Perfect!

We had a great stay with no issues at all. The unit is perfectly located at Marquee Residences just across Marquee Mall. It is also about 15 to 20 mins drive to Clark where you can enjoy many wonderful cafes and restaurants. The unit was clean and we has everything we needed. It was a perfect stay for a short vacation.

Booked Michael’s place the same day we had to check in. He was so helpful, and so responsive which made the booking very easy for me. The place looked exactly as the photos from the listing. It’s very accessible to different restaurants/cafes too. There’s a convenience store in walking distance also. Other amenities like the pool looked inviting form the balcony. We were not able to try as we only stayed for a short time, which makes me want to go back and stay at Michael’s place again.

Thank you for letting us stay. Just two comments, master’s bedroom sometimes have bad smell which we couldnt figure out where it was coming from but smells like sewer smell discharge. But bathroom didnt have that smell though. Second was the bedsheet for the extra bed, it looks like it was super used and have already rips maybe from washing too hard. Probably double check it next time before providing them to guests. Nonetheless, family and I were very happy with our stay.

It was an easy and quiet stay and near the PH Sports Arena indeed. Good place for those who have children who are fanatics of korean bands incase there will be concerts happening at the PH Arena. No hassle encountered and no traffic along the area. It was a good decision for us to rent this place while waiting for my daughter to attend the 17 concert on Jan. 19, 2025 instead of staying outside the arena. We were able to sleep and have a calm and peaceful wait time.

Dobbie House 1 is so great!! The owners were responsive and friendly. We had a lot of requests, like early check in and late checkout and they were proactively updating us if our request is possible. Superb high quality apartment within a well specified modern building which is peaceful but yet within easy walking distance of the Angeles City entertainment district. Having stayed in a number of different Kandi Reality apartments over the past few years I would definetely say that this unit is the best one yet due to the very reasonable price and the extras provided by the host such as fresh water dispensing machine and the fully equiped kitchen which are provided. The host is friendly, professional and responsive. The apartment was immaculate and it was a joy to stay there. Highly recommended!

The place has the perfect and calming view of mt arayat. It is also clean and the bed, pillows and etc feels like you’re in a 5 star hotel. I enjoyed the shower as well since it has hot and cold option and the water current is good. Will definitely come back.

We needed a place to stay for overnight, unplanned. We are glad that we have found Ms. Ervie property. Despite of short notice, she accepted our booking. Her place is amazing! What you see in the pictures are all true. Super clean and very cozy! Smells very nice! Ms. Ervie assisted us in all our need specially the exclusive parking at the Monaco Tower! This property is highly recommended specially to those people who really want to have a good rest and relaxation. We will definitely book this property again on our next trip to San Fernando Pampanga.

We stayed there for a night since we needed to attend a wedding. The host was really flexible in terms of check in and check out since we came from manila early in the morning. The place was really neat and tidy with all the things you need for a hotel or even more! However, there was a miscommunication in terms of the passcode needed before you enter. I totally understood that the host were asleep since it was already 3am when we arrived at their place so they were a little late in responding to our call or text. Regardless, the whole place is nice!

Great housekeeper. Kandi 3 has an excellent billiards table in the lobby which was a bonus. Staff in lobbby bar/restaurant were superb. The only slight issue was wifi that kept dropping out, but it was manageable and affected other guests too, not just this unit.

Antonio’s place is a perfect place for staycation in Clark. It’s right near the middle of high end hotels, restaurant and establishments. And also near SM and public market. Antonio is a superb hosts, always ensuring that we have a remarkable stay. Highly recommended!
