Our family had an absolutely fantastic time at this beach house! The location was perfect, near the beach, and the house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and amenities provided, making our vacation truly relaxing and enjoyable. The house was stocked with everything we needed, including chairs, and even a cooler. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and we loved the outdoor area with hot tub. We highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience. We will definitely be back!

Lisa was so accommodating and extremely supportive with her effective communication. Her response time to my emails were very helpful. The house was in great condition and the pictures captured the house perfectly. I couldn’t have chosen as better place to celebrate with my family for my brother’s birthday. The jacuzzi added an extra layer of comfort and relaxation while my family enjoyed many games that the house offered such as axe throwing, backyard connect four and more. I have nothing complaints and if I ever were to go back to the outer banks, I would surely stay here again! Thank you Lisa ❤️

The house was everything we could’ve asked for in a place to stay at the Outer Banks. It was comfortable, well-kept, and had a great layout for our group. We especially loved the hot tub and fire pit—perfect for relaxing in the evenings—and really appreciated the sense of privacy the property offered. The walk to the beach was also not bad at all (<10 minutes). We’d definitely recommend this spot for any group looking to stay close to the beach and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing getaway!

This beach rental is truly a hidden gem—charming, peaceful, and absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway. The owners clearly have extensive training in hospitality, because not a single detail was overlooked. From the moment we walked in, we felt an instant sense of calm. The space has the most soothing energy, and every corner is thoughtfully designed to make you feel right at home. The beds and couches were incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens, plush pillows, and supportive mattresses that made it hard to get up in the morning. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and every appliance worked like a dream. The bathroom was stocked with every toiletry imaginable—truly above and beyond. The hot tub was the perfect place to unwind, and we especially loved having dinner on the crow’s nest with breathtaking views of the ocean and sunsets that looked like they were straight out of a painting. This was the perfect vacation for our family of 4!

Beautiful, well crafted, house for two. Very clean. View of the ocean and beach. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. Location convenient to exploring entire OBX.

Hot tub was wonderful and clean. The house was very baby friendly, lots of room and little clutter. Loved that a high chair and pack and play were available, it really helped make the vacation spot feel like home.

This is our second time staying here and once again it was a pleasure staying there. Home was very clean and comfortable. All amenities listed are available and found kitchen well stocked for cooking at house.

We had a great time at Flip Flop Life! The place was spotless and we felt right at home. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and a baby. We were close to great food, beach access, and we highly recommend checking out the sound park. Cathy was super friendly and helpful. I hope to visit again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is clean and welcoming, and the provided bikes are a fun way to experience the neighborhood. We came to relax and this was the perfect area for that! Jessica is very communicative and helpful if you need anything. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet beach getaway.

It was our first time in the Outer Banks and we will definitely be back! We had a great time and we thought the location was perfect! It was so easy to walk right to the beach and with little kids it was easy to go back-and-forth during the day if we needed to go back to the house. The pool at the house was really nice, and the pool at the ocean was nice if we needed to take a break during the day when we were already down by the Beach. Avi was a great host and made sure that we had everything we needed. They had so much in their closet of stuff. I probably wouldn’t pack as much of my own stuff next time because it was already there.

Great location, perfect walk to the beach, almost like oceanfront. Great hang out space and kitchen. Lots of extra blankets, fan for the white noise people. Great outdoor shower and basketball hoop. Walk to the beach was quick and not too challenging. Clean pool and hot tub!!! Would definitely come back!!!

Matthew and Janet were the best hosts we have ever had! From communication leading up and during the trip to everything we could have needed being available (including having all of the beach essentials so we didn't have to pack). We have an annual trip with another family and we both have a 4 year old and the location cannot be matched for families! The pool was a great addition for the littlee. We will definitely be back!

The outdoor living space is great. Would definitely recommend for those who want to spend a lot of time in the pool and on the beach.
