Highly recommended. Well maintained. Very pleasant stay and everything was simply great. The property is located at a prime place, close to the beach and good restaurants nearby. Valentino was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely visit again and share it with all my friends and family.

Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

We stayed here for 4 days and we had a toddler with us. The apartment just felt like second home, as it had all the amenities and everything had its own place which makes it a zero clutter place to stay. My daughter just felt so comfortable staying here. Ansh is a great host and very responsive, the apartment was beautiful and cozy with amazing view and was located in one of the best locations in Anjuna. The apartment was clean, well equipped and furnished. The complex is walkable to the beach and is surrounded with great cafe's and restaurants nearby.

Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Really very very satisfied and happy with the stay..The host Gitane gave exact description about location and also the amenities available. Pratiksha, the manager at the place is so friendly and helpful. she gave us a lot of information regarding the local sight seeings and restaurants. The care taker at the villa, Das and 2 other people really took good care of us. They way they interact, cook food, serve us and also helped us buy other items from local shops and stuff. Defenitely worth place to stay. A group of tourists staying in this villa can enjoy to the peaks. We a group of 8 cousins stayed at this place and had lot of fun for 3 days. We really feel like not vacating the place but we had to. A special mention about a friendly pet named Mogli. He was soo sweet.

Good stay. Close to Candolim beach. Poor network, but the host has arranged wifi. Overall worth the price you pay.

A wonderful retreat for us; an older couple - a month of walking, cooking, reading, being on or near the beach, eating out and visiting friends. Alex couldn’t be more helpful, anything you need he is on hand. Well stocked kitchen, clean rooms, housekeeping and washing on hand - in fact anything you need is no trouble. absolutely loved staying at Gauravs place. Super close to the beach and all the beach bars as well as water activities. walkable distance to to market and taxis nearby to get around if you want to explore other beaches. Plenty of restaurants nearby. hosts are very responsive and helpful. The apartment is really cute and the staircase is just one flight, which isnt difficult at all even with luggage. Would definitely recommend. Would definitely Return on my next trip to Goa.

The hosts Mr and Mrs Fernandes gave us a very warm welcome and we felt right at home. They arranged a cab pick up for us from the railway station. The house is located in a very silent and peaceful location. All amenities and pictures mentioned in the listing match exactly. They arranged bike rental for us and the entire stay was hassle free. We want to thank the hosts for a great stay and look forward to visiting soon.

Our stay was only booked for 4 nights initially but we extended our trip with two children for another 3 nights as the place was so comfortable and clean. John and Johnita were kind, friendly and generous hosts who went out of their way to help us where they could , whether that be lifts or recommendations. Drinking water is also provided. The apartment was spotless, with two messy children and lots of wiping the floor, the cloth would always be clean, no dust or dirt. Highly recommend this apartment for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

We stayed for a week in this 1BHK property with a toddler. The kitchen was well stocked with Utensils, cutlery, small appliances which were very helpful. With a 10 min odd drive to Candolim Beach, it was great to have all the local shops and Newtons within reach. Worth considering definitely if you are coming with family especially a small kid. Host was always responsive and helped out immediately when there was some confusion around parking spot (its a gated building with few spots for visitors parking). Great option to consider if North Goa stretch is what you wanna explore.

it was a home away from home.. my first visit to north goa made so wonderful and memorable bcz of tanya's place. calm peaceful location yet near and walkable distance to everything. clean swimming pool was USP as my daughter enjoyed it thoroughly. good invertor backup. lift available. good parking space. maid comes everyday for cleaning. Fridge, washing machine, T.V. fans, AC are really working great. there are no Cons for the this flat..
