super comfortable for two couples. The master bath’s walk-in shower was a nice touch, and the second bath’s deep tub was perfect for a relaxing soak. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to historic downtown New Bern, where we enjoyed everything from Tryon Palace to the birthplace of Pepsi, charming shops, and fantastic local restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to everything we needed. We also appreciated having access to the community recreation center—it really added to the experience!
