Arturo helped us out the day of letting us book when another Airbnb didn’t work out! Super grateful for him and Tomas who helped with checking in! Big outdoor area and lots of secure parking!

Es nuestra 3 vez en casa de Ingrid. Nos encanta el lugar. Muy buena localización, la casa muy amplia, nítida y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso y tranquilidad. Ingrid es muy atenta y la comunicación excelente!!!

By far, the best of the 4 places we stayed in while in Guatemala. We felt very comfortable and were able to get great sleep. We visited with our 4 kids to attend community Spanish school and it was very close by and easy to go back and for the to school. Easy access to town center by TukTuk. Washer and dryer was such a blessing. It was easy to regulate the temp in the house as there were a few windows with screens so we could leave them open without worrying about flies coming in. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Christopher’s AirBnB was clean and had great amentities like access to a football field. He gave great recommendations and provided contacts to boat and shuttle drivers. Would definitely recommend

We have come to this home a few times now and is always better than before Rudy Maria and Rosa are exceptional we r coming back in July for a week with my family I can’t get enough of this place

Beautiful home, breathtaking views, great location and overall, spectacular. Everything was exactly as shown in pictures. The gatekeeper, Daniel was friendly and very helpful. My family and I had a wonderful time!

This place is absolutely stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay. Humberto was always there when we needed him as well as Albert for any additional questions we had. If you’re looking for a little slice of heaven, you’ve found it!

out stay was super lovely! nancy was very communicative and responsive. the location was great — close enough to things and far enough that it was quiet at night. the property was beautiful and we felt super comfortable our entire stay.

Great experience. Walkable to San Marcos (though there is hills and altitude). Rooms and facilities were as advertised. A6 is below parking. Was loud early one night as someone was checking out and packing car so they were in and out. Not really something something that Alas can do. Otherwise, very peaceful. Team was responsive at all hours and they had someone wait with me when I booked at 4AM and 6AM tour and transfer pickup. Team also arranged for Tuk Tuk and morning hike tour.

Great, lively location walkable to many restaurants, shops, and the ferries.

We had a wonderful stay at Familia Magri's apartment. The location is perfect - a little out of town so nice and peaceful, and only a 20 min walk into town or a quick tuktuk ride. Nearby shops and restaurants even closer. highly recommend the Airbnb owners Bistro Isabella Italian restaurant next door - the ravioli is the best we've ever had!! Gerson was quick to respond to any queries we had. very helpful we would stay again thanks

I can’t imagine a better place to stay in all of San Pedro. The Airbnb is in the center of everything in town with a lively, friendly neighborhood. We were in many lake front cafes/restaurants around Lake Atitlan and this Airbnb had the best view compared to everywhere else. This place is so worth it considering all of the time you’ll want to spend in your own private outdoor living area. Also wanted to mention the hosts are very responsive and helped me out with several things before and during my stay. I highly recommend booking this place!

Tuvimos una buena experiencia en el departamento de Nancy. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Nuestro tiempo fue muy placentero. Está muy cerca de la Calle Santander, que es donde está todo el comercio, restaurantes y vida nocturna. También esta cerca del muelle de las lanchas comunitarias.

Armand siempre estuvo muy pendiente. Se porto flexible y el lugar precioso! Sin duda regresaría.

El lugar realmente es bonito, muy privado y tranquilo y se puede acceder al muelle caminando lo cual es una gran ventaja si planeas viajar en lancha a otros pueblos del lago. Me encantó

We were a party of four adult siblings who wanted a place with 2 BRs & 2 BAs. The Jabel Tinamit apartment was perfect & had the bonus of being the same location where we took out Spanish classes. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice breakfast options (not included in the AirBnB fee. Good location, close to the main streets but quiet.

El lugar es tal cual se describe, bien equipado con las amenidades mencionadas y un vista espectacular, sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Clemente was incredibly kind and very easy to work with. He let us check in early, gave very clear instructions on how to find the apartment, greeted us at the gate, showed us around, and told us how to walk to town and find a supermarket. The view is great! It's a little loud but so is every place in San Juan La Laguna. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the main street if you walk down the stairs to the beach and it's easy to grab a tuk tuk right outside the gate. There's only a few minutes of hot water but we didn't mind. Overall great stay and would highly recommend if you're looking for a private place to stay in San Juan.

El Airbnb es muy bonito y tiene excelentes vistas al lago. 100% recomendable!

peaceful stay , the room was so clean and tidy. Nice layout of inner courtyard and just the right size room for 1 or 2 people.

We came with our 2y old and greatly enjoyed the hot tub with a view, swimming in the lake, kayaking and exploring. The hotel next-door offers breakfast and lunch and San Marcos is only 5 min away in tuc tuc and offers a nice variety of restaurants in case you want to skip a cooking (or many 😀)... everyone was super helpful and would love to come back soon!

A great place in Panajachel, the best location you can get with everything near! I would recommend it for sure.

Un lugar muy bonito para hospedarse, la vista es espectacular. El calor se encierra mucho y no hay ventiladores ni aire acondicionado. Por lo demás, perfecto.
