Estuvimos con don Clemente y la pasamos genial el lugar es lindo y amplio, muy limpio y aparte el señor es muy amable tiene playa privada. Excelente experiencia 👏

Stunning views and a quick walk to town! We didn't see better views of Lake Atitlan from any other place. It was a joy to relax in the house and take it all in! When we needed to get into town for groceries and to restaurants, we took a pleasant walk through local roads, always passing by a tuk tuk if we wanted a ride instead.

Super convenient location to the restaurants, taxi boats, bars, stores, and chabad! Some noise on the street but just city noise. Easy to get to and check in process was easy, the hosts are nearby! Best hosts ever! I twisted my ankle/ broke my foot right before my arrival in San Pedro and wanted to get an xray right away. Samuel and Khiely arranged for a tuktuk to take me to a hospital, and Samuel helped bring my friends and I to an xray place in San Pedro, which are very hard to come by. What is also hard to come by is boots and crutches, however Samuel went out of his way to go to pharmacies/ disability centers to find me a boot and my crutches were borrowed from Samuel's friend Pedro who ended up becoming my tuktuk driver for the week since I could not walk anywhere. Samuel and Khiely were extremely attentive to all our needs and made for a comfortable and hospitable stay during a situation that could have otherwise left my group and I feeling very hopeless.

Es un departamento bonito con una bonita vista. Silvia siempre estuvo al pendiente de cualquier cosa que se nos ofreciera. Este departamento está junto a un hotel que te dejan usar sus instalaciones excepto prestarte sus kayaks. Bien equipado y limpio.

We had a great stay at Maria's! Both Maria and Rudy were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay and the check-in/out process was smooth. It was a great home base for exploring Pana and other towns around the Lake, and the view was amazing! The location was good for our family (2 adults, 1 toddler) -- a little outside of the bustle of town but easily accessible by tuk-tuk (we never waited more than 5 minutes for a pick-up, and the ride into town was less than 10 minutes). Our daughter loved the pool and playing on the grounds - it was so nice to have a safe, grassy place for her to run around! The apartment building is right next to the nature preserve, which is lovely and a great activity with kids. There's a restaurant on-site which was helpful when we didn't feel like cooking or heading into town -- we also ate at a couple of the hotels nearby (a short walk from Maria's) once or twice which was very convenient.

Ana is the best host! She was always very responsive and she helped us a lot with whichever we wanted! The apartment was beautiful with private surroundings, very clean, very well equipped kitchen! Everything was spotless! We totally recommend! Thank you Ana!

Better than photos! We stayed for 2 nights and throughly enjoyed it. Views from the room were absolutely breathtaking. It was so magical to wake up to views of the lake and volcanos. Room came stocked with coffee and coffee maker which we loved to use every morning! There are many stairs leading up to the room so be prepared to hike a bit.

Modern space with great views. Can walk to dinner or lunch at the great restaurants nearby. Walking trail in front of pool goes either direction along the lake to great restaurants.

Amazing stay! The view makes it hard to leave. The host arranged tours for us and transportation back to the city and answered every question on we had. Highly recommend.

Wow. We felt right at home as soon as we pulled on the street in our 4 minute Tuk Tuk from the town center. Christian welcomed us warmly as family and showed us the house and even helped recommend things to do as well as food. The space is beautiful and homey. His wife made us some amazing home made bread as well. The place is big and the kitchen is well stocked with essentials. The rooftop is absolutely gorgeous and serene. We spent time reading and lounging on the hammocks during a rain storm and also during sunny afternoon. We also walked 5 minutes down to the beach to watch sunrise and chill. This was one of the best stays we’ve had so far in Guatemala. It’s truly special to be welcomed to a beautiful home like this. Thank you & we can’t wait to come back again !!

Christopher’s AirBnB was clean and had great amentities like access to a football field. He gave great recommendations and provided contacts to boat and shuttle drivers. Would definitely recommend

The view is stunning and overall the space is comfortable. There is room for improvement however.

Geovany es un Excelente Host. Desde que íbamos a llegar hasta el último día de nuestra estadía siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros. Nos hizo sentir en familia. Fue muy amable siempre. En una ocasión necesitábamos comprar algo , y gustosamente se ofreció para llevarnos en su moto . Recomiendo 10/10 este hospedaje ! Definitivo regresaremos en un futuro ! Gracias Geovany !!

I’ve stayed at Nash’s house a few times, and it remains my favorite place on the lake! The house is stunning, the views are incredible, the village is authentic, and the family that takes care of the house is so sweet. I love everything about staying here and will keep coming back. We had an amazing stay at this property! The gardens are beautifully maintained and great to walk around. The pool area was perfect, with incredible views. The house itself has a charming rustic feel but was perfect for our group. The hosts were great, organising a friendly boat driver for us when we arrived. The groundstaff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

El lugar es tal cual se describe, bien equipado con las amenidades mencionadas y un vista espectacular, sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme aquí.

We came with our 2y old and greatly enjoyed the hot tub with a view, swimming in the lake, kayaking and exploring. The hotel next-door offers breakfast and lunch and San Marcos is only 5 min away in tuc tuc and offers a nice variety of restaurants in case you want to skip a cooking (or many 😀)... everyone was super helpful and would love to come back soon!

Un lugar muy bonito para hospedarse, la vista es espectacular. El calor se encierra mucho y no hay ventiladores ni aire acondicionado. Por lo demás, perfecto.

Absolutely stunning accommodation, just as listed in the description. Nice to be right on the water. About a 15 minute walk to the Main Street and tuktuk are constantly driving past so it’s easy to flag one down. The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. The staff were always available onsite and the host responded within minutes every-time we needed to reach her. Great stay with a great host.

Excellent stay with Andrea in San Marcos. Spacious apartment with amazing views, exactly how it looked in the pictures. Comfortable bed, spacious balcony and surprisingly well equipped kitchen that we used one of our nights. The hot tub is a nice extra, not super hot as per other reviews, but we topped up with boiling water and it was perfect temperature for us Andrea and the team were super responsive and couldn’t do enough for us. The place is at least 15 mins walk from San Macros, but we were provided with a contact for a tuktuk driver who was excellent and we were never waiting longer than a few mins for a tuktuk We had the option of kayaks or paddle boards during our stay, and especially enjoyed using the paddle boards one morning. Overall, very relaxing and enjoyable stay

I highly recommend this place! It has the most beautiful view and we felt right at home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
