My family group of seven (3 families) had an amazing stay here! The house fit us perfectly and the downstairs space was perfect for us all to gather and chat. We loved the pool and jacuzzi but the view was the best of all. The location is great with easy walking access to Sam Marcos, a quick boat ride to San Juan, and we loved jumping off the rocks that are just a quick paddle away. Thanks so much!

Really easy booking and getting into the space. It’s minimalist boho design was what I needed. Wish I could have stayed longer. Hosts were extra fabulous - I left a pair of pajama pants in the bed and they came to drop it off at my volunteer clinic site in San Pedro. Above and beyond! Thank you

The house was a masterpiece, designed with elegance and comfort in mind, featuring an infinity pool, stunning terraces, and beautifully crafted interiors. Mornings were magical, with sunrise views that left us speechless. Chef Elizabeth and her team elevated our stay with incredible meals tailored to our dietary needs. The hospitality was top-tier, making our experience seamless. A few things to note: there’s limited A/C, and a 170+ stair climb to the home. However, the views are well worth it! Our must-dos? Hire Chef Elizabeth, book an in-house massage, and stock up on essentials in Panajachel. This cliffside retreat was pure paradise—we’re already planning our return! Great experience. Walkable to San Marcos (though there is hills and altitude). Rooms and facilities were as advertised. A6 is below parking. Was loud early one night as someone was checking out and packing car so they were in and out. Not really something something that Alas can do. Otherwise, very peaceful. Team was responsive at all hours and they had someone wait with me when I booked at 4AM and 6AM tour and transfer pickup. Team also arranged for Tuk Tuk and morning hike tour.

Es un departamento bonito con una bonita vista. Silvia siempre estuvo al pendiente de cualquier cosa que se nos ofreciera. Este departamento está junto a un hotel que te dejan usar sus instalaciones excepto prestarte sus kayaks. Bien equipado y limpio.

Better than photos! We stayed for 2 nights and throughly enjoyed it. Views from the room were absolutely breathtaking. It was so magical to wake up to views of the lake and volcanos. Room came stocked with coffee and coffee maker which we loved to use every morning! There are many stairs leading up to the room so be prepared to hike a bit.

El lugar realmente es bonito, muy privado y tranquilo y se puede acceder al muelle caminando lo cual es una gran ventaja si planeas viajar en lancha a otros pueblos del lago. Me encantó

Un lugar muy bonito, una vista preciosa! el lugar es muy cómodo, bien equipado en general. Sobre todo la cocina, tenía de todo. Las camas cómodas y los baños limpios y amplios. el jacuzzi funciona muy bien. En general un lugar muy agradable para descansar y pasar un buen descanso. Lo recomiendo! La atención de Juan muy buena, siempre pendiente de todo y llegaba inmediatamente en el caso de alguna duda o problema.

Beautiful location close to the Santa Cruz pier. A short tuk tuk ride away from the village. Easy spot to go exploring and enjoy the lake. Private pier and pool were great amenities. Only downside was after the second night our hot tub didn't get hot enough by the early evening when we wanted to use it.

The stay was great although there is just a bit of noise from the street. It wasn’t enough to keep me up or anything but is something to note if you’re a particularly light sleeper.

Amazing view from this place! Everything was clean. Loved the outdoor sitting area. The outdoor bathroom was also nice and equipped with everything we needed. Very comfortable stay. The host was responsive and gave lots of local recommendations. Only downside to the central location is the nightly noise. Dogs and roosters (who knew roosters crowed all night long?! lol) of course this is not the hosts fault at all. I would just recommend earplugs and you should be ok 🙂

We came with our 2y old and greatly enjoyed the hot tub with a view, swimming in the lake, kayaking and exploring. The hotel next-door offers breakfast and lunch and San Marcos is only 5 min away in tuc tuc and offers a nice variety of restaurants in case you want to skip a cooking (or many 😀)... everyone was super helpful and would love to come back soon!

A great place in Panajachel, the best location you can get with everything near! I would recommend it for sure.

We had a nice stay at Sarah's place. Great wifi, clean space, with a nice cafe downstairs. It's right in the middle of everything in Pana, but can be a bit loud, so bring your earplugs (it's nothing crazy, just noting for the light sleepers out there)! Overall, we'd happily stay here again.

Absolutely stunning accommodation, just as listed in the description. Nice to be right on the water. About a 15 minute walk to the Main Street and tuktuk are constantly driving past so it’s easy to flag one down. The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. The staff were always available onsite and the host responded within minutes every-time we needed to reach her. Great stay with a great host.
