We stayed here with our dog during the off season St.Patricks day week and loved it!! It was more house than we needed so we were mainly just on the top floor and it was a little too windy and cold to use all the porches so we'll have to come back and utilize all the great space. We appreciated the fenced in yard and the warning about sandspurs. Our dog was fine using it anyway and we just picked them off afterwards. Perfect location and beach access. We used it almost every day to walk the dog. Loved the pier is right there too! Very clean and comfortable house with great hosts who were very flexible and communicative. Great spot!!

I always love staying here. It’s perfect for the 2 of us and our dogs. Very cozy and comfortable and just steps to the beach. I make a drink, leash the dogs, grab a chair and am on the beach in 2 minutes or less. It’s absolutely perfect and with the south facing beach you can enjoy both the gorgeous sunrise and beautiful sunset over the ocean!

Anchors away was Awesome! Loved the neighborhood atmosphere. The Halloween decorations in the neighborhood were cool! Every evening had the most beautiful Sunsets. The house is Awesome! King size bed and large shower get 10 stars from me. I will definitely book again. Caitlin was great and answered all my questions. Thanks for everything.

It is a comfortable house, it is located in a very convenient place, the house has everything you need to have a good stay. The communication with the host is good. Thank you so much!

River Shore had room for the two of us to spread out a little and enjoy the river view. The geese flying overhead and the red birds chirping in the yard gave us many pleasurable moments did walking along the entryway road. Very enjoyable stay.

Our stay at Barefoot Bungalow was amazing. Immaculately clean, well stocked and equipped, great location close to public access to the beach as well as local restaurants and diners. Our host, Richard was responsive and friendly. The walk at Fort Macon State Park which is only a few minutes away was great ! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back !

We rented Carrie's place for a three night stay with a baby and a labrador. The space was just as described, with ample towels, washcloths, and extra blankets, a well stocked kitchen, and dedicated use of large fenced yard was great for the dog. You will want to bring your own shower soaps. The neighbor was friendly and came over to greet us when we arrived. Neighborhood seems very safe, with people out jogging and walking their dogs. Close to the grocery store and restaurants, and only a short drive to beaches. We really enjoyed our weekend, and Carrie was a great host!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Yip's home! From the gorgeous house and furnishings to the quiet, beautiful tree-lined neighborhood to the much-appreciated amenities like toiletries and coffee and tea, we couldn't recommend it more! My boys especially loved the sunrise view from their bedroom. We will certainly stay here again when we return to New Bern!

We loved the house! It was a perfect spot for myself, three children and our pup. Very clean, well-appointed and spacious. The pool and ping pong tables in the basement were a perfect downtime activity. The beach is very short stroll and the restaurants that we could walk to made the location even more ideal. We hope to return soon!

Shawn was a good host and answered all my questions very fast and gave us accommodations. The place was very clean, perfect for our family and our dog! We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Wonderful Home! We really enjoyed are stay here! I loved the open feel on this inside as well as all the balcony’s to go out and listen to the ocean and see the sun come up or look at the stars at night. My favorite part is the spacious backyard with the fire pit! And a big shoutout to Shane for being an exceptional host!

I highly recommend staying at the Cottage in Southern Shores! The house was very clean, the amenities were amazing and it was in a great location. The host Michael was so friendly, professional and quick with his responses. He also recommended lots of restaurants and activities nearby. We hope to be back soon!

We loved our stay in Hatteras at the Isle Be Back! James was a great host - communicated well - both proactive and responsive. The listing was very consistent with our experience. We utilized the kayaks and one of the bikes, as well as the sand toys. It was wonderful for my kiddos to have an indoor, heated pool (which was very secure to keep them safe when we weren’t swimming). Great location. Very close to a few great beaches and the ferry docks. We would love to come back!

We had a very enjoyable stay and the house was very clean, GREAT location and well equipped! Ashley was very prompt in responding to our questions and resolving a couple minor issues. It was nice he stopped by and got to meet him! We definitely had a great experience here and would highly recommend this property! Julia’s home was great! It was comfortable and decorated nicely and had everything we needed. We had a great time in the pool and hot tub and were able to cook full meals in the kitchen with ease. It was only a 5-10 minute walk to bars and restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the beach! If you’re thinking about staying here: DO IT!

Can't say enough great things about this beautiful place! We keep coming back year over year and it never disappoints. What a gem of a home.

We had a wonderful peaceful break from life in kitty hawk. The cottage was clean and quiet and well provisioned for a home. The area was close (less than 5 minute drive) to the beach. It was convenient to restaurants, parks and shopping. A great place for a get away.

We loved our stay at Remember Bark When. It was perfectly situated in a private and peaceful setting but with easy access to a beautiful beach. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and our kids loved the games and set up in the basement. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax. There is a small park with a playground and basketball court within walking distance that also made it great for families. The house is a perfect location for exploring Kitty Hawk, Duck, and other nearby OBX towns. Ariana is a great host and her house provides everything you need to enjoy a stress free beach vacation.

The place was super cute, clean and very peaceful. The view was beautiful. I enjoyed my coffee on the porch every morning. Our host was friendly, greeting us with a bottle of wine and explaining anything we may needed to know to make our stay pleasant. The only negative to our stay was the bed was a little too firm for my back. If your looking a quite get away this is it. It a nice ride to restaurants and grocery stores so be prepared. But we love the remoteness of our stay. We will return again soon. Thanks

Barb's place was great! Check-in instructions were clear and it was easy find. The place was clean and peaceful. Kitchen was well stocked and clean as was the bathroom, the shower was large and was super relaxing after a long day of travel. The place was private and quiet and very safe. It was close to multiple major tourist attractions, delicious eateries and of course, the beach!! I would 100% stay here again, Barb was a great host and offered an amazing place for a getaway and a sweet kitties first big road trip!! Thank you, Barb, for letting us stay!!

The house was a perfect setup for dogs with doggy gates, fenced backyard, and a closed off car port area to safely get the dogs from the house to the backyard. Appreciated how clean the place was. Everything as described in the description and photos!

We loved our stay here!! It’s an amazing location, with beach accesses minutes away, stores close by, and even a Pilates studio 4 minutes away to keep up with your workouts while on vacation!
